Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a wide range of effects. Diabetes is a disease caused by variables such as age, lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle, diabetes in the family, high blood pressure, depression and stress, bad diet, and so on. Diabetics are more likely to develop diseases such as heart disease, nerve damage (diabetic neuropathy), eye difficulties (diabetic retinopathy), kidney disease (diabetic nephropathy), stroke, and other complications. Diabetes affects 382 million people globally, according to the International Diabetes Federation. This figure will have climbed to 592 million by 2035. Every day, a great number of people become victims, and many are unaware of their status. It primarily affects people between the ages of between the ages of 25 and 74. Diabetes can cause a plethora of consequences if left untreated and undetected. On the other side, the introduction of machine learning approaches resolves this critical issue.

Today's business climate is expected to stay highly turbulent for years to come and is global, complex, dynamic, and competitive for the majority of organisations. Global difficulties that most organisations are currently dealing with include those relating to talent flow, managing two generations of employees--older or more experienced workers and younger workers--and a lack of necessary capabilities. A crucial strategic problem for multinational corporations, talent management is considered to be a multidisciplinary bridging area that has recently developed from the strategic international human resource management (HRM) and talent management domains. The development of talent management is traced in this paper using a systematic and thorough review, which also suggests a research agenda to advance the area. The field of talent management is still in its infancy despite considerable academic and professional interest. The lack of a uniform definition and distinct conceptual limits for talent management is a major problem. The study support future talent management research by assisting researchers in defining the conceptual parameters of talent management and offering a theoretical framework that may assist researchers in structuring their research endeavours in the field.

Tragedy (Greek word)is a former of drama based on human suffering that invokes an accompanying catharsis or pleasure in audiences. Shakespeare's plays are full of conflicting thoughts, and expression is so convincing that it is not possible to plan a system of philosophy out of them. Many cultures have developed forms that provoke this paradoxical response. The term tragedy often refers to a specific tradition of drama that has played a unique and important role historically in the self-definition of Western civilisation. That tradition has been multiple and discontinuous, yet the term has often been used to invoke a powerful effect of cultural identity and historical continuity. Each character, from the king to the clown, from the most highly intellectual to the simpleton, judges life from his own point of view and says something that is so deep and appropriate at the playwright's versatility of genius. In this article, the analysis of Shakespearean tragedies is presented

Teachers must be equipped with the skills to integrate technology seamlessly into their teaching in ways that move beyond mere presentation and communication. It is very important that concrete preparation program for teachers with appropriate technologies and resources would generate an effective and creative student engagement and learning. The key challenges and solutions to the effective implementation and integration of technology in teacher preparation program would widen the arena of opportunities for students learning. Unless and until teachers implement or impart a new learning methodology towards the competencies of technology education in colleges and universities, active learning cannot be achieved. Pre-service teaching is an vital acquaintance in the professional education program. Although college courses, activities, and practices contribute knowledge and experience to the prospective teacher, pre-service teaching provides the opportunity to experience the challenging and gratifying task of assuming major teaching responsibilities. This paper will focus on how pre-service education would enable the teachers to equip themselves to teach the new generation ESL learners with ideas and technologies that has become the part of our daily life. Digital pedagogy permits teachers to develop a plan to successfully amalgamate technology into their curriculum of teaching that would enable learning through formation, innovation and problem-solving. pre-service educators can create expert teachers, they plan and prepare programs that would be helpful to assimilate a combination of skills and knowledge mentioned to as (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Pre-service teachers with no doubt be able to subsume a firm comprehension and knowledge of the content matter, a deep understanding of how students learn, and a practice facility with technology for learning. The preservice teaching experience is designed to provide a controlled learning situation in which the prospective teacher can put into practice the principles and methods learned in the pre-service teacher education Program. The eventual goal of the pre-service teacher is to achieve competency and proficiency in the entry level skills in the teaching profession.

In the context of India, the management of rural water supply by communities has a significant historical background, characterised by numerous documented instances of success. Nevertheless, it is widely acknowledged that communities require assistance from governmental and non-governmental entities to ensure the provision of sustainable services. The objective of the "Community Water Plus" project is to examine the support mechanisms provided to communities in 20 rural water schemes around India that have been recognised as effective. The research aims to evaluate the resources invested in these programmes. This paper introduces the research framework employed and presents the findings of the initial four case studies. These case studies include the World Bank-funded rural water supply and sanitation programme in Punjab, the Jalanidhi programme in Kerala, the WASMO programme in Gujarat, and the TWAD Board's experience with "change management" in Tamil Nadu. The significant findings suggest that State governments, with the assistance of external funding programmes, have established specialised units (e.g., in Punjab, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu) or dedicated organisations (e.g., WASMO in Gujarat) that possess the necessary formal capacity and professional expertise to aid communities in mobilisation, institutional development, and capacity enhancement across various levels. The level of assistance was substantial throughout the capital investment phase, demand generation, requirements assessment, and establishment of management capability, with adequate allocation and expenditure of resources for this objective. Communities and support organisations have demonstrated a commendable degree of professional performance, characterised by a clear delineation of roles and duties. The many forms of partnership encompass elements such as substantial empowerment (community contracting), robust organisational framework, and well-defined protocols for recruiting suitable human capital. However, as the service delivery phase progresses, the level of support provided gradually decreases. Indeed, Gramme Panchayats (GP) assume the primary role of providing support to communities, supplanting the State government in this capacity during this particular phase. However, this frequently leads to a lack of clarity on the delineation of responsibilities between Village Water and Sanitation Committees (VWSCs) and Gramme Panchayats in terms of service delivery and the provision of assistance and oversight. The infrequency of proactive monitoring and support by the State administration is often noted. The role of state governments is reinforced during the phases of capital replacement, since they give extensive technical and financial support. Based on the analysis of the initial four case studies, it can be inferred that effective community management occurs when State governments appropriately delegate authority to community organisations throughout the stages of project planning and implementation. However, this phenomenon occurs exclusively in cases where State governments possess a robust emphasis on community and an organisational culture centred around such priorities. The ability of communities to cover regular operating and maintenance costs is facilitated by the implementation of water rates and community contributions. It is apparent that communities do indeed fulfil their financial obligations for the provision of regular services. The successful administration of the community was facilitated by the crucial contributions of transparency in account management and the provision of information through Gramasabha.

The periodic table lies at the core of our understanding of the properties of, the all known elements. It helps to understand the chemical relationship between the elements and predict the chemical behavior on the basis of their chemical position in various blocks. It also implies the arrangement of valence shell electron. All the well known elements are classified into s,p,d &f block. These elements have some unique characteristics. Mandaleev arranged elements on the basis of these properties. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the properties of this w.r.t to their placement into various groups.

Today, there is a huge demand for herbal medicine on the international market, but there is a dearth of information about the criteria and techniques used to evaluate the efficacy of drugs. Two spices, nutmeg (Jaiphal) and mace (Javitri), are derived from the Myristica fragrance, also known as the nutmeg tree, which is a member of the Myristicaceae family. Mace is the fleshy, crimson, net-like skin covering (aril) on the nutmeg kernel, whereas nutmeg is the seed kernel found inside the fruit. It contains a variety of chemical compounds, including eugenol (4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol), myristicin, and macelignan. Nutmeg has a wide range of pharmacological properties, including hepatoprotective, anti-oxidant, memory-improving, cytotoxic, aphrodisiac, anti-diabetic, anti-depressant, hypolipidemic and hypocholesterolemic effects, anti-microbial, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, flavoring, and pesticidal effects. This article reviews many pharmacological properties of this medicinal plant.

Fipronil is one of the major commercial insecticides in agricultural fields and it is playing an important role on non-target organisms especially to fishes. On exposure to toxicant stress, the physiological functioning of an organism gets disturbed. Hence, the present work evaluated the effect of the fipronil on the oxygen consumption of freshwater fish Catla catla and 96hrs LC50 was determined at 0.6 mg/L. 1/10th of the 96h LC50 was taken as sublethal (0.06mg/l) concentration for oxygen consumption studies and it was carried out for a period of 24 hours, at regular intervals of 2 hours. In the lethal and sublethal concentration the rates of oxygen consumption was increased gradually in the initial time of exposures i.e. 1 to 6hrs after that it was suddenly falls down and the control fish oxygen consumption was also falls down 0hr to 24h. The experimental fish showed various types of swimming movements due to loss of equilibrium.

Certificate Authorities is regularly making exceptions when they realize the Certificate to the customers or any other companies. To identify those exceptions, there is one software introduced by ZLINT; The certificated linter has codified the few policies to set by Browser/CA forums. It will be the baseline of the requirements and RFC5880 that can be tested in an isolated way. We can run ZLint on the browser-trusted certificates. There are exceptions reductions after introduced ZLint in the market in 2012. We can see the market research for the error reduction of only 0.02% of the certificates. There are substantial due to the handling of large authorities that consistently issue correct certificates. The small organizations that regularly give non-conformant certificates with different errors are correlated with other parts of mismanagement with large authorities' worrisome organizational practices.
