Background: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the head of the neck is the proliferation of malignant neoplasms of the head and neck of the immune system and manifests into nodal and extranodal lymphomas. Objective : to report head and neck non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients who received chemotherapy I in the Lotus Surgery Inpatient ENT-KL RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Methods: the data recorded included gender, age, tumor location, biopsy results, immunohistochemistry, chemotherapy regimens, side effects of chemotherapy. Result : The ratio of men and women is 1:1. The most tumor locations in tonsils, 8 patients (50.00%). Location in the nasal cavity, sinonasal and palate as many as 2 patients (12.50%). The location at least is in the hypopharynx and parotid, 1 patient (6.25%). The results of the biopsy showed a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 10 patients (62.50%), suspicion of malignant round cell DD non-Hodgkin lymphoma differentiated carcinoma in 6 patients (37.50%). The use of chemotherapy regimens for patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in the form of CHOP in 15 patients (93.75%) and the use of R-CHOP (Rituximab-CHOP) in 1 patient (6.25%). Conclusion: The number of male patients is the same as that of women with the highest age group being 41-70 years. The most common location for the tumor is the tonsils. Most of the tumor biopsy results showed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma without a differential diagnosis. Positive results of immunohistochemical examination were performed on NHL with the most differential diagnosis using cluster of differentiation 20. Chemotherapy regimens used were cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone with partial chemotherapy response. The most side effect of chemotherapy is a decrease in serum electrolytes

Abstract A farm level study of rice production in Thoubal and Bishnupur districts of Manipur was carried on with the field survey data on the input uses in these districts. Six farm specific production function models were employed for selecting the best model by using the data from the field survey and applied the model for further study. Translog Production Function model was found to be the best model from among the models so studied. This production function model is applied for the stochastic frontier production and technical efficiency measure of rice production these districts. The study found that there is a large gap between actual production per hectare and potential production per hectare. Most of the farmers were found inefficient in input used and there is sufficient room for increasing yield of rice with the same amount of inputs used.

Three factors in every economy i.e. agriculture, industry and commerce are highly related to each other. If there is expansion in one sector other two will also expand or develop. It means these factors are positively interrelated to each other. No doubt, for the overall economic development Banks cannot be overlooked. Banking sector in India has attained an orientation from recent period of time to time and occupies a prominent position as infrastructural factors for development of economy. Agriculture in India is the cultivation of land involves production of crops, livestock and forestry, fishery, processing and marketing of those agricultural productions and also provides food for man, animals and industries. The crop productivity is directly related with use of manures and fertilizers. But small and marginal farmers are unable to purchase and use chemical fertilizers. With the technological breakthrough in Indian agriculture, farmers need to borrow more credit for capital requirements to purchase different farm inputs. Our Indian farmers are not able to meet the expenditure, due to low size of the holdings, low productivity of per acre, low income and high level of consumption. So that agricultural finance has to increase for farmers and for rural development. Indian economy has been passing through a rapid transition phase with structural transformation and rapid growth of the service sector. But this growth is sustainable only if it is followed by stability of income and production in agriculture to generate adequate market potential. India still has a dominant agriculture sector in the economy in terms of revenue generation as well as employment.

In terms of greenhouse gas emissions, electric vehicles are thought to be a feasible alternative. Although electric vehicle features and characteristics, as well as charging infrastructure design, have been extensively studied, the development and network modeling of electric cars are still in their infancy. These works are reviewed in detail, and research gaps are identified in terms of theories, modeling methods, algorithms, and applications. A more detailed examination of the global market for electric vehicles and their future prospects is conducted. A complete examination of battery technology, from lead-acid batteries to lithium-ion, is provided in this article. Also included a look at the various standards for EV charging and the proposed solutions for EV power regulation and battery energy management. Lastly, we summarize our work by giving our expectations for this subject in the near future, along with the research elements that are still accessible to both the academic and industrial sectors.

Lozenges are one of the most widely used and revolutionary dosages and oral confectionary items in the world. Lozenges have been in use since the 20th century and are still being produced commercially. As a new way of transmitting medications for local action and systemic effect in the oral cavity, Lozenges has a promising future. Lozenges are flavored medicated dosage formulations that are sucked and kept in the mouth or pharynx. They normally contain one or more medicaments inside a sweetened base. The advantages of medicated lozenges are that they improve the retention time within the mouth of the drug type, increasing bioavailability, reducing gastric discomfort, and bypassing the metabolism of the first pass. The acceptance of lozenges as a form of dosage is high for adults and also high for children. Compressed lozenges, hard lozenges & soft lozenges are various types of lozenges available on the market and their preparation methods and ingredients used in their preparation are discussed. The present analysis covers more or less all things relevant to lozenges and also sheds light on lozenge applications. This includes numerous studies undertaken to date, parameters of formulation and evaluation, packaging, and lozenge applications.

Do women really want a man to tell them what to do and take charge or is an equal partnership something they should be striving for? If a woman wants a man to be in charge does that make her an enemy of the feminist? FEMINIST MOVEMENT-FUTURE WILL BE IN THE HANDS OF FEMALE. . The conclusion would be based on the generation where women made as slaves or she is an independent according to the society where it is the major drawback of feminism. It is both active and dynamic. In other words, it is deeply contested term that allows for change, movement, improvisation and impact. It matters in the world which is why it is deeply debated.

Network security has become a lot necessary to private laptop users, organizations, and also the military. Computer network security plays a key role in modern computer systems. A number of software tools have been developed to ensure high levels of protection from malicious attacks. Computer technology is improving rapidly, and network technology, as well as web technology, is progressing at a rapid rate along with this. An appropriate pattern matching intrusion detection system for network security has been proposed in this paper due to its capability to detect and prevent attacks from malicious network users. A recent research topic has been the potential of intrusion detection systems to detect and prevent attacks from malicious network users. This paper rapidly presents the possibility of Computer security. Antivirus solutions are presently a typical part of the computer framework. The paper in this manner hopes to raise measurements of comprehension about the security of the security items. The different security tools that are accessible are Firewall, Intrusion Detection System, and Honeypot. Each tool has its own components, benefits, and hindrances. The analysis of this paper will disclose to you that how an enemy of infection perceives the infections and sanitize the records. The rule manner of thinking of this paper is to tell how it works and secure your system unmistakable sorts of malware, contaminations, and worms.

Career orientation is understood as a process of planning and predicting the job that will be chosen to do in the future of each person. This process is shaped by the socialization environment both in the family and in the society. From a young age, each child is often asked by his parents: what do you want to do when you grow up? Towards the end of high school, their future career orientation is increasingly set. Before the end of this level of study, students will be faced with a serious and realistic decision about which profession to choose for the future. Through research in Ho Chi Minh City, we will discover the factors affecting career orientation and take measures to promote better career orientation.

Naturally coloured cottons are gaining importance in the recent years due to the integration of ecology, fashion and public's rising interest in environmental issues and environment-friendly production processes. However, there are few drawbacks with these fibres which make the consumer non-enthusiastic to go for naturally coloured cotton fabric. The fibres are too short and weak to be spun into finer counts and also there is a basic limitation of non-availability of desired shades and colors. Studies have already been carried out to develop various colors and shades at the fibre stage of naturally coloured. Hence, in the present review of literature study we aimed to describe and delineate current and future perspectives on colour cotton research. In India, about 40 coloured genotypes of upland cotton (G. hirsutum), mostly of various shades of brown and green colour have been developed. Brown cotton lines are at the forefront and expects that one of its varieties, DDCC-1, was proposed for release in 2021. Furthermore, DMB-225, a medium brown variety was developed in 2013, along with three other varieties. However, DMB-225 was not released commercially on the grounds that it would contaminate white cotton, though its fibre quality was found highly suitable. By not using chemical dyes, as well as reducing the use of pesticides, the naturally colored cottons have become popular for being ecological and environmentally safe. However, The limitations which impede commercial cultivation of coloured cotton itself signalize future thrust area of research viz. (i) development of wide range of colours with different shades, uniformity and stability, (ii) improvement of fibre properties such as length, strength and maturity, (iii) development of high yielding, early maturing varieties and hybrids, (iv) development of coloured cotton varieties and hybrids amenable to mechanical picking, (v) development of male sterility based hybrids in desi and upland coloured cottons, and (vi) development of coloured transgenic cottons.

To define the laws of new physics different formalism are made. In this paper we will prove the existence of parallel universe and multi dimensions. In this universe many singularities are present that can move us to different universe. . There are point in the universe which can be find out with the help of simple mathematics. We will also prove that above black hole point multiple universe are connected to a point which can be explained by tensor. In this paper we explain that the points which are hidden from normal calculation are existence of dark matter and source of dark energy. All above mentioned will be proved by using mathematical formulae

The Scholars from East and West together agree that word as a thing, having power or significance in it. But what is this power? or ?akti? In their opinion, all words have a certain power; and this power is a unique existence in things like a sed. Seeds are the cause of plants; and these seeds have the power to produce plants. But when some insect has bitten the seed, it is incapable of growing plants. They say that there is some hidden power in the seed, which is not sensed yet, and it can produces the plant. But an insect can take away this power of seed to grow the plant. From this example1 we can say that words have power to mean and this power of meaning is inherent in them. It cannot be shaken by any external force, These words are meaningful by their very nature2"; and there is no word which is not meaningful.
