The banking system is central to a nation's economy. Banks are special as they not only accept and deploy large amounts of uncollateralized public funds in a fiduciary capacity, but also leverage such funds through credit creation. India has a long history of both public and private banking. Banking in India originated in the last decades of the 18th century. The first banks were The General Bank of India, which started in 1786, and Bank of Hindustan, which started in 1790; both are now defunct. The oldest bank in existence in India is the State Bank of India, which originated from the Bank of Calcutta in June 1806, which almost immediately became the Bank of Bengal. This was one of the three Presidency Banks, the other two being the Bank of Bombay and the Bank of Madras, all three of which were established under Charters from the British East India Company.

A child with special needs has problems such as personal, social, and academic problems at school and feels alone in their environment and community. Previously, only special schools cared for these problems. But now that philosophy has changed, special, inclusive, and inclusive approaches have arrived. The inclusive approach strongly emphasized the child's inclusion in education without discrimination. The current paper discusses the various provision for these children in India through education in action and policies. Much research is being done to change the attitude of teachers, parents, professionals, and community members regarding inclusion. The results of the studies showed that the attitude of ordinary schoolteachers is perfect for children with special needs. They support an inclusive education for all students with special needs. To be successful, teachers have suggested the need for in-school teacher training that is common in managing students with special needs, the need for advanced school policies, and support from the community, parents with disabilities, and non-disabled students.

Anganwadi teachers are government-appointed professionals to teach children below the age of five years. It is more or less like a playschool but for the less privileged children who cannot afford to go to private schools or pre-play centres. The Anganwadi centres play a pivotal role in developing health facilities and implementing government welfare schemes related to women and infants in rural areas of India. They have been constantly involved with the women folks of the rural area and pockets of the urban area, especially in government hospitals, to keep women updated on regular programs so that they can reap maximum benefits for themselves and their children. Anganwadi teachers generally teach at home, which also helps parents who wake up early and return late from work as their children are taken care of. The education imparted to children is quite basic as per their age and stage. Common things taught by the Anganwadi teachers are - the name of the alphabet, recognising the alphabet, and teaching the names of common vegetables, fruits, and animals. The teaching is mostly oral. Many teachers are trained, and few states also pay them on an honorarium basis.

A study to evaluate effectiveness of guided imagery on level of anxiety among elderly from selected old age homes." Primary objectives: "A study to evaluate the effectiveness of guided imagery on level of anxiety among elderly from selected old age homes". Secondary objectives: o To assess the pre-test level of anxiety among elderly in experimental and control group. o To assess the post-test level of anxiety among elderly in experimental and control group. o To evaluate the effectiveness of guided imagery on level of anxiety among elderly. o To find out the association of pre interventional level of anxiety with selected demographic variables among experimental and control group. Methods: The study was quasi- experimental non-equivalent non- randomised control group design in nature. Quantitative research approach was adopted for study. Sample size was 60 that consisted of elderly from selected old age homes. Non- probability x purposive sampling technique was used for the data collection. Guided imagery was provided for 15 minutes to experimental group. The data collection done by using standardized tool Hamilton anxiety rating scale. Then analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study tool had demographic variables based on age, gender, marital status, religion, education, type of family, source of income, monthly income, no. of children, if spouse is alive, whether he/she is resending in the old age home, duration of stay in the old age home, type of admission, no. of visits by visitors, health issues if any. Findings related to effectiveness of guided imagery on level of anxiety shows that pre-test score of anxiety in experimental group was 8 (26.7%) had mild anxiety, 17 (56.7%) had mild to moderate anxiety, 5 (16.7%) had moderate to severe anxiety. Where as in control group 3 (10.0%) had mild anxiety, 21(70.0%) had mild to moderate anxiety and 6 (20.0%) had moderate to severe anxiety. Post-test results shows, in experimental group 19 (63.3%) had mild anxiety, 10 (33.3%) had mild to moderate anxiety and 1(3.3%) had moderate to severe anxiety and in Control group 02 (6.7%) had mild anxiety 21 (70.0%) had mild to moderate anxiety and 07(23.3%) had moderate to severe anxiety. Result shows average change in anxiety score in experimental group was 3.6 and in control group was -0.4. Changes in anxiety score among elderly in experimental group was more than that of control group. Since p-value xi corresponding to a number of visits by visitors was small (less than 0.05), the demographic variable number of visits by visitors was found to have a significant association with anxiety among elderly staying in old age homes. So, it is evident that the guided imagery is significantly effective in reducing anxiety level among elderly. Conclusion: The conclusion drawn on the basis of findings of the study shows that there was significant change in level of anxiety among elderly after intervention of guided imagery and hence, it indicates that Guided Imagery was effective in reducing the level of anxiety in elderly residing in old age homes.

The role of media in shaping public opinion and influencing policy-making regarding security threats in India is of significant importance. This critical analysis delves into the impact of media portrayals on various security concerns, such as terrorism, intergroup violence, and cyber threats, shedding light on potential biases, sensationalism, and ethical considerations. The study aims to examine how Indian media frames security issues across diverse platforms like newspapers, television news, and internet sources. Factors like ideological biases, geographical locations, and ownership structures are investigated to understand the variations in media presentations. The analysis underscores the necessity of scrutinizing media's role due to several reasons. Firstly, it highlights the potential biases and inaccuracies in media coverage that can distort public perceptions and influence policy formulation. Secondly, it elucidates media's role in shaping public opinion, thereby influencing government policies on security matters. Lastly, it emphasizes the importance of maintaining ethical and professional standards in Indian media. Notably, media portrayal of security threats has gained significant attention. The portrayal's impact on public perception and policy-making is undeniable. Sensationalism and politicization in media can instill fear and lead to demands for stringent security measures, which may not always be proportionate. These portrayals may also sway resource allocation, potentially diverting attention from equally important but less sensationalized security concerns. Biases within media outlets, driven by political or ideological affiliations, are likely to influence coverage. Additionally, regional disparities may lead to varying degrees of emphasis on specific security threats. Ownership structures can also impact how media prioritizes and presents security issues, potentially prioritizing sensationalism over accuracy. The study further highlights the potential consequences of media portrayals, such as stigmatization and stereotyping of certain communities, which can exacerbate tensions and undermine national security. The importance of accurate and ethical reporting is underscored as media's responsibility to provide unbiased and factual information to the public. To mitigate the issues identified, recommendations are proposed. Ethical journalism is emphasized, encouraging media outlets to adhere to journalistic norms and avoid sensationalism or bias. Diverse viewpoints should be promoted, enhancing reporting's depth and complexity. Media literacy and critical thinking should be fostered among consumers to counter the spread of misinformation. Collaborative efforts among media organizations, experts, civil society, and policymakers can yield a more comprehensive understanding of security concerns. Transparency and accountability within policymaking processes are recommended to enhance public trust. Human rights must be safeguarded, ensuring policies do not infringe upon fundamental freedoms. By adopting these suggestions, media outlets and policymakers can contribute to better-informed public opinions and well-balanced policies that prioritize national security while upholding ethical standards and human rights principles.

ABSTRACT: The empire of Vijayanagara was very rich. The foreign travellers who visited the Vijayanagara empire have paid tributes to its wealth and splendour. The Vijayangara empire was in a state of prosperity for over two hundred and fifty years. It was the saviour of Hindu culture. The prosperity of the Vijayanagara empire was due to the growth of agriculture, industries, trade and commerce. The state followed a wise irrigation policy. Industries were also encouraged by the state. Commerce was inland, coastal and overseas. Calicut was the most important port on the Malabar coast. If Abdul Razak is to be believed, there were as many as 300 sea - ports in the Vijayanagara empire. There are commercial relations with the islands in the Indian Ocean, the Malaya archipelago, Burma, China, Arabia, Persia, South Africa, Abyssinia and Portugal. The exports from the Vijayanagara empire were cloth, rice, iron, salt, petrel, sugar and spices. The imports were horses, elephants, pearls, copper, coral, mercury, China silk and velvet. The coins of the empire were those of Gold, copper and silver. There were emblems of different gods and animals on them. Import was very much less than export during the Vijayanagara times, for the kingdom was autonomous.

Recent days, encryption techniques are the important thing to secure our personal communications and messages. Encryption techniques are promptly increased by the increasing usage of communication networks and evaluation of the internet. Sharing an information from one end to another end over an unsecured channel opens a door for hacking or attacking the information. In order to reduce this and to provide better security, encryption techniques are playing a vital role. Caesar cipher is one among the ancient and a simple encryption technique, which is also known as substitution cipher that means a cipher which substitutes one alphabet to another. But this method is too easy to break the letters. Atbash cipher is one of the monoalphabetic cipher, here the encryption is done by using the Hebrew alphabet, that is it will be encrypted by mapping every alphabet to its reverse order. In this paper, we implement a new encryption technique that will combine Caesar Cipher with Atbash Cipher (CCAC) in order to provide more security than the original Caesar cipher and Atbash Cipher and resist hackers.
