As society continues to advance, Internet technology has become an integral part of daily life and work. The widespread adoption of Internet technology has introduced various external interferences into computer systems during daily operations, leading to a range of network failures. Strengthening regional network maintenance and management is essential to reduce the likelihood of computer network failures and ensure the normal and secure operation of computer systems. This paper delves into strategies for enhancing LAN maintenance to mitigate computer network failures.

 Abstract

Well-Being is the extent to which an individual feels good or content with their life as a whole. The aim of this study was to see the status of well-being of professionals. Friedman Well-Being Scale Questionnaire was used to collect the data through Google forms. The total sample size is sixty were collected from IT professionals working in different IT organizations. The collected data was analyzed by using required statistical techniques such as mean, SD and t-test. Purposive sampling technique was used. The research design 2x3x4 was employed. Results found that there is no significant difference in Gender, Working Models, and Income levels with regards to Well-Being of IT professionals.

 Abstract

The present study is demonstration of preparation or blending of the waste, usage of different materials and construction of an easy and economical composter, using the final compost for plants. Home composting is considered as a best waste management technique such that it reduces the transportation and collection costs and reduces the burden for landfills besides giving the best output called compost. Since the composting bins available in the market are pricey, to conduct the study, bin composters are prepared similar to those available in the market by using plastic bins and drilling holes circumferentially and on the cover. The blending of carbon and nitrogen sources is worked out numerically and also the moisture content. The initially parameters of the compost were determined theoretically, such as pH, electrical conductivity, density, moisture content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total organic matter, C/N ratio

इस शोध आलेख के माध्यम से भारतीय समाज में महिलाओं के खिलाफ किशोरों द्वारा किए गए यौन अपराध की चिंताजनक स्थिति पर प्रकाश डाला गया है। किशोरों द्वारा महिलाओं के खिलाफ यौन उत्पीड़न के मूल कारणों एवं किशोर अपराध के उभरते परिदृश्य को समझने का प्रयास किया गया है। इसके लिए प्राथमिक एवं द्वितीयक स्रोतों का प्रयोग किया गया है। अध्ययन से स्पष्ट होता किशोरों में सामाजिक एवं सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों में गिरावट और हास्य होता सामाजिक ताना-बाना इसके लिए जिम्मेदार है। अतः किशोरों द्वारा किए गए यौन अपराध के आंकड़ों के माध्यम से बहुआयामी दृष्टिकोण प्रदान किया गया है।

this review article presents a comprehensive analysis of the thermodynamic application of thermal energy storage (TES) to combined heat and power (CHP) plants. The integration of TES technologies in CHP systems has garnered increasing attention as a means to enhance energy efficiency, improve system flexibility, and optimize the utilization of heat and power resources. Through a thorough examination of existing literature, this review highlights the key findings, challenges, and opportunities in this field. The review begins by discussing the principles of TES and CHP systems, outlining their respective advantages in energy storage and simultaneous heat and power generation. It then delves into the various TES technologies suitable for integration with CHP plants, including sensible heat storage, latent heat storage, and thermo chemical storage. The advantages and limitations of each technology are analyzed in the context of CHP applications. A significant portion of the review focuses on the performance enhancement achieved through TES integration in CHP plants. Studies evaluating the impact of TES on the efficiency, load balancing, and operational flexibility of CHP systems are critically examined. The analysis underscores the potential of TES to mitigate the intermittency challenges associated with renewable energy sources and its role in supporting grid stability and demand response programs. With radicular syndromes or cervical myelopathy, multilevel cervical degenerative disc degeneration is well-known in the cervical spine pathology. Adults frequently experience one or two levels of cervical herniation, and older people with spinal stenosis frequently experience multilayer cervical degenerative disc herniation. Both conditions are caused by the disc's slow degradation. We present the case of a patient who had undergone anterior cervical microdiscectomy at both levels and fusion at C5-C6 for a two-level cervical disc herniation (C4-C5 and C5-C6). Five years later, the patient returned with left C7 radiculopathy, and an MRI revealed a left C6-C7 disc herniation. He underwent anterior microsurgical discectomy, which provided prompt symptom relief. Adults with three-level cervical herniated discs are uncommon, and this condition is treated with an anterior microdiscectomy with or without fusion.

Dandruff is the most typical reason for hair loss, and a microbial infection of the scalp is the primary factor in dandruff. Numerous studies have been focused on discovering phytoconstituents with antibacterial potential. Due to their excellent therapeutic efficacy, minimal toxicity, and accessibility, medicinal plants are utilized extensively. The goal of this study was to identify the phytoconstituents in Hibiscus rosa-Sinensis Linn that exhibit antimicrobial action. The formulation of a hair gel containing this extract was also evaluated. A phytochemical analysis revealed the presence of proteins, amino acids, alkaloids, cardiac glycosides, and carbohydrates. and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was examined along with the antibacterial activity of extracts using the agar well diffusion method. development and testing of hibiscus-infused antibacterial hair gel.

Ayurveda, an ancient and the first systemic medical science ever evolved throughout the globe emphasizes on physical and mental fitness with prevention. Hypothyroidism refers to deficiency of thyroid hormone caused due to various reasons. The Concept of Hypothyroidism is directly not mentioned in classical texts but it can be correlate with various topics mentioned by Acharyas such as Galaganda, concept of Dhatwagni, Samprati of Medoroga and much more. Among them it is sincere attempt to evaluate the concept of Hypothyroidism with Galaganda. Also this research carried out to evaluate the efficacy of of Nirgundi Taila Nasya followed by Gomutra Haritaki in the management of Hypothyroidism. Aims & objectives: To evaluate the combined effect of Nirgundi Taila Nasya followed by Gomutra Haritaki in management of Hypothyroidism. Materials and Methods: 30 patients of Hypothyroidism will be selected randomly from and given Nirgundi Taila Nasya followed by Gomutra Haritaki. . 8 drops of Nirgundi Taila was instilled in each nostril for 7 days and Haritaki churna of 2 gm thrice a day along with Gomutraarka of 8 ml was given for 23 days after shodana krama. Results: Complete remission was shown by 12(65%) patients and Marked improvement was shown by 18(35%) patients. At the end of treatment No patient remain unchanged. Conclusion: Thus the Nirgundi Taila Nasya followed by Gomutra Haritaki proved that effective in combating the disease Hypothyroidism.

The study titled delves into the intricate landscape of investment behavior within the mutual fund domain, exploring determinants influencing investors' risk appetite. It utilizes mixed-method approaches, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to comprehensively understand the elements impacting risk tolerance. The study emphasizes the role of financial literacy in shaping risk appetite. Informed investors are better equipped to evaluate risks and returns, influencing their risk tolerance. The research assesses how varying financial literacy levels impact willingness to take on risk. Demographics like age, income, and occupation also influence risk tolerance. By analyzing these factors, the study reveals how diverse profiles impact comfort levels with risk. Market conditions are examined as dynamic influences on risk appetite.  Abstract

The current article investigates the use of social media platforms by the students of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar for getting a variety of academic information in their day-to-day life. The study has made use of Google Forms to create an online questionnaire for collecting the data to complete this research. 102 responses have been received from 150 students for a response rate of 68%. Results showed that 51% respondents use social media platforms on a 'Daily basis' followed by 31.4% respondents who use social media platforms 'As and when required' for getting desired academic information. 73.5% of respondents said they utilised social media for understanding concepts, with YouTube and Wikipedia being the most popular choices, listed by 93.1% and 61.8% of respondents, respectively. Preparing notes, searching for new information, and supplement classroom learning were the primary academic uses of social media among respondents.

However, the much-hyped technology has started to get some bad reputations. Most of these harmful vices have been brought about by the various security concerns within technology. Fortunately, there are various ways through which the users can improve the security of this technology. One of the techniques that can be applied to secure the internet of Things is cryptography. This research will discuss cryptography as involved in the Internet of things. More specifically, we will seek to explore how RFID authentication schemes of IOT can be secured using elliptic curve cryptography.

 Abstract

Gridhrasi can be equated with sciatica, where pain, weakness, numbness, and other discomforts along the path of the sciatic nerve often accompanies low back pain. It is a common affliction of adults, costing billions of dollars in healthcare and resulting in more lost days of work than any other illness but the common cold. A herniated disc, spinal stenosis, piriformis syndrome, etc., can all cause sciatica. The treatment available for sciatica in modern medicine is not very satisfactory. The role of research in Ayurveda is to elucidate the underlying principles and to explain them in modern parameters. The present study was aimed at establishing clinically the effect of Vaitharana Basti and Erandmooladi Nirooha Basti the management of Gridhrasi. A total of 40 patients were registered for the study, 20 patients in group A (Vaitharana Basti) and 20 in group B (Erandamooladi Nirooha Basti). The results show that both treatments had a good effect on Gridhrasi, but there was better relief of the signs and symptoms in group B. Erandamooladi Nirooha Basti might be more effective in the recovery of the patient.

 Abstract

Radio is an age-old medium of entertainment and advertising. The first radio advertisement was done by the American Telecommunications expert AT&T in 1922. Though Radio lacks the visual aspects of an advertisement, it is still a strong contender for advertising and promotional purposes. It is a perfect medium for regional advertising. The local saloons, real estate firms, bakeries, and even smaller establishments whose scope of customer coverage does not go beyond the city or town find radio as an excellent platform to advertise their brand, products, or services. The cost efficiency coupled with the pinpointed approach for their target audience is what makes the radio a go-to platform for local marketers. As radio comes as a basic product offering in automobiles and phones, the exposure to radio is more among the people who use cars for transit. Now the audio-only function in radio is certainly a challenge for marketers to impress the audience. As clutter is a common phenomenon associated with radio advertising, it becomes more challenging for advertisers to ensure attention, absorption, interpretation, and memorization of the brand name among the listeners. Hence, marketers have found newer ways of appealing to the listeners. The advancement of technology and creativity has paved the way for new strategies to attract the audience, carry the message, and influence them in their consumer behaviour.

Abstract Farming plays a significant role in rural development. The significant contribution of farming to rural development are advocating employment, allied businesses, environmental services, and supporting the economic and social infrastructure. Mobile communication technology is creating opportunities for social and economic empowerment in developing countries, especially in farming. Smartphones are actively adopted by farmers in developing countries and this gives space for mobile applications that can meet their requirements. Many mobile applications have appeared for farmers in recent years such as Kisan Suvidha, eNAM, Plantix, etc., Farming Mobile applications contribute to Agricultural and Rural Development (ARD) by providing the latest information, markets, and services to lot of rural people. This paper provides a systematic review of the current trends of mobile applications in farming for rural development. The research design employed here is the secondary data analysis. Previously collected data have been tabulated and analyzed by the researcher. Different project reports, research studies, and conference proceedings were analyzed to document the current trends of mobile applications in farming for rural development. Findings reported that mobile applications will unlock enormous benefits for the farming community and rural development sector, particularly in developing countries.

 Abstract

The traditional education system in India has primarily focused on textbook knowledge while less on developing vocational knowledge and practical skills. NEP (National Education Policy) 2020 seeks to change this scenario by shifting the paradigm from a rote based academic approach to a skill- based education system as it recognizes the importance of vocational education and equips the students with the necessary skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market. According to the policy, by 2025, at least 50% of learners in the school and higher education system shall have exposure to the vocational education for which a clear action plan with targets and timelines one has to develop. To achieve these objectives, secondary schools will have to collaborate with industrial training institutes (IITS), Poly techniques, Local Industry, etc. Skill labs are also necessary and needed to be setup in the schools like a hub and spoke model, which will allow other schools to use the facility. Main challenges in implementing these recommendations lies mainly in the budgetary allocation and capacity of vocational institutes and administrator. It is high time that the government starts mapping out the linkages between the demands of industry and supply of vocational courses so that skills can be align according to the jobs available. Alongside these challenges, there is also a need to consider the factor of digital literacy. In order to effective implement the recommendations in the NEP 2020; the government needs to learn from the existing inadequacies in its training programmes. The existence of skilled work force is beneficial to any of the society and it will lead India ahead in the economic development. A quality vocational education provided by skilled institutions/trainers will generate a young and efficient work force, which will contribute immensely to the progress of our nation.

 Abstract

In Ayurveda, Hridroga covers broad Spectrum with all cardiovascular diseases. According to current studies, 17.5 million people die each year from cardiovascular diseases, with an estimated 31 per cent of death worldwide. Among them 7.4 million died due to coronary heart disease,6.7 million due to stroke, atherosclerosis etc., hence it is needed to discover effective drugs which can prevent death due to cardiovascular diseases and other cardiac disorders. Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana is a branch of Ayurveda that focus on the preparation of herbo-mineral or metal contains formulations. These mineral-metal containing formulations, called Rasaaushadhi, works at cellular level thus, curing life-threatening diseases. The aim of the review is to collect data on various Rasaaushadhi used for the treatment of Hridroga.The present review reveals that these Rasasushadhi regularize Doshas normal functions and help in preventing Hridroga.
