Bihar state in India is witnessing a slow but a steady progress in participatory irrigation management. Its silent efforts with more depth, if continues with stronger spirits with new regime in place, will herald a new era of irrigation management in India. The emerging picture, though out from the publicity, is quite different from other states of India. Some of the key features are: a) water users associations collect water fee and retains 70%, b) elections are held on time, c) irrigation services are improved, and essentially, e) water users organizations have taken over the distributories (in other states minors) without putting much pressure on the government for system rehabilitation as prior condition.

Abstract: Indian Constitution has provided the Right to Equality, Right against Discrimination, Right to Worship and many other fundamental and constitutional rights to the women at par with men. On papers, women enjoy equal status with men. But the reality is somewhat different. Sadly, they are not enjoying their rights fully. Reasons are many and one among those is the biological feature of their body i.e. menstruation. This feature of their body has been made a reason for discrimination by religious beliefs and myths. Because of this they are deprived of their rights and this happened in Sabarimala, where women of fertile age group were not allowed to enter the temple and perform prayers there. When this issue was first raised in Kerala High Court it upheld the restriction. But in 2018 Supreme Court of India lifted up the ban and allowed the women of every age group to enter the temple. It was not only a fight to womens rights in the Court but also a conflict between religion and Constitution arose in which Constitution won. But it has failed somewhere to change the mental set up of people as there were protests by the people including women against the judgment. Education and awareness are the weapons which can change the society and importance to women in religious works such as their appointments as priests should be promoted

Improving oral bioavailability of medications those given as strong dose structures stays a challenge for the definition researchers because of solvency issues. A large portion of the recently created synthetic substances are inadequately water solvent. Subsequently figuring them as oral strong measurements structures is an obstacle to the authorities. Numerous methods have been practiced to improve oral bioavailability of medications. Among a few strategies, strong scattering has stood out of the analysts for past 50 years. Distinctive definition systems have been taken to plan strong scatterings. It is obvious that strong scatterings improve dissolvability of medication particles in this way upgrading disintegration attributes of medications they increment the oral bioavailability. This survey paper will concentrate on various parts of strong scattering readiness; their preferences, significant difficulties and arrangement strategies.
