 Abstract

Phosphate availability in soil is limiting factor for the growth of plants. Phosphate solubilising microbes can be implicated as biofertilizers. The phosphate solubilizing microorganism was initially isolated on basic growth medium for fungi and actinomycetes. The screening for phosphate solubilisation of isolates was carried on Pikovskays (PVK) and National Botanical Research Institute phosphate (NBRIP) medium supplemented with 0.5% (W/W) calcium phosphate as the substrate. The effect of different phosphate sources [Ca3(PO4)2, AlPO4, FePO4 and rock phosphate as control] and their concentration, incubation time, temperature and changes in pH of media after the solubilisation of phosphate was analyzed. The screening for phosphate solubilisation potential was based on holo-zone formation on solid medium, while soluble phosphate in the culture filtrate was determined by vandomolybdate method. The isolates Aspergillus niger US11 and Aspergillus terreus US3 could solubilize maximum TCP at a temperature of 30C while Penicillium sp. US10 solubilize maximum TCP at 25C. On the other hand the both the potential actinomycetes isolates solubilise TCP at a higher temperature of 35C. All the fungal isolates showed maximum solubilization of TCP at pH 7 whereas in case of actinomycetes pH 8 was optimum for solubilization. After 144 hrs of growth, maximum solubilisation of TCP equivalent to 1353 mg/ L was demonstrated by the isolate Aspergillus niger US11 when the initial TCP concentration of 7500 mg/L was used in the medium. Aspergillus terreus also showed maximum solubility at the initial concentration of 7500 mg/L, however the growth time was only 96 hrs. The other three strains demonstrated maximum solubilisation of TCP when the initial concentration of TCP was kept at 5000mg/L in the medium. However Actinomycetes sp. reached maximum solubility of phosphate at relatively less time of only 72 hrs. Our finding suggested that all selected isolates can be used for the preparation a biofertilizer for the different crops.

 Abstract

India is a Country of huge social legacy assets both unmistakable and impalpable. With an expected 5 million antiquated compositions, India is the biggest storehouse of original copies. More explicit signs of Vedic science will be given later in the innovation area. Keeping with the change from the pre-current time, innovation has disengaged itself from workmanship and has become a piece of science. Today is science that drives innovation in present day India as in other contemporary societies. Plus, a lot of other social assets are accessible in different files and galleries in India. The protection of these assets was never a need subject, so huge assets have either disappeared or have left India. A methodology on conservation of its physical asset was never examined. In comparable manner, the ideas of advanced safeguarding have been presented in India recently, for example at some point in year 2008 in particular. Advanced safeguarding is a cycle of protecting both digitized and conceived computerized substance to a far off future in reusable condition for access by its clients. It includes a lot of efficient rules, measures, techniques, innovation and approaches. The mechanical out of date quality, shorter and dubious life-period for current stockpiling media, data excess, and web upset are a portion of the main considerations which have made conservation of advanced data more intricate and testing.

 Abstract

Sarojini Naidu is a conspicuous figure in pre-freedom Indian English verse. She is viewed as a visionary, brought into the world in a dreamless age and a passionate, adaptable and dynamic virtuoso fantastic for her sweet and resonant tunes which are unparalleled in the whole scope of Indian English verse as an eminent and bright collection of Indian life. Indianness is a fascinating part of the verse of Sarojini Naidu. The impulse of Edmund Gosse is colossal from this viewpoint. Naidu believes him to be her scholarly guardian. Naidu met her when she was in England from 1895 to 1898 as an understudy of English writing at Girton College, Cambridge. Naidu would have met similar destiny as the various minor artists and would have been for all time relegated to the sidelines had not a little piece of guidance from Gosse came as a blessing. Coming to know about Naidu's graceful fitness he wanted one day to see her sections.

 Abstract

Arc welding is a process of joining metals by using electrodes, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allow them to cool causing fusion. It is a type of welding to join metals, other than joining process like brazing and soldering. We have used two different metals like Mild steel (MS) and Stainless steel (SS) plates with different thickness about 8mm and 10mm. We have done Arc welding on MS and SS plates with different thickness. By using electrode E7018 with different gauges like 2mm, 3.5mm, 4mm for (filling V-GROVE) applying 3 layers of weld bead, for finding the welding defects on weld joint. The following tests conducted are hardness, dye-penetration, Magnetic and radiography. We mainly concentrated on finding the effect of bending radius on weld joint. By applying the different loading conditions bend radius and angle of inclination are obtained. With the help of CAD (computer aided design) application with CREO parametric, we have designed the welded plates and performed analysis using ANSYS software. By using this software, the theoretical and experimental values are evaluated.

 Abstract

Capital structure refers to the financing decision of a firm which involves the choice of the right mix of different sources of financing namely owners funds and lenders funds. The word profitability involves Profit and Ability. In profitability point of view profit means return from the investment. The word ability means capacity of a concern to earn or perform well. The main objective of every concern is to get a satisfactory return from the invested funds in order to maintain a sound financial position. External borrowing to improve or expand the business increases the debt situation of companies that can adversely affect the capital structure of the firms also influence the profitability positions. This play a strong emphasis in identifying the present situation to understand how far the capital structures and profitability performed during actual and projected periods of the select steel companies in India. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the capital structures based leverage and profitability based on actual and projected period. A total of 10 companies were identified during the initial period in which 5 companies were randomly selected considering the volume of business (sales and total asset). Impact of Capital Structures on profitability of select steel companies in India during 2009-10 to 2018-2019 are considered for analysis. Trend projection is used as statistical tool for Analysis. Except Tata Steel the companies have raised their long term debts by borrowing money which carries interest on its capital whereas, Tata steel have reduced its borrowings which is a good sign of managing debt on of its own finances. Net profit of most of the steel companies namely, Jindal Steel, SAIL and Steel Exchange recorded negative during actual and projected periods. JSW and Tata Steel are the two companies making profit during the actual and projected periods policy makers in the select steel manufacturing companies shall direct improved management tactics that can be identified from the results of the study as well as from the actual financial statements and forecasted result shall definitely support to increase companies returns leading towards future growth.

 Abstract

Cermet restorations were considered as the most accepted standard for reliable implant materials. Increasing demand for aesthetic appearance supported the commercialization of fairly new metal free restorations. Demand of zirconia prostheses have increased in near future. Zirconia ceramic restoration has a higher fracture occurrence rate than their counter metal ceramic restoration. Surface treatment methods are implemented to improve fracture performance of ZCR. This generate residual stresses on veneering ceramic causing crack initiation and ending with a fracture. In order to overcome the stress in the material zirconia surface coating is used as a surface treatment for increased fracture resistance and to accommodate stresses along the ZCR layers. The cost of replacing the implant is high. Therefore, an attempt is made in this paper to experimentally analyze the feasibility of various surface restoration methods.

 Abstract

Male breast cancer (MBC) is an infrequent and uncommon condition. It accounts 1% than other cancer diagnosed in men. The rationale for low incidence among men is due to difference in hormonal environment and relatively poor breast tissue count in men. The disease is also diagnosed at later stages because of lack of awareness. In Asia most of the males hide about this disease due to social psychology. There is limited literature and published data on MBC due to low incidence of disease. This review deals with etiology, pathology, risk factors, treatment and psychological trauma in MBC patients. While in both genders breast carcinomas share similar features, significant variations exist. Most studies are very limited on the men with breast cancer. Therefore, most evidence on male breast cancer is extracted from female research. However, we will learn more about them when a lot of these little studies on male breast cancer are put together. This review stresses on the occurrence, etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, pathology, survival and MBC-related prognostic factors.

 Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are the surplus of freely convertible foreign currency (generally denominated in USD, but can also be denominated in Pounds, Euros, etc.,) maintained by any countrys central bank. Foreign exchange reserves are maintained as a means to regulate the economy by controlling the level of such reserves and also acting as a source of buffer or backing of countrys funds in case of an economic crisis or currency rate fluctuation. This study aims at analysing the impact of the accumulation of foreign exchange reserves on the economy of India. The authors have utilized secondary data for the purpose of this research paper. The geographic limitation of this study is India. Some of the factors which influence the accumulation of foreign reserve holdings are the need for foreign direct investments (FDIs), liquidity andsecurity during an economic crisis.India has witnessed a huge leap in the foreign exchange reserves when compared to 1960. This has enabled India to be the fifth largest foreign reserve holding country in the world. The United States being the global economic leader is in the 20th position. This implies that the amount of foreign reserve holdings held by a country does not determine its economic stability, whereas it depends on the nations demands.

 Abstract

It is difficult to imagine that there was a period in orthodontics before the invention of brackets. Brackets had a modest beginning in the form of the Ribbon Arch bracket designed by Angle. The introduction of brackets saw a new era in orthodontics. With time both the Orthodontist and the manufacturers started shouldering the responsibilities for arriving at new bracket designs and different bracket system. The wave of design changes continued to mount with contributions from Angle, Steiner, Holdaway, Jaraback, Fizzell, Ricketts, tweed and many others, which led to the introduction of the standard Edge-wise bracket which was also called as the Siamese or twin bracket. Dr. Ronald H Roth developed an appliance through clinical trial and error, starting with the standard Andrew Brackets and then altering the values and placement of some Anterior brackets. However, the process of the modifying the brackets is still on. Though, we all are using recent brackets which are currently available in the markets, it is important to know the past history of brackets which was used earlier. Thus, this article reviews the history of various orthodontic brackets and its advantages and disadvantages. We suggest that many more review studies should come aiming at the bio compatibility, aesthetics and treatment results of each bracket. Such studies will help the practitioner to decide the bracket selection for his treatment plan.

 Abstract

Athangudi Village, in the Shivagagai district of Chettinad, is home to various crafts from the region that ranges from culinary expertise to exquisite craftsmanship in architectural marvels. A very important contribution to the Chettinad grandeur is the art of developing and sustaining a tile pattern that is unique to this region of India, now known as Athangudi tiles - an art form that is almost 150 years old. A 150-year-old craft that has been revived as a unique art-deco tile pattern technique from India. While it was earlier regarded as a hallmark of quality, today it is also a mark of sustainable design, for longer the life of the initial investment of efforts, energy, and resources, the more eco-friendly is the material. The Athangudi tiles are completely hand-made using local and eco-friendly materials from the region. Deft hands of the craftsmen use cement, sand, jelly, and water to make the dough. The tiles made are very distinctive and have glossy finishing. Tiles have traditional as well as modern motifs. These handmade tiles are very beautiful and unique in their style and are painted using vivid colors. Now with new design intervention by architects and interior designers in the reuse of period style home decor architecture techniques/style, these tiles have been given a fresh lease of life in the world of architecture. Instead of common usage, these tiles can be utilized peculiarly by constructing modifiable wall partitions. The tiles are placed in pre-cast frames made of wooden or other sustainable materials. The main motive behind this idea is to redefine the classic utilization of tiles and to give production opportunities to - a skill that is so unique which has been declining its popularity in the market over a period.

 Abstract

The term Diaspora is derived from the Greek word dia means through and speiro means scatters. Originally the term Diaspora referred to the Jewish Diaspora for the dispersal of the Jews from their motherland back in the sixth-seventh century B.C. and later in the second century A.D. from Jerusalem. During 200 A.D. to 900 A.D, there was migration on a large scale in most of the countries for trade and business. Religion was also one of the reasons for migration. During Colonial period it was due to war, slavery and exploitation of one community to another in case of majority and minority.
