Nano-Patterned Surface Texturing (NPST) is an innovative technique to enhance the light-trapping efficiency of thin-film silicon solar cells. By designing and fabricating nano-scale structures such as nanopillars, nanocones, and nanoholes, NPST increases light absorption through scattering and diffraction, thereby extending the optical path length within the silicon layer. This methodology involves careful design parameter optimization using genetic algorithms and optical modeling through Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) simulations. The experimental validation confirms significant improvements in solar cell performance metrics, such as short-circuit current density (Jsc) and power conversion efficiency (PCE). The proposed NPST framework provides a comprehensive approach to developing advanced light-trapping mechanisms, contributing to the advancement of high-efficiency thin-film photovoltaic devices.

The building industry contributes significantly to national economic and social growth. Nonetheless, the industry has had a substantial environmental impact. As a result, the building industry has faced a tremendous challenge in ensuring its sustainability. Globally, the construction sector is not extremely productive. This study was important because of its academic and societal impacts. The findings had a discernible impact on the advancement of knowledge in academia and would also contribute to the body of knowledge on using cutting-edge materials in the construction sector. It would be referenced in the academic work of upcoming scholars and researchers. It would also improve academics' and practitioners' understanding of the management and implementation of sustainability and direct stakeholders toward a quick adoption of sustainability ideas and technology in the future. This study took a pragmatic approach and a top-down methodology in examining the literature on sustainable development. A mixed-method research design was used which consisted of a survey and a semi structured interview to gather the opinions of the major stakeholders; namely client, consultant, and contractor. In general, empirical evidence revealed that the most significant challenges associated with environmental management were cost increases, a lack of environmental awareness, a lack of environmental education and training, a scarcity of green materials and components, a lack of understanding of environmental legislation, poor communication, and a lack of commitment. The benefits that accrued from the adoption of sustainable construction practices in accordance with the results included compliance with the environmental legislation and regulations, contribution to the environmental protection, and improvement of staff working conditions.

Business ethics is one of the most complicated and contentious subjects in the human history. The relationship between doing the right thing and making money has been debated upon by both academicians and business leaders for years with a little consensus reached. In today's world, ethical business practices are more important and necessary than ever because of growing competition, substitutes, innovation, strategies etc. It is notoriously difficult subject because everyone has subjective judgments about what is "right" and what is "wrong". Ethical marketing entails making honest claims and satisfying the needs of potential and existing customers. It boosts credibility and trust, develops brand loyalty, increase customer retention and prompts customers to spread the word about the products or services which we are marketing. Ethical marketing is less of a marketing strategy and more of a philosophy. It seeks to promote honesty, fairness and responsibility in all components of marketing. Ethical marketing is not a hard and fast list of rules, but a general set of guidelines and principles to be followed and to assist companies as they evaluate new marketing strategies. Unethical marketing practices on the other hand is as bad as a plague which can send wrong signals about our products and services, destroy our brands, reputation, image of the business and above all possibly lead to legal problems and finally a failure to shutter down our business. Those companies who use unethical means to gain a competitive advantage especially unethical advertising can gain in short run but in the long run, they fail to uphold their business. Unethical practices are common now-a-days. These unethical practices may include intentionally evoking rage or sadness to manipulate consumer decisions, using fair tactics, targeting disadvantage people or tricking customers into buying a product or services. Misleading statements, distorting facts, making false or deceptive comparisons about a rival product, inciting, exploiting, stereotyping, disparaging, plagiarizing and the like are all unethical marketing practices in the present day world. Avoiding unethical marketing practices can help a business to avoid consequences such as losing the good faith and loyalty of customers and jeopardizing profitability. Such type of unethical marketing practices does not have been seen only in manufacturing and service sectors but a great level of unethical marketing practices has also been observed in fresh fruit industry especially in Indian sub continent. India is the fifth largest apple producing country in the world. Marketing plays an important role in apple fruit industry with respect to its net income returns. The ethical marketing system for apple fruit industry is highly demanded and required for its sustainable growth and development at global as well as at regional level. From the pre-production stage to the consumption stage, all the components of marketing are unethically followed by respective businessmen, be it a pesticides, fungicides, insecticides. Chemical fertilizers, packing, cold storage, transportation, insurance or selling, at all stages unethical marketing practices have been seen. The cream is always taken away by the middlemen at every stage and finally the grower becomes the main victim of all these unethical marketing practices, as if the system has got legal sanction from the government to follow such unethical marketing practices. No agency- government or private are serious about to overcome these unethical marketing practices which needs to be deliberated and debated upon so that the system may be put on the right track.

The streaming of music and other forms of entertainment are heavily reliant on digital technologies in the present world. The purchase of physical copies of music albums is preferred over subscription-based internet services. The listener can easily access excellent services through online streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple iTunes, and Google Music. However, problems of these systems include lengthy reimbursement delays for artists, a lack of transparency, and unclear terms for payments and licensing. In this paper, we present a solution that employs the Ethereum blockchain and IPFS protocol to address all three of these issues. Using smart contracts, transactions are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain for payment administration. The IPFS protocol, a peer-to-peer protocol, is utilized to store music files because storing huge files on the Ethereum network is expensive. Both the artist and the listener interact with the front end via a browser and the front end is constructed using Web3.js. The smart contract will specify a PPP (Pay-Per-Play) model with a set fee or as determined by the artist. Additionally, the artist may include additional supporters and divide the proceeds with them. Although streaming is a free service, listeners can provide tips to the performers to show their appreciation. As a result, a fully autonomous music streaming system can be created with the least amount of involvement from third parties and a direct connection between the artist and listener.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Remotely piloted vehicles (RPV), Remotely piloted Aircraft (RPA), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and the most used terminology, "Drone" (Matthew Urwin, 2022) is proving itself to be a revolutionary technology due to its affordability, versatility, and ability to adapt to the user requirement. It has increased from daily entertainment to logistics, policing, law enforcement, communication coverage, remote sensing and surveillance, weather forecasting, and remote seeding of forests to agriculture. Drone technology is emerging as a game changer that offers practical, efficient, and reliable solutions. Integrating AI and ML with the onboard Sensors, optical devices, thermal imagers, and deep penetration radars with the UAVs in future warfare will be pivotal as the present fighting tactics and equipment are oriented for ground operations with limited air and underwater orientation. The emerging shape and the possibilities the UAV hold make it a "weapon system of the future" (Gettinger Dan, 2021) and a potent tool for Network Centric Warfare.

Honor killings often justified by cultural or social norms, disproportionately affect women and marginalized groups, leading to widespread impunity for perpetrators. It represent a deeply entrenched cultural practice that tragically intersects with issue of gender, power and violence. It is defined as the murder of individuals -predominantly women- by the family members who perceive that the victim has brought dishonor upon the family, these acts are often rooted in patriarchal traditions and societal expectations. This article examines honor murders as breaches of international human rights law and outlines a variety of tactics that might be taken to achieve international responsibility for honor killings. It focuses on the positive responsibilities placed on nations by international human rights treaties, namely the right to life and the prohibition of discrimination. These rights were selected because they are disproportionately impacted by honor murders and reflect diverse perspectives on human rights abuses. It is maintained that honor murders are no longer only crimes to be prosecuted under local law, but also breaches of international human rights law.

It is widely known that food plays a pivotal role in people's physical health. Research has found that nutrients directly impact organ efficiency and chemical reactions in our bodies. If someone is deficient in nutrients, it may reduce organ efficiency and gradually result in the production of biochemical reactions that affect immunity pathways. Additionally, food can have negative effects on mental health, leading to stress and depression, and can also impact economic well-being (Andrew B..al 2023) Food have good impact on body but processed food item and sugar pauses negative impact on human health .
