ABSTRACT: Laboratory technicians and other workers are at high risk of infection because of their daily exposure to micro-organisms. Needle stick injuries (NSIs) are a critical occupational hazard for healthcare workers, carrying the risk of transmitting blood borne pathogens such as HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Despite established guidelines and preventive measures, the occurrence of NSIs remains a significant concern. This study seeks to evaluate the knowledge of healthcare workers regarding needle stick injuries, aiming to identify areas of strength and weakness in their understanding.

Speed is one of the causes of car accidents. If emergency services receive emergency information and arrive at the scene in time, many people will be saved. This project includes helmet detection and sending challan systems. In recent years, motorcycle accidents have increased in some countries because drivers around the world often ignore safety precautions, which leads to accidents and deaths. Drivers who do not wear helmets are at the greatest risk of brain injuries; There is a law in India that requires only bike riders to wear helmets, not passengers. Anyone riding a motorcycle without a helmet can have an accident or suffer a head injury. It should be mandatory for everyone to wear a helmet; In this "automatic helmet inspection and penalty", passengers without helmets are detected and the license plate number of the motorcycle is recorded. A penalty message is sent to the person not wearing a helmet. This is because more and more people are now riding motorcycles on the highway, causing more accidents and injuries. Cyclists not wearing protective helmets are one of the main causes of accidents. You can check if they are currently wearing helmets by looking at CCTV footage from surrounding buildings or walkways. It is important for people to interact with one of these systems to see people who are not wearing helmets. The system classifies the features of products based on the information collected about them. The system now uses deep learning for the you-will-only-see-once (YOLO)-Darknet policy to detect the helmet.

A key challenge in the field of economics is forecasting the prices of stocks. This is made even more complex due to the unpredictable and turbulent nature of the stock market, making it one of the most challenging areas to accurately predict. Our proposal is to create a model for stock market forecasting that considers the sentiments of investors, employing deep learning to address these complexities. The present proposed work suggests including investors' emotion into stock forecasting, which could greatly enhance the reliability of the model's forecasts. Then, use of long short-term memory (LSTM) because of its benefits for using its memory function to analyses correlations between time series data. The findings of the experiment demonstrate that the optimized LSTM model may decrease time delay in addition to increasing prediction accuracy.

This paper explores the conceptual frameworks and feasibility of free energy generators, devices purported to harness limitless energy from external sources with minimal input. While "free energy" has been a topic of intrigue, particularly in the context of renewable energy and alternative systems, many concepts in this domain tread into speculative or pseudoscientific areas. This research seeks to clarify the distinctions between scientifically plausible systems and speculative designs. By reviewing key developments in zero-point energy, magnetic motors, and other claimed free energy devices, the paper outlines the scientific challenges and potential breakthroughs required to validate the technology. It concludes by offering a critical evaluation of the potential applications and limitations of free energy generation within the context of established physical laws, specifically the first and second laws of thermodynamics.

Cefpodoxime Proxetil is a broad-spectrum, orally administered third-generation cephalosporin that acts as a pro-drug. In the body, it is converted to cefpodoxime, which exhibits significant antibacterial activity. a third-generation antibiotic, is effective against various bacterial infections, including cerebral abscesses and bacterial meningitis. As part of the ?-lactam antibiotic group, it is considered one of the safer options available1. Cefpodoxime proxetil has shown comparable clinical and bacteriological efficacy in treating lower respiratory tract infections, like pneumonia, when compared to cefuroxime axetil and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid in randomized controlled trials. It has also proven effective for skin and soft tissue infections in children. In studies involving both adults and children with various infections (such as abscesses, furuncles, cellulitis, and infected wounds),cefpodoxime proxetil's efficacy was similar to that of cefuroxime axetil and cefaclor.Additionally, cefpodoxime proxetil is generally well tolerated in pediatric patients, with adverse effects primarily involving gastrointestinal issues and skin rashes, which are consistent with those observed for other oral cephalosporins2.

Objectified Body Consciousness (OBC) involves individuals adopting societal beauty standards, focusing on external judgement. Social media usage indicates an individual's interaction with platforms like Instagram or Facebook. Idealised body images on social media may heighten OBC, influencing body image and contributing to psychological impacts like lowered self-esteem. This study explores the relationship between Objectified Body Consciousness (OBC) and social media usage among 120 young adults. The data was collected using purposive sampling, with participants aged 18 to 25 years residing in Delhi NCR. Tools used were the Objectified Body Consciousness Scale (24 items). The sample comprising two groups based on social media usage (less than 5 hours and more than 5 hours) showed no significant difference in OBC levels.

Human development refers to the expansion of people's choices, freedom, and opportunities, along with the overall well-being of individuals. It focuses on enhancing the quality of life and dignity, enabling people to live meaningful lives. This concept was introduced by Mahbub ul Haq, who, in collaboration with Nobel laureate Professor Amartya Sen and other prominent economists, published the first Human Development Report in 1990, commissioned by the United Nations Development Programme. The achievement of development is closely tied to the ability of individuals to exercise their free agency. True development is dependent on eliminating the key barriers to freedom, which include not only poverty and tyranny but also limited economic opportunities, social exclusion, inadequate public services, and the presence of oppressive states. Despite significant growth in global wealth, a large proportion of people around the world still lack access to basic freedoms. Economic deprivation often directly undermines these freedoms by preventing individuals from meeting fundamental needs, such as food security, adequate nutrition, and access to healthcare, clothing, shelter, and clean water. Furthermore, the absence of public infrastructure, such as health programs, educational services, and institutions for maintaining local order, exacerbates this lack of freedom. Political and civil rights are also frequently violated, particularly under authoritarian regimes, which restrict people's ability to engage in the social, political, and economic spheres of their communities. (Sen, 1999). When we examine rural villages, often seen as underdeveloped and lacking opportunities, we observe that progress has been slow. With approximately 46% of India's 1.46 billion population residing in villages and the country being an agrarian economy, it is crucial to study the progress of rural development and explore ways to improve the situation in these areas. This analysis will focus on the rural economy, gender-based development, literacy growth, and overall rural development in India, all of which impact human capacity and growth. Additionally, we will look at countries with high rural populations and examine the efforts of governments to bridge the rural-urban gap and make the lives of the rural poor more meaningful.

This study looks at the patterns and differences in migration based on the various socioeconomic and demographic traits of migrants from the rural parts of Madhya Pradesh district Shivpuri. The pattern of rural-out migration in Madhya Pradesh has not been extensively studied up to this point. With the aid of a pre-made questionnaire, data on 2150 families were gathered for the current study through the personal interview approach. The principal push-pull drivers influencing rural-out migration are "poverty," "liking of place," and "better opportunities," according to the analysis of the original data. Younger migrants (15-34 years old) are more likely to travel, and there is a strong correlation between the age at movement and the destination. The basic pattern of migration for educated individuals has changed.

Acute brain disorders such as Wernicke's encephalopathy, which result from a thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency, are often associated with chronic alcoholism, malnutrition or gastrointestinal disorders that impair nutrient absorption. This review provides a comprehensive overview of Wernicke's encephalopathy, focusing on its pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic criteria and management strategies. The classical triad of symptoms -ataxia, ophthalmoplegia and confusion - characterises this condition. However, early diagnosis is challenging due to the variability in clinical symptoms. Prompt intravenous thiamine administration is crucial to prevent Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, a more severe and chronic progression of the disease. This review emphasizes the importance of awareness and education in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Wernicke's encephalopathy, summarizing current research and research guidelines.

Scheduled castes are sub-communities within the framework of the Hindu caste system that have historically faced deprivation, oppression and extreme social isolation in India due to their 'low status'. Such castes have been placed in the Scheduled Castes who had to face social discrimination or isolation. The term Scheduled Caste was first used during the 1935 Government of India Act 1935. According to the Scheduled Castes Ordinance 1950, their number was 1108 in the list of Scheduled Castes. There is no definition related to Scheduled Castes is mentioned in the Indian Constitution. According to Out of total population of SC people in India total 28.4 % of SC people lives in extreme below poverty line. To know this situation research highly interested to understand whats's the financial litereacy of Scs?. The major objectives of the study is understand the challenges and objectives of SC people including financial matters and measure the level of financial literacy of people belonging to Scheduled Castes. In this study, the researchers found that although SCs are educated, they are not financially literate. Hence the research gave actionable suggestions to the Government, Financial Institutions and Scheduled Castes which if properly followed can make the Sc people not financially complete but at least marginally literate.

The field of 3D face recognition has advanced significantly, but variations in facial poses and expressions continue to challenge its reliability. With the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the power of Deep Learning, these challenges are being addressed more effectively than ever before. This paper examines the role of AI-driven techniques, especially Deep Learning, in enhancing the robustness of 3D face recognition systems under diverse pose and expression variations. We explore cutting-edge models, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and attention-based approaches, which offer improved accuracy in identifying faces despite changes in expression and orientation. Techniques such as data augmentation, pose correction, and the use of 3D morphable models are also discussed for their contribution to overcoming these challenges. Through comparative analysis and experimental validation, we demonstrate the substantial impact of AI on boosting recognition performance. The paper also addresses emerging trends and future directions in real-time applications and multi-modal biometric fusion.
