Crouzon syndrome is a rare genetic disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance. Crouzon syndrome is caused by malformations of the mesenchyme and ectoderm. The purpose of this paper is to report a case of severe Crouzon syndrome in children, focusing on diagnostic and its management. A case of Crouzon Syndrome in a 17 months old male has been reported. The patient was consulted to Growth and Development outpatient clinic because there was a lack of normal physiological development. Operation procedure preference is when a child is 9 to 11 months of age unless clear signs so increased ICP are identified earlier in life. The goals at this stage are to provide increased intracranial space in the anterior cranial vault for the brain, increase the orbital volume, which allows the eyes to be positioned more normally for better protection from exposure, and improve the morphology of the forehead and upper orbits. This first surgery of this patient was performed when he was 17 months old, but there was no significant result for visual improvement. The growth and developmental aspects of this patient have not been evaluated furthermore because after surgery he never came back to the outpatient clinic.

The research paper examines how the Consumer Generated Media impacts Consumer Behavior. The increasing focus on CGM has shifted the way a company interact with its target customers. The consumers are also responding positively towards CGM, as it provided opportunity for them to interact with each other, able to access the information, view the comments, reviews and rates that can help them for purchase decision making. As a result, CGM become a significant area of creating & maintaining a competitive advantage.Out & out CGM is becoming a weapon in the marketing sector, which is shaping the behaviour of a consumer on the social media networks. In assessing the impact of CGM on consumer behavior, an exploration of existing literature helped in identifying the influence of CGM on consumer behavior. This study may help the marketers to become cost effective & maximize their advertising efforts to generate purchase intention.

The present study has made an attempt to find out the relationship between teaching effectiveness of teachers and academic achievement of X standard students studying in different secondary schools of Kalaburagi district. A total number of 200 students were selected by using random sampling technique for analysis of data correlation technique as adopted, teaching effectiveness scale developed by Umme Kulsum and achievement test constructed by the investigator were administered to collect the required data and the normative survey method was used. Boys and girls and urban and rural students donut differ significantly in respect of the teaching competence and academic achievement, whereas, high and low SES students differ significantly in the academic achievement. However, there is a positive correlation between teaching competence and academic achievement of boys and girls, rural and urban and high and low SES students studying in X standard.

Currently, Technology is transforming the entire world into a sophisticated scientific arena, and the healthcare sector is no exception. With the implementation of information technology, hospitals can improve the quality of healthcare and lower their operational costs. Also, with the use of technology, the healthcare industry has been able to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas. With the right tools, Medical Profession can ensure providing better and more efficient care to their patients. The healthcare sector faces various challenges such as storing medical records of patients, maintaining hospital information systems, maintaining medical equipment, records of any medication errors, and related. Now, hospitals rely on ICT in transforming the entire healthcare revamping process. If the medical profession has the right communication channels, it is easy for them to provide treatment and care to patients wherever they are and in whichever part of the world. ICT technology helps physicians continuously monitor patient medical history, diagnostic reports, and track current health status. Doctors can also interact with patients and recommend physical exams and prescriptions from a distance. In this paper, the latest trends in information and communication technology in healthcare are being discussed.

In the present research article, the relationship between family environment and self-esteem has been studied. Family environment Members' behaviour. Behaviour learning level Family safety Support and methods affect a child's educational improvement. The children in the family have to face the problems before moving forward. Their comments leave him in favor. The family environment affects the child's self-esteem personally. Personal identity includes those aspects of a person that make a person unique, personal qualities, skills, and experiences. It is an estimate of this level of identity so is exploited. The way a person is valued is often through external agents. Diffusion is affected by the context in which the individual finds himself so it can be changed over time.

In this paper, we have been to analyses two bell nozzles of varying length and a similar cone nozzle, with the same exit area ratio. By running these nozzle configurations under similar conditions at different altitudes, the velocity and pressure contours are obtained. By studying these contours, it is found that the 85% Bell Nozzle runs at design conditions over a greater range of altitude than the Cone Nozzle. Also below 70% Bell Nozzle length, it is found that the exhaust gas flow becomes highly unstable and the thrust produced is very low. On calculating the specific impulses for each condition, it is found that the 85% Bell Nozzle has a 6-7% loss when compared to the cone Nozzle. The k- model with standard wall treatment was used for analyzing the flow. Here the working fluid has been taken as air. All the calculations were done by using ANSYS-15.0 Workbench.

Short pins are used for internal cooling of the trailing edge in a gas turbine blade. A novel method is described in this thesis which helps in simplifying the experimental process used to obtain average heat transfer data on the pin surface, at the expense of additional post- processing complexity. The method is based on a unique, analytical solution of the longitudinal conduction equation with internal heat generation, allowing computation of heat transfer rates via pin base temperature measurements via Temperature Sensitive Paint, or similar non-intrusive methods. Verification of this method is done with comparisons to the solution of infinite fins with internal heat generation, conjugate computational results, and experimental data validated against the literature. Agreement within 8% of experimental and 2% of numerical results confirm the suitability of the method.

Abstract: E-banking, also known as online banking or virtual banking or internet banking is a system that enables banking transactions like transfer of funds, payment of loans and EMIs, deposit, and withdrawal of cash virtually with the help of the internet. E-banking plays a vital role in the present banking functionality. Electronic banking is inferred to be safe and secured, compared to physical banking. It ensures qualitative banking operations compared to traditional banking. E-banking in India is still in the early stages of growth and development. Competition and changes in technology have changed the face of the banking sector. The purpose of the study is to emphasize the concept of e-banking. The research method of this study used the secondary data listed in different databases of books, research papers, and related articles of e-banking available on the Internet. The present study has been undertaken to describe the present status of e-banking in India and examine the challenges & opportunities of e-banking. With the help of e-banking, the banking sector is gaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Banks should provide their customers with convenience, meaning offering service through several distributions channels and the availability of online services becomes easier for the customer.
