Many illnesses and problems have been prevented, mitigated, and treated with medicinal herbs. Known by many as Mahua, Madhuca indica is a plant that grows all throughout India. In addition to being a very nourishing tree, the tree is used as a herbal remedy to cure a number of illnesses. Tribal people cure a variety of diseases with different plant parts and as a kind of traditional medicine. The pharmacological and neutraceutical benefits of plants are many. When preparing ayurvedic formulations like asavas and arishtas, the tree's flowers are utilized to induce the production of alcohol. Many pharmacological properties, including antidiabetic, antiulcer, hepatoprotective, and antipyretic properties, are displayed by plants. It is not visible to researchers or other botanists. It is not visible to researchers or other botanists. Mahua's value-added usefulness and traditional usage will be confirmed thanks to this, which will ultimately increase plant profits.

In an era dominated by artificial intelligence (AI), questions of originality, authorship, and creativity have become central to literary discourse. This paper explores the tension between AI-generated content and traditional notions of literary originality. It investigates how machine-generated texts challenge the humanistic ideals of authorship, creativity, and the unique voice, and whether this shift signals the "death" of originality or a transformation of its meaning. Drawing on literary theory, contemporary examples, and philosophical debates, this paper critically assesses AI's role in reshaping literary production and reception. By the mixing of poststructuralist idea with the concept of contemporary digital practice, this study provides insights on the decline of the meaning of authorship and the cultural value of art in an age where anyone can create anything under their fingertips. The study concentrates on how AI distracts the traditional ideas of creativity, ownership and the originality using the poststructuralist theory proposed by Roland Barthes particularly the concept of "death of the author."

Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder marked by reduced production of thyroid hormones, leading to various metabolic imbalances. Propylthiouracil (PTU) is frequently employed to experimentally induce hypothyroidism in animal models for the assessment of potential treatments. The present study aimed to comparatively investigate the therapeutic effects of two traditional Ayurvedic herbs, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract and Guggul (Commiphora mukul) gum resin, in PTU-induced hypothyroidism in female Wistar rats. The animals were divided into five groups: a normal control group, a hypothyroid control group (PTU-treated), and three treatment groups that received PTU along with either Ashwagandha or Guggul & Standard. Various parameters including lipid profile, serum levels of T3, T4, and TSH, as well as body weight, daily food intake, and blood glucose levels were monitored. The findings revealed that both Ashwagandha and Guggul effectively counteracted PTU-induced disruptions in thyroid hormone levels. However, Ashwagandha-treated rats exhibited more pronounced improvements in thyroid function compared to those treated with Guggul. These results suggest that both herbs possess significant thyroid-supportive properties, and their combined use could be explored as a complementary, natural strategy for managing hypothyroidism.

The usefulness of water resources can be divided into two categories, viz consumptive and non-consumptive. Water is mostly used in consumptive purposes. It is more or less unaffected through its non-consumptive usage, e.g., generation of hydropower, navigation, fisheries, recreation etc. The consumptive uses of water in an economy can be grouped chiefly under the sectors of agriculture, industry and household. Within the agricultural sector, it is used mainly for the crop production activity. Water must be available in appropriate quantities and at the right time for the growth of plants, depending on the species of plant and climatic conditions. It is well known that agriculture is a gamble in most part of India due to the uncertainty of rains, which even in normal times are inadequate. Hence, irrigation is the most useful input to stabilize and augment and supply of agricultural production and increase the rural employment and supply of agricultural raw materials to the industries.

In the current scenario, after the Supreme Court's historical judgement, a new kind of literature i.e., hijra literature is emerging in Indian literary academia. Many hijras are participating in writing and exploring the crucial phases through which they are moving after the declination of the Mughal period. They are actively and skilfully using this platform to revise their lost social recognition. They justify their existence through revising history and myths. Although there is no much description of hijras in history. It is generally seen that history always represents powerful and main stream society. It fails in representation of marginalised section as women and third genders. The problem of gender and gender identity is perhaps the most discussed issues in the present literary academia. Judith Butler through her oft quoted book Gender Trouble: Feminism and Subversion of Identity, made perhaps the largest contribution in gender discourse and explored the idea that gender is a social construct and enforced through social practices. To understand gender, its etymology, its nature, its function its characteristics and the causes of its popularity in the present society many seminars, workshops and symposia on national and international circuits are being organized by various scholars, academicians, and professors from time to time. But these seminars and discussions somehow move around either in male culture identity or female culture identity and thus leave no room for thirdgenders and become bias. In this paper I shall use textual analysis method and queer theory to explore my ideas.

India has witnessed a major transformation in labour relations since the advent of the platform economy, the most prominent aspect of which is the misclassification of gig workers as independent contractors. Through this classification, digital platforms are legally exempted from their employer obligations such as minimum wages, social security, and the right to unionization, while they maintain substantial control over the work of workers through algorithmic control and performance metrics. While much of the literature views this issue through a policy or regulatory lens, this paper takes a constitutional and doctrinal legal approach. Through doctrinal methodology, this study critically analyses Articles 14, 19(1)(c), and 21 of the Indian Constitution and argues that gig worker misclassification is a systemic fundamental rights denial. The paper identifies a doctrinal gap: there is still no clear framework in India's legal jurisprudence that brings private platforms under constitutional accountability when they perform state-like functions. To bridge this gap, the paper proposes an original legal doctrine called constitutional piercing. In this framework, platforms are considered quasi-state actors, especially when they apply coercive algorithmic control and mediate people's livelihoods. Drawing on the public function theory and horizontal rights application of Indian jurisprudence, this framework reframes the legal understanding of employment and rights in the digital labour market. The conclusion is that gig worker misclassification is not just a policy loophole but a constitutional failure that must be addressed through a rights-based reform.

The wide application of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) has led to their significant environmental release, posing substantial ecotoxicological concerns for aquatic ecosystems. While the toxicity of chemically synthesized Ag-NPs (C-Ag-NPs) to freshwater fish, is well-established, the comparative toxicological implications of biogenic (green) synthesized Ag-NPs (G-Ag NPs) remain largely unexplored. This study aimed to assess and compare the dose- and time-dependent toxicity of C-Ag-NPs and G-Ag-NPs on the early life stages (spawn and fry) of the Indian major carp, rohu, Labeo rohita. Ag-NPs were synthesized by both chemical and green route method by using the leaf extract of Clitoria ternatea and characterised by UV-Vis spectroscopy (peak at 425 nm for both Ag-NPs), SEM (nanostructured, irregular shape), XRD (face-centred cubic crystalline structure), and FTIR (organic capping agents). The C-Ag-NPs and G-Ag-NPs when treated at varied concentrations of both Ag-NPs ranging from 0.01 mg/L to 1000 mg/L through water treatment with rohu spawn (24 hrs) and fry (7 days), demonstrated dose- and time-dependent mortality. 100% mortality of rohu spawn and fry was observed at higher concentrations (500-1000 mg/L) in both the Ag-NPs treatment groups. The C-Ag-NPs exhibited higher toxicity to rohu spawn at concentrations of 10 mg/L to 100 mg/L. Similarly, both types of Ag-NPs induced dose and time dependent oxidative stress with reduced liver GSH and increased lipid peroxidase activity in rohu fry. However, among the two types of AG-NPs, G-Ag-NPs resulted less lipid peroxidase activity and GSH depletion compared to C-Ag-NPs, suggesting a possible mitigated oxidative burden in fish. These findings underscore the significant ecotoxicological threat posed by Ag-NPs to aquatic life, particularly at early developmental stages.

Under the pretext of protection and safety, women have historically been confined to circumscribed spaces both physically and psychologically. This systemic restriction has resulted in a deep-rooted internalization of patriarchal ideologies, conditioning even women themselves to perceive femininity as inherently frail and dependent. The subjugation of women, manifesting across social, cultural, and ideological spheres, has been a recurrent motif in diverse literary traditions. The present article offers a critical exploration of the complex gender politics in A Quest for Freedom, the English translation of Sweccha, a seminal Telugu novel authored by Volga. Through a close textual analysis, this paper discusses how the narrative articulates resistance to entrenched gender norms, exposing and interrogating the structures of power that sustain gender inequality. Volga's narrative deftly engages with feminist concerns, offering a layered portrayal of women's struggles for autonomy and self-definition within a patriarchal milieu This paper situates A Quest for Freedom within the broader corpus of feminist literature, emphasizing its significance as a transformative text that contributes meaningfully to contemporary discourses on gender and social justice. Through its nuanced depiction of female subjectivity, resistance, and emancipation, the novel offers critical insights into the dynamics of gender politics. In analyzing Volga's narrative technique and thematic emphasis, the article aims to deepen scholarly engagement with feminist literary production, while interrogating the prevailing societal constructs that continue to shape and limit women's lived experiences.

The increasing levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO?) and widespread water contamination have emerged as critical global environmental challenges. In this research paper, the development of eco-friendly and cost-effective catalytic systems is essential for sustainable remediation strategies. This study focuses on the green synthesis of metal oxide (TiO2) nano-catalysts using plant extracts Ocimum sanctum alternative to conventional chemical methods. The synthesized nano-catalysts, TiO?, were characterized using XRD, SEM and TEM, techniques to evaluate their structural and morphological properties. The green-synthesized nano-catalysts demonstrated excellent catalytic activity in two key applications: photocatalytic CO? reduction under simulated solar light, and degradation of organic pollutants in wastewater. The CO? reduction experiments showed enhanced conversion efficiency toward valuable products such as methanol and formic acid, while water purification trials exhibited significant degradation rates of dyes and pharmaceutical contaminants. The performance is attributed to the high surface area, controlled morphology, and enhanced charge separation of the green-synthesized nanomaterials.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has transitioned from being a voluntary, philanthropic activity to a strategic imperative that drives competitiveness and ensures long-term financial sustainability. In the era of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) accountability, CSR has emerged as a critical tool for businesses to create shared value, balance stakeholder expectations, and strengthen resilience against global uncertainties. This paper examines how CSR contributes to profitability, risk reduction, and innovation, while also generating socio economic and environmental value for communities. A mixed-method approach was employed, with primary data collected through a structured Google Form survey of over 30 CSR and strategy professionals across IT, retail, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors, alongside secondary data from literature (2018-2024) and case study analysis of CSR initiatives in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India, where companies invested INR114.04 crore in 2023-24 across education, healthcare, rural development, renewable energy, and afforestation. The survey findings revealed that CSR significantly enhances financial stability, customer loyalty, investor interest, and risk management (all averaging 5/5), while moderately reducing operational costs (4/5) and improving employee retention and satisfaction (4/5). Qualitative insights emphasized CSR's role in brand differentiation, attracting ESG-conscious investors, and reducing reputational risks during crises, though barriers such as budget constraints, ROI justification, and leadership apathy persist. Case studies from Vizag reinforced these findings, with ICICI Foundation's INR550 crore Oncology Block at KGH improving healthcare equity and goodwill, AMNS Vizag's 120 kW solar project reducing energy costs, Coromandel International's community infrastructure strengthening social capital, and Visakhapatnam Port Authority's afforestation of 31,800 saplings enhancing climate resilience. Overall, the evidence confirms that CSR should not be viewed as an expense but as a strategic investment in financial sustainability. Firms that integrate CSR into their core strategies achieve stronger brand equity, greater investor trust, and enhanced long-term viability compared to those treating it as peripheral. The study concludes by recommending the integration of CSR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into financial planning, the adoption of digital tools such as AI and blockchain for ROI measurement, and sector-specific longitudinal studies to strengthen the CSR-finance nexus in emerging economies.

The unexpected collapse of a section of NH-66 in Kooriyad, Kerala, has exposed serious flaws in infrastructure planning and construction oversight. The failure occurred in a region characterized by soft loamy clay soils, which are known to retain water and lose strength under load--yet these geotechnical conditions were inadequately addressed during the project. Continuous rainfall, poor stormwater drainage, and possibly uncompact backfill further destabilized the slope, leading to differential settlement and structural failure. This incident highlights the urgent need for thorough soil investigations, site-specific engineering designs, and accountable construction practices, especially in terrain-sensitive zones. Ultimately, sustainable infrastructure demands more than materials--it requires scientific foresight, respect for natural conditions, and a long-term commitment to responsible engineering.

The study has been done on the thought process of political economy by Karl Marx, Phule and Dr.B.R.Ambedkar in view of the agony that migrant laborers undergone during the lock-down periods of Covid-19. Study has used historical tools for analysis. Karl Marx has contributed much to understand the exploitation of working class during the economic development process. He has expected the proletarian revolution in the process which ultimately ends the trauma of labor force. Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule an Indian contemporary of Karl Marx has given a lengthy description on the plight of shudra cultivators in India during the Peshwa's Rule and advocated for funding of primary education by state as he felt education is an ultimate tool to get awareness on human rights to end the misery of human beings. The high-altitude services of Savitri Bhai Phule, the wife of Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule during a Plague pandemic is an ultimate inspiration to do service to fellow human beings in troubled times like Covid-19. Dr.B.R.Ambedkar has given much folded solution to the problem of India's depressed classes which includes constitutional safe guards to the working classes along with Nationalization of land and industries. He called for proportionate representation in political and non-political administration too. He wanted India with socio-political democracy with liberty, equality and fraternity. We found that it is the utmost relevance of prevalence of socio-political-economy thought of Karl Marx-Phule and Dr,B.R.Ambedkar in a view to sensitize the political set-up and civil society on poor and for the poor in the unprecedented times like lockdowns of Covid-19.
