Background: Abdominal muscle stabilization is novel technique and benefits of abdominal muscle stabilization become more frequently accepted and employed in therapeutic setting to maintain proper posture and prevention of abnormal posture in normal and affected population. Since abdominal muscle stabilization is given to normal population, it is better to understand the physiological changes occurring in cardiovascular system. This study was aimed to find out the difference in acute cardiovascular response of conventional and Swiss ball abdominal stabilization exercises in normal individuals. Materials and Methodology: In present study 50 participants were selected by normal BMI sampling method and screened as per inclusion criteria. The resting level systolic, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. Then all participants performed Conventional Abdominal Stabilization Exercises for period of 3 minutes and post exercises values of systolic diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. It was followed by a 10 minutes rest period and again pre exercise data were taken. Then abdominal stabilization exercises was performed on Swiss ball by all participants and post exercise cardiovascular parameters were recorded. The values were tabulated on master chart and subjected to statistical analysis. Results: Statistically the Swiss ball abdominal stabilization exercise is not having significant effect on cardiovascular response (p<0.05) as compared to the conventional abdominal stabilization exercise in normal individual. But clinically the Swiss ball abdominal stabilization exercise is having significant effect on cardiovascular response as compared to the conventional abdominal stabilization exercise in normal individual. Conclusion: The current study after analyzing statistically strongly emphasizes that the Swiss ball abdominal stabilization exercises has effect on acute cardiovascular response than compared to the conventional abdominal stabilization exercises of healthy individual clinically but not significantly for longer duration.

Gridhrasi is a ruja pradhana, nanatmaja vata vyadhi with symptoms like stambha, ruk, toda, spandana in sphik, kati, uru, janu, jangha, pada and sakthi utkshepa nigraha. When Gridhrasi is associated with Kapha symptoms like arochaka, tandra and gaurava are noticed. Basti one among the panchakarma, considered as chikitsardha by Acharya Charaka. Basti when administered enters into pakwashaya and removes the vitiated doshas situated in the body from head to toe. It is used in the diseases of vata, pitta, kapha, samsarga and sannipata conditions. Gridhrasi can be compared to sciatica, as there is close resemblance in manifestation of both conditions. Sciatica is relatively common condition with lifetime incidence varying from 13% to 40%. Several observational studies have suggested that pressure on nerve roots are involved in the development of sciatic neuralgia. The evidences suggest that a complex interplay of inflammatory, immunological, and pressure related processes may be involved. Hence, Sciatica is a condition to be approached from a multi model, multi-disciplinary perspective. To deal with above situations an Ayurvedic management seems to be a best approach. Basti has been mentioned in our classics for the management of Gridhrasi. Pain is one of the cardinal features of Vata and Basti is the choice of treatment for Vatavyadhi. Hence in this present study an attempt was made to evaluate the effect of Vaitrana basi and Churna basti for management of acute pain in Gridhrasi with special reference to sciatica. STUDY DESIGN: A randomized comparative clinical study of 40 patients in which 20 patients in group A were subjected to Vaitarana Basti and 20 patients in group B were subjected to Churna Basti. The assessment was done before the day of initiation of treatment, after treatment and after follow up. The observations and results were tabulated and statistically analyzed with relevant parameters. RESULT:Both group A and group B showed highly significant results in the management of Gridhrasi. Statistically Group A showed better results when compared to Group B in all the parameters.

In this investigation, the degrees of physicochemical and microbiological pollution of water samples collected in Galta Ji, Jaipur, were to be determined. Physicochemical properties including as turbidity, pH, total hardness, dissolved solids, sulphate, nitrate, and total alkalinity were all investigated in this research. For waste water samples, other parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, BOD, and COD are also calculated. In 2019, water samples from the pond were collected at periodic times, and using conventional techniques, the physicochemical and microbiological tests were examined. The physical and chemical properties of water varied widely, but some of the metrics for the water samples were within the maximum desired limit for drinking established by the WHO whereas the value of BOD and COD is greater as compare to limit.

Many services have moved to the cloud platform as a result of the dependability and efficiency of cloud computing technologies maturing. Three-factor Mutual Authentication and Key Agreement (MAKA) protocols for multi-server architectures are receiving a lot of interest since they provide easy access to the services and safeguard the privacy of communication on the public network. However, many of the three-factor MAKA protocols now in use either lack a formal security proof, which makes them vulnerable to numerous attacks, or they have large computation and transmission costs. Additionally, the majority of three-factor MAKA protocols lack a dynamic revocation mechanism, making it difficult for unscrupulous users to have their access quickly revoked. We provide a provable dynamic revocable three-factor MAKA protocol to overcome these disadvantages. This protocol uses Schnorr signatures to manage users dynamically and offers a formal security proof in the random oracle. Our protocol can accommodate a range of requirements in multi-server situations, according to security study. Performance research shows that the suggested scheme is ideal for smart devices with limited processing resources. The whole simulation implementation demonstrates the protocol's viability.

Blood Liquid Matrix, Plasma, Forming Elements. Red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), and platelets (platelets) constitute the building blocks. Human blood is classified into A, B, AB, and O systems based on the presence or absence of two surface antigens A, B on RBCs. Another blood grouping is also based on the presence or absence of another antigen called rhesus factor (Rh) on the surface of RBCs. The spaces between cells in tissues contain a blood-derived fluid called interstitial fluid. This fluid, called lymph, is almost identical to blood, except for the protein content and the elements it forms.

India has got a rich, ancient heritage of civilization and culture with compared to other countries in the world. India has become the garden of peace for people belonging to various religions like Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikhs and Jain. India is the only dominant democratic country in the entire world to the astonishment of many other countries.India is a secular country in which people belonging to different religions, caste, language and drace are living. Inspite of all these differences their life is based upon the principle of "Unity in Diversity'. The experts who framed the constitution of India are a "Secular Country", to avoid internal conflicts. The people living in India enjoy fundamental rights, which is common for everybody. These activities performed by our ancestors are greatly helping us to live in peace. If a country wants to attain economic development and upliftment there should be peach in all spheres of the country. If there are internal conflicts and war, then the steps made for development by the Government will not be completely successful. Further the economical conditions and status of the country affects greatly by internal conflicts. If there is internal. peace, then the resources of the country can be effectively channelised in the development measures of the country. Our neighboring country, Sri Lanka is one such country the support and constant co-operation of the people of a country is very essential for the Government to indulge in strengtlening economical plans of a country. India is one among the country which is able to effectively coordinate the people belonging to different religion and race and bring them to participate in the steps for the development, the other countries where greaily amazed by the economical development and strength of our country. Our country has developed in leaps tremendously and bounds in various fields such as education, medicine, industry, space, research, information technology and so on. Our country is able to achieve such landmarks because our people have a strong faith in the principle of "Unity in Diversity. The existence of brotherhood among the people belonging to different religions is also responsible for the growth of our country. The pontiffs of various religions are playing an indispensable significant role in establishing an unprejudiced important mind among its people. In this way, such leaders guide their people towards moral scruples in life. There were many religious leaders or pontiffs or Acharyas in Hindu religion that guided the people towards morality. Among them the most important and primary was Sri Adi Sankarar.

New Architecture Y-source impedance network is designed for high voltage gain converter implementation. A continuous input current characteristic is provided by an enhanced Y-source impedance network proposed in this study. The suggested impedance network may be used with renewable energy sources, such as fuel cells and solar systems, because of its high voltage gain and constant input current. It has been proposed in this study that the constructed network's analysis and operation be explained. As a last check on the network's performance, computer models of a boost dc-dc converter with PMSM fixed and variable speed as well as a Quasi Converter with PMSM fixed speed are given.
