 Abstract

In todays era, R and Python are one of the most promising tools used in all futuristic technologies. Both R and Python are open source programming languages with an abundant collection of libraries that are added continuously to their catalogue. The focus of this paper is to compare the two technologies and address the confusion of many individuals regarding the choice programming language to be used. This review proposes a comparative study between Python and R, explaining the benefits and highlighting the differences between the two. Both Python and R are well evaluated based on their performance parameters with reference to topics like Big Data, Data Analysis, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and other domains related to Data Science. Python being an object oriented programming language, is a good tool to execute algorithms that are used in production. On the contrary, R is a programming language which is used widely by professional such as statisticians, data analysts. This paper draws a conclusion for the choice of language based on the problem statement in hand

 Abstract

In the context of historical analysis of women in Manipur, the public memory and voices of the extraordinary women who took part in the nude protest of 2004, are first and foremost the ways in which these mothers has reconstructed their past to negotiate an ever-fluidic process of identity construction. Following the narrative analysis allows for a historical interpretation of these interview-based oral sources to relive the veracity of the accounts they provide as a participant of the event of 2004. As Memory and history confront each other across the tape recorder, video tapes as a documenting device the paper cast a new light into their gendered role in society. From their collaboration emerge a richer, and a more nuanced understanding of the past of womanhood and how motherhood plays a crucial role in the emergence of Meira paibis movement in Manipur and various other forms of activism. The work is based on oral history and traditions to document these women voices using interviews, listening, and understanding womanhood in the marginalized state of Manipur; to reconstruct links among personal experience, collective memory, and broad historical processes to address the role of re-telling in popular consciousness. The reconstruction of their history using the mothers as centre of the study provide a new insights into the narrative and symbolic frameworks they use to explain why things turned out as they did. In conclusion, I look at efforts to rethink the ways in which memory encodes historical processes into experience and the consequent possibilities for oral history, in situating the women of Manipur to augment historical understanding of motherhood and activism.

 Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is the ability to perform cognitive functions such as perceiving, learning, reasoning, and solve problems. At its core, AI is about getting computers to do things that require human intelligence. It has great potential to improve the health sector in both developed and developing countries by enhancing access to health information and making health services more efficient; they can also contribute to improving the quality of services and reducing their cost. Patient information systems, for example, can track individual health problems and treatment over time, giving insight into optimal diagnosis and treatment of the individual as well as improving the delivery of services. This is particularly useful for chronic diseases, such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, and for maternal and child health services where a record of health and treatment over some time is required. Analysis of data in patient information systems can lead to new insight and understanding of health and disease, both chronic and acute diseases.

 Abstract

The Unani system of medicine originated in Greece. The Unani system of medicine is a comprehensive medical system that meticulously deals with the various states of health and disease. The word mizaj. is described as temperament which is derived from the Latin word TEMPERO, which means mix. In the Unani system of medicine mizaj is the most important and difficult concept as it describes the whole body and it should be in equilibrium and if there is any change in mizaj than the equilibrium gets disturbed and life is threatened. Corona viruses (CoV) are belonging to the genus Corona virus in the Corona viridae. All types of the CoVs are pleomorphic RNA viruses containing crown-shape peplomers with 80-160 nanometre in size with 27-32 kb positive polarization. Details of the cellular responses to this virus are not known, a probable course of events can be postulated based on past studies with (CoV). The clinical features of the Covid-19 are fever, running nose, Fever, Rhinorrhoea, Cough, Sore throat, Shortness of breath, Expectorations, Loss of taste. The persons infected by the novel coronavirus are the main source of infection. A cross-sectional descriptive study to assess Mizaj in 115 mildly symptomatic covid 19 patients of different mizaj was carried out in the covid ward of A and u tibbia college and hospital, Karol Bagh, Delhi. Based on the various observations it is found that most common mizaj in patients is Damvi and least common mizaj is saudavi. This can be due to the reason that patients with mild symptoms only admitted in tibbia hospital and damvi mizaj may shows mild symptoms of diseases and saudavi mizaj may shows severe symptoms.

 Abstract

The present study was done to investigate emotional maturity and self esteem as predictors of marital adjustment among home makers and non-working women. Emotional maturity can be defined as how well people are able to respond to different situations, manage their emotions and respond in an adult-like manner while dealing with others. It has a relationship with the individuals adjustment levels. Ones esteem is their level of self-value; it is how we perceive our value to the world and how valuable we think we are to others. It affects our trust in others, our relationships, our work nearly every part of our lives. Positive self gives us the strength to take charge of our lives and grow from our mistakes without the fear of rejection. The sample consisted of 100 working and 100 non working in the age range of 30 to 45 years. There was a minimal level of difference among the scores obtained by the home makers and working women . Emotional maturity and self esteem levels were higher for the case of home makers than that of working women. But the both the variables together were able to predict a higher level of marital adjustment for working women that accounted for 32% in comparison of 22% obtained in case of home makers. Three tools were administrated to the participants of data collection. The scales used are Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES;1960), Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS; Singh and Bhargava, 1990) ,Marital Adjustment Scale (MAS; Locke and Wallace ,1959).

 Abstract

A human being is a positive asset and a precious national resource, which needs to be cherished, nurtured and developed with tenderness, and care, coupled with dynamism. Each individual's growth presents a different range of problems and possibilities at every. Education is a catalytic agent in this complex and dynamic growth process of the individual, community and the nation, which needs to be planned and executed with great sensitivity. The society and economy of Bihar is passing through a prolonged phase of transition, in which education can become an important factor of social transformation in desirable direction broadly outlined in the Indian constitution. Given its uniqueness, a nationally defined policy may not be the most appropriate for it, obviating the need of a separate policy largely, of course, in the national framework and properly manage the human resources in the education sector to improve quality of education.

 Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic or the novel Coronavirus the well disseminate eerie virus is nothing new so far before the world of 2020, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2), triggered outbreak first in Wuhan, China in December, 2019, later it sparked into other portion of the world. India is also not an exception - hitherto, many a life has lost, many blooming expectation has shadowed, many opportunities are lockdown, various Containment Zones are created, self-isolations are promoted, a stout appearance of socio-economic imbalances are visible, and mostly the vulnerability of the marginalized communities are manifested especially the displaced migrant population who generally remain in a curtain behind every development - suffers the worst form. The sudden Govt. proposed lockdown abruptly closes their worksites, snatches their last alternative of livelihood and shelter, and worst of it was the lack of transportation channels. Hence, thousands of them compelled to back home by walking; they crossed several thousand kilometers with starvation, exhaustion and due to this many died on the road, many suffer police brutality, many faced denial of medical care and that is not an end of their misery. The unrecognized strength of the democracy still deprived from their allotted rations, basic amenities, and last means of survival allowances in absence of systemized registration. That is the significance of this present study and this study also highlight the Government and employers positive step to combat with it.

 Abstract

Nowadays more cementitious waste material are produced by many industries like iron industries (GGBS), paper industries (paper ash) etc, But the cement production from the industries affects the environment to reduce CO2 emission and greenhouse effects through the greater use of substitute for Cement. The use of supplementary cementitious materials as partial replacements for the cement in concrete will play a significant role with respect to the environmental control global temperature reduction. The development of geopolymer concrete (GPC), processing of geopolymer using GGBS in combination with sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solutions, offers a promising alternative to ordinary portland cement concrete. This study compares the differing the molarities of alkaline solutions which are 8M,10M,12M,14M and 16M and comparing the strengths of the above molarity and conducting the compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength properties of GGBS based geopolymer concrete by conducting the test.

 Abstract

Let us imagine a situation where we need to act against our wishes. Where although the victims of our actions are dear to us, we still need to act in order to restore order in our environment. Let us consider a situation where we know that we have to act in a particular manner, but, still we cant because we are afraid of the fact that if we do act in that way, it is going to jeopardize our own existence within that social system. When we think that whatever is happening is an injustice to us. When we believe that, It is I who is doing. I am the actual doer. When, we simply cant align ourselves with the fact that whatever is happening, has happened and will happen is nothing but a repurcussive outcome of what we are doing, had done and will be doing or are doing, respectively. In such a situation, we often ask a question. We are tormented by those two extremely dangerous and life eating words. What if? It is these two words that are the main cause of the Geeta which has been considered as the Holy Book for the religion of Hinduism. It is because Arjun had uttered what if, that Shree Krishna had sung this knowledge dripping Geeta in order to quench the spiritual thirsts of the generations to come. Through this article, we will try to understand the main philosophy behind this evergreen text and also, with the help of some personal examples, see how much it is applicable.

 Abstract

The present study about the critical analysis of rural development interventions has revealed various factors which are required to be modified and changed for achievement of its objectives for inclusive growth of the region. Rural development interventions create a healthy ground for the upliftment of the rural people by yielding various employment opportunities and infrastructure facilities. Although the role of these organizations are highly pro-people but the extent of benefits to the beneficiaries are not as effective as it is required. It requires a strict monitoring of the programmes implementation by the rural development interventions. The Employment opportunities provided by rural development programmes and schemes are helpful to alleviate the poverty but the sustainability of this employment through skill development should be ensured through management of these rural development organizations. Therefore, a strict plan for execution and monitoring of the programmes initiated by these organizations is required so as to benefit the rural people from top to lower level management to disperse a smooth inter and intra communication among the employees and beneficiaries.
