Cinema is one important source for comprehending and enhancing archive history, as well as bringing a fresh perspective to the table in terms of understanding diverse historical occurrences. In spite of the fact that it is an excellent medium for amusement, the cinema is also an excellent medium for obtaining knowledge, gaining education, and gaining an awareness of a situation in our contemporary and technical world. Cinema has power to represent or (mis)represent the events. One of the most horrific occurrences to take place on the Indian subcontinent was the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. The anguish that was inflicted by this conflict was shown in a number of films, which does a far better job of explaining the horrors that it produced than statistical data can. The hostility and violence, the anguish of being homeless, the sense of loss, large-scale human massacres, forced migrations, economic misery, issues of dislocation and displacement as refugees, and questions of sexuality and gender relations have all been well projected in a variety of Bengali and Hindi films, as well as in theatre and literary writings. This paper will critically investigate The Bangladeshi movie Meherjaan. This movie develops a diversity of ideological and generic viewpoints and articulates many shades of conflict, and serves as the primary topic of this paper

Granular Sub-Base (GSB) layer has become a significant current building practise of all national highway projects in India for pavements placed on weak subgrade. One of the issues in the road construction sector is the proposed strict criteria for GSB material and its non-availability owing to limited sources. Although MORT&H allows for the use of locally accessible materials in the GSB layer, most of them do not meet the recommended standards. Brick dust is a type of brick kiln residue that is readily available in the area. This report summarises the research conducted with the goal of generating GSB mixes that include Brick Dust as a partial replacement for stone dust. The laboratory tests like Grain Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Heavy compaction test, Soaked and Un-soaked California Bearing Ratio (CBR) tests were carried out for GSB mixes. Based on the tests results, it is found that GSB Mix -3 with proportion 10:15 (brick dust: Stone Dust) have optimum values for MDD, OMC and CBR test. As a result, brick dust can be utilised as a partial or complete replacement for stone dust in GSB mixes. This stimulates the use of locally available brick kiln debris to a large extent. The use of brick dust in road pavement construction eliminates the problem of disposing of brick kiln waste and saves money on road construction projects.

The increasing amount of wastes is a concerning reality that has arose the sustainability issues for the environment. Large amount of hypo sludge (from paper mill industry). Are generated around 300 million tons annually. Their disposal generally by landfills leads to environmental pollution. Also, the production of cement accounts the global warming by releasing carbon dioxide. The present project work is directed towards developing low cost concrete from paper industry waste. It is carried out with M30 grade concrete with W/c ratio of 0.45 as a control specimen and hypo sludge is replaced in different %ages such as 10%, 20%, and 30% by weight of cement. Cubes of 150mm x 150mm size and Cylinders of 100mm dia and 200mm height, are casted for conventional concrete and RPH (Replacement of hypo sludge by weight of cement) test specimen respectively. Test was conducted to study the mechanical properties of concrete, such as compressive strength and split tensile strength. The curing period should be 7, 14, 21 and 28 days.

Environmental constraints and the limited supply of fuel make conventional power production methods susceptible. The current electrical power system is developing toward distributed generation, which provides several advantages to the market participants. Recent days have seen a surge in interest in hybrid distributed power-producing devices that combine battery storage with renewable energy sources. There are two converters in conventional systems, one for PV and one for the battery. It is proposed in this research that a PV/battery hybrid distributed power generating system with just one integrated 3-port power converter employs an energy management and control technique. To achieve a balance of power throughout three ports in various operating situations, a method for energy management and control is provided that takes into account both maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and battery charging/discharging management. MATLAB /Simulink is used to examine the simulation model and its output.

The Tourist Recommended system is crucial in helping people choose their vacation destination. When one travels somewhere, for each they will provide feedback after their visit, which will affect the choices made by new users. All Utilizing current user data, existing algorithms such as collaborative or content filtering algorithms data from prior experiences to recommend the ideal hotel. If this is not the case, these algorithms won't User's past experiences are not known at this time. The suggested recommendation system is created to provide suggestions for all other destinations that visitors might like to visit. This approach for recommending sites to tourists will be more beneficial for visitor to unknown places. Taking into account the two factors of point of interest and ratings, preferring the best place based on each attribute's values. The attributes values are inputted into the decision tree, which then outputs the projected location in accordance with the chosen features.

Entrepreneurial education is essential for the sustainable development which is a boon for the students as well as to the society. Presently most of the higher educational institutions are focusing on the employability rather than creation of employment by generating entrepreneurs. The Government of India has taken initiative in implementing new schemes to develop the entrepreneurial skills among the college going students and further enhance their capabilities which is useful to the society. In India most of the premier institutions have set up entrepreneurship cells to encourage, motivate and inspire the students either to carry on family business or adopt new way of risk taking ventures. The Higher education institutes, however, have to conduct series of activities on awareness of entrepreneurship education and provide necessary funding agencies information for their future career.

Concrete is strong in compression but weak in tension and brittle extra. As immediately as cracks start to appear because of where the concrete is, though. These three flaws prevent the use of regular concrete in pavements because they lead to failure, fracture, and lack of ductility. By using fibres as reinforcement in the concrete mix, these flaws in concrete can be minimised. Tires and polyethylene waste contribute to environmental contamination, which causes a host of health problems. Waste tyres and polyethylene can be recycled and utilised effectively as fibre reinforcement in concrete. A synthetic hydrocarbon polymer called polyethylene can enhance ductility, power, shrinkage features, and other properties. The consequences of polyethylene fibre insertion on concrete houses are discussed in this essay.
