This abstract provides an overview of the comprehensive discussion on the multifaceted impact of marital rights absence and pervasive prejudice on India’s LGBTQ+ community. India, like many nations, grapples with the complexities of LGBTQ+ rights, further exacerbated by the absence of legal recognition for same sex marriages and societal biases. This discussion explores the far reaching consequences, including financial disparities, legal battles over parental rights, immigration issues, and barriers to healthcare. Additionally, it sheds light on the social and cultural challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, the profound impact on mental health, and the coping strategies employed. Finally, it envisions a more inclusive future, advocating for legal reforms, increased representation, and government support to pave the way for a more accepting society.

Pervious Concrete is a special type of concrete, which consist of cement, coarse aggregates, water and if required admixtures and other cementitious materials. As there are no fine aggregates used in the concrete mix, the void content is more which allows the water to flow through its body. So, the Pervious Concrete is also called as Permeable Concrete and Porous Concrete. There is lot of research work is going in the field of Pervious Concrete. The compressive strength of Pervious Concrete is less when compared to the conventional concrete due to its porosity and voids. Hence, the usage of Pervious Concrete is limited even though it has lot of advantages. If the compressive strength and flexural strength of Pervious Concrete is increased, then it can be used for a greater number of applications. For now, the usage of Pervious Concrete is mostly limited to light traffic roads only. If the properties are improved, then it can also be used for medium and heavy traffic rigid pavements also. Along with that, the Pervious Concrete eliminates surface runoff of storm water, facilitates the ground water recharge, and makes the effective usage of available land. The Pervious Concrete can be an important part of context-sensitive construction and low-impact development used to improve water quality by capturing the "first flush" of surface runoff, reducing temperature rise in receiving waters, increasing base flow, and reducing flooding potential by creating short term storage detention of rainfall. In order to fully utilize these benefits, the hydrological behavior of the pervious concrete system must be assessed. The hydrological performance is usually a key parameter in decisions to use this material as a best management practice for storm water management. Pervious Concrete is an important application for the sustainable construction and is one of many low impact development techniques used by builders to protect water quality.

Women inmates are commonly the only or primary source of livelihood for minor children. This means that the mother's imprisonment cannot be viewed in isolation. The difficulties that women prisoners face roots from the fact that jails have traditionally been created to address the requirements of men. The children's experiences with their mother's imprisonment affect every aspect of their lives, and not just their relation with their mother. It is close to emotional distress, but with added stigma and, in many cases, less support from new career educators and many others. Not unexpectedly, it generally leads to aggressive, violence and anti-social behaviour in children. The effect on the children, of course, vary according to their age and the response of their family and community. This present paper is an attempt to study and understand the various challenges faced by children who are living with their imprisoned mother in jails, and how this impacts children with respect to their personal life, relationship with mother, personality formation, and any mental or physical sufferings. This study will help forensic and correctional psychologist to understand the reasons as to why such children commit illegal activities. This study will further help in preventing such crimes by understanding how such children can be provided with proper care and benefits so that they can become responsible citizen in the society.

Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced various policies and programmes to provide quality education such as the Amma Vodi, Mana Badi, Nadu-Nedu ,the introduction of English as the medium of instruction in all Government schools, and the Jagananna Vidya Kanuka schemes to enhance infrastructure facilities in these schools for the academic year 2019-20. Accordingly, the government has spent over Rs. 53,000 crores on school education in the state for the academic years 2019-20 to 2022-23. The study was conducted in Payakaraopeta and Araku Valley mandals ,the former one represents a non-tribal mandal and the latter one tribal mandal in the undivided Visakhapatnam district. A total of 300 students and their respective households from both the mandals (150 from each mandal) were selected. The main objective of the paper is to find out the differential impact and identified the factors responsible for the success versus failure of providing quality education in two sample areas. Majority of the respondent households were in the age group of 31-45 years. A sizable portion of pupils drop out of school at the secondary level in both the sample mandals but this dropout rate was higher in Araku Valley. About 96 per cent of parents reported that Amma Vodi were very helpful in preventing dropouts, and the amount received under this scheme was being used for the betterment of their children and 97 per cent of them aware of the implementation of the Nadu-Nedu programme. Cent per cent of parents were happy with Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, and all of them expressed that their children are receiving books and uniforms on time. Perception of parents about the implementation of English language in schools reveals that more than 90 percent of parents gave a positive response in all five aspects: awareness and agreeing to adopt English as a medium, having the highest respect in society, improving personality development and knowledge, and the language also helping them to survive in a competitive world. The introduction of the English language as a medium of instruction in primary schools is well thought out, but its implementation is something that needs to be addressed more carefully and pragmatically. The existing teaching staff, who have been accustomed to teaching in their mother tongue, are given the task of teaching in English, a language they have no command of. This is actually causing more problems. The government should focus more on providing the required infrastructure in the schools and monitoring their usage of it.

1) Title of the initiative - Experiments in English Teaching 2) Objectives of the initiative - To develop listening, speaking, pronunciation, writing skills in an interesting way To give practice in a pleasant manner through various games and activities that will help in reading and writing. Enhancing vocabulary To inform students about English reading techniques. To develop the habit of reading according to pure and clear pronunciation Nature of implementation As Marathi is the mother tongue of all the students, children speak Marathi with confidence but the same confidence is not found when speaking English. Children face difficulties in acquiring communication skills due to fear of English subject. Even while writing answers to questions, they leave out some letters from words or write wrong spelling. After realizing this, if some activities are implemented for students To reduce the fear of English subject among the students and take some activities so that the students can speak confidently, read and write clearly. determined. And started the activity immediately from the second day. At first some oral instructions were practiced in English and actions were taken based on them. 1) Word - chain - write a word in it and write the word starting from the last letters of it (eg mat - tea -ant ...) The one who writes the most words is congratulated as the word chain king. Even if the children cannot read the word at the beginning, they can read the last words. Searched many words starting with letters. The students were asked to find the meaning of the found words in the dictionary and write the meaning. So the students understood how to find the word. 2) Rhyming word game - In the beginning, a lot of oral rhyming words were practiced and the words were written on the blackboard and read. Distributed rhyming word flash cards in two groups..one of the first group flashed the nearest card by showing the word to say The students of the second group would show the rhyming word card that rhymed with it. And show both the word cards to all the students. If the rhyming word is wrong, the student will be eliminated and the game will start again.
