The use of photodynamic therapy dates to 1900s. it was earlier used as a therapy in various cancer and tumor treatments. The application of PDT in dentistry was introduced in few decades. Due to its several favorable features, it has drawn attention in endodontic treatment. Many studies have demonstrated its use in root canal treatment. PDT has shown promising results in vitro and in vivo in eliminating microorganisms from endodontic space. The current review compiles the efficiency, extent, application, and limitations of PDT as an adjunct in endodontic procedures. We analyzed literature from 2015-2022 related to photodynamic therapy in endodontics. We concluded that PDT is a promising and beneficial approach but requires further research to overcome obstacles of application in clinical use.

Human history has been marked by an increase in population growth and a process of accelerated urbanization. Society will continue to address crime as a social problem since it has become a serious social problem. This has prompted the government and other agencies to look for ways to overcome this phenomenon. Studies have shown that management and prevention of crime can improve the quality of life which is an essential factor in producing more sustainable developments. Crime prevention is the first step in any investment in developing countries. Crime prevention is a long-term investment whose effects are not immediately apparent. In countries and individuals globally, crime harms the economy. Managing crime is an important social responsibility of law enforcement agencies. A law enforcement agency's capacity to successfully manage crime lies in its ability to make information readily available and easily accessible. The biggest problem with present procedures is the absence of expertise or data dissemination between law enforcement organizations. The said defect is exploited by criminals who commit crimes in various parts of the country by relocating and changing states. This project's objective is to develop a model that may be utilized to develop a platform for crime reduction. This study utilized an established system development methodology and implementation of the Innovations in Community Based Crime Reduction program. Although object-oriented and evolutionary approaches to system development are also effective, it is important to acknowledge them. The study revealed that there is a deficiency of investigations on an effective method of carrying out a crime prevention campaign involving multiple agencies and the community as a whole. Crime prevention program evaluations show that implementation issues and failures are common, and the examination of Community Based Crime Reduction program (CBCR) sites is no exemption. This work recommends that Community Based Crime Reduction program should be employed to reduce criminal activities and also, and system development will also be effective for crime reduction

Water pollution is one of the key studies that has drawn the attention of academics and people interested in the environment due to its enormous impact on the lives of humans, animals, and plants alike. It is not less dangerous than air and soil pollution, but it is more intimately related to both. The research focused on the concept of pollution in general, followed by the concept of water contamination and its origins. In addition to groundwater contamination, several pollution processes have occurred, the most significant of which are biological, physical, and through dumping solid and liquid waste into rivers, lakes, and oceans.

Background: Cardiac papillary fibroelastomas are considered the second most common benign primary cardiac tumor after myxoma. Case summary: The clinical presentation of these tumours varies from asymptomatic to severe ischaemic or embolic complications. The patient presented with left hemiplegia and dysarthria, and as part of its etiological assessment a transesophageal ultrasound was performed objectifying papillary fibroelastoma of the aortic valve arising from the endocardium of the left coronary cusp. The diagnosis was clarified by the other imaging systems (scanner and magnetic resonance imaging). In front of the embolic episode and the size of the fibroelastoma, the patient was operated, and recovered well. Conclusion: This case contributes to highlighting that cardiac papillary fibroelastomas are a rare but potentially significant cause of cardioembolic stroke. Urgent resection of the tumour is not only life saving but also avoids tumour related vascular, embolic or neurological complications.

The paper deals with mineral analysis of leaves of Pongamia pinnata Linn. Merr infected with Fusicladium effusum fungus causing brown spot disease. The dried leaf samples of infected and healthy were subjected to tri acid digestion, prescribed by Toth et al.,(1948). The acid digested sample were used for analysis of mineral elements by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer ( CHEM BIOTECH, MODEL- CB-AAS-3510) , Visible Spectrophotometer (CHEM BIOTECH, Model CB-104) and Flame photometer (Labotronics Model LT-671. The elements such as Potassium, Calcium and Sodium were estimated by Flame photometer, while phosphorous estimated by Sekine et al.,(1966) method, and sulphur element were determined by Blanchar et al., (1965) method. The elements such as Sodium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron and Phosphorous were enhanced in infected leaves, where as Potassium, Copper, Manganese and Sulphur were decreased in the infected leaves, expresses a high metabolic shift.

Today Automobiles have become the main part of regular life. Based on the demand the usage of vehicles has been increased in this urban life. Transportation carbon emission is a significant contributor to the increase of greenhouse gases, which directly threatens the change of climate and human health. Under the pressure of the environment, it is very important to measure transportation carbon emissions on a real-time basis. We get the transportation carbon emission information by calculating the combustion of fossil fuel in the transportation sector. In this paper, we predict the vehicle's real-time carbon emission using an MQ2 Gas sensor based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to observe datasets in the city, and the GPS data helps to locate the vehicle's current location. An initial warning is given to the driver regarding the amount of CO2 gas with the help of an LCD, buzzer, and later the same information is transferred to the Police Control Room in case of negligence. Here the hardware (carbon emission sensor) device which connected to the android application, and the application sends the data to the cloud server (RTO) through the Global System of Mobile Communication (GSM). When there is an excess amount of CO2 release from the vehicle, an alert message is sent to the vehicle owner.

Disasters occur on a daily basis all around the world. People in affected areas look for a secure place to stay during a calamity. The majority of people flee to a shelters, which is a public safe area that is generally organized and sponsored by the government. The primary priority of affected persons is the providing of shelter, as with shelter comes other essentials such as sanitation and food. Temporary structure will provide to the individuals who are affected by disasters with safety and security until their permanent homes are repair. As a result, while designing and planning temporary shelter, various factors should be considered, such as the location of the temporary structure, the availability of materials and expertise, and the physically and mentally requirements of affected individuals. After various design changes are given to the affected individuals, a complete evaluation of existing shelters is done to assess their quality of life. The research was conducted using a set of criteria that included the temporary shelter solution to an emergency.

Abstract The role of nanomaterials in the development of biocomposites is very crucial. It has been seen in the studies that it has been creating huge impact on the properties of biocomposites material. In field of material science enormous research work has been taking place to develop eco-friendly efficient biocomposites material. The industrial sustainability, eco-efficiency, and green chemistry are guiding principles for the development of the next generation products and processes. Considerable growth has been seen in the use of biocomposites material in the domestic sector, building materials, aerospace industry, circuit boards, and automotive applications over the past decade, but application in other sectors until now has been limited. Nevertheless, with suitable development, the potential exists for biocomposites to enter new markets and thus stimulate an increase in demand. Many types of natural fibers have been investigated with polymer matrices to produce composite materials that are competitive with synthetic fiber composites which require special attention. The Nanomaterials can be used to prepare fiber-reinforced polymer composites for commercial use and have marketing appeal. The growing global environmental and social concern, depletion of petroleum based resources, and new environmental regulations have forced the search for new biocomposites, compatible with the environment. Many references to the current status of research work on the impact of nanomaterials and applications of biocomposites are cited in this review.

Bricks have been a major construction and building material for long time. The use of dried-clay bricks for the first time dates back to 8000 BC and the fired-clay bricks were used for the first time as early as 4500 BC. The worldwide estimated annual production of bricks is currently about 130 billion units and the demand for bricks is continuously rising exponentially. Conventional bricks are produced from clay by burning at high temperature either in clamps or kilns . For obtaining clay to mold bricks quarrying operations are required to be done which are energy intensive, generates high level of wastes and affects the landscape adversely. The high temperature required in the kilns for firing bricks not only consumes significant amount of energy but also releases huge quantity of greenhouse gasses and particulate matter. Clay bricks, on average, have an embodied energy of approximately 2.0 kWh and release about 0.41 kg of carbon dioxide (CO ) per brick . It should also be noted that due to lack of resources there is a shortage of clay and bricks in many parts of the world. Due to continuous excavation for clay some countries such as China has started to limit the production of bricks made from clay to protect the clay resource and the environment. The production of OPC concrete bricks are done by using OPC and aggregates. It is also well known that huge amount of energy is required in the production of OPC and significant amount of greenhouse gasses are released in this process. Production of 1 kg of OPC consumes approximately 1.5 kWh of energy and releases about 1 kg of CO in the atmosphere. Worldwide, production of OPC is responsible for about 7% of all CO generated So the production of OPC concrete bricks also consumes large amount of energy and releases substantial quantity of CO. In addition, the aggregates are produced from quarrying and thus have the same problems as described above for clay. For environmental protection and sustainable development it is necessary to find a new construction material.
