At the Market on Morality is a story in a short story book called "Ombasini" (The Last Night Morning). Urkhaogwra Brahma has was written the book in 2001. The subject of the short story in the Morality Market is written about the meeting of the public store. Where all kinds of morality are found. It includes politics, economics, business, education, and personality. There is also the morality of status in various languages. It is to them that the story is narrated. The story can be said to have had an indirect impact on political business. This is because the morality market has seen all kinds of morality. It is taken up for discussion here. This meeting was replaced by a theatre. Where the store is compared to the theatre. Hence, the narrative style has been neglected by the narrator.

Diabetes mellitus is a major global health issue that affects millions of people due to its harmful effects on mortality and overall health. It causes hyperglycemia and related problems and is characterised by abnormalities in insulin production and action, glucose metabolism, and insulin action. One especially common variant of diabetes mellitus that offers treatment and management issues is type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Among the available treatments, vildagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, is unique in that it can regulate glucose metabolism by blocking the DPP-4 enzyme. Because it is non-invasive and doesn't cause gastrointestinal side effects, topical medication administration is a potential approach to managing diabetes. Gels are a good option for topical formulations because of their benefits as a dosage form, which include increased biocompatibility and enhanced drug release kinetics. The purpose of this study is to create a gel formulation containing vildagliptin that is stable, safe, and efficacious for topical administration. A range of polymers in varying concentrations will be assessed in order to maximise the formulation. Furthermore, the gel's stability and in-vitro performance will be evaluated. The goal of the research is to improve treatment results for patients with diabetes mellitus by reducing dosage frequency, increasing drug bioavailability, and mitigating hepatic first-pass metabolism by combining vildagliptin into a topical gel.

Gender inequality is a pressing issue in Indian society. Despite a constitution that guarantees equal rights for men and women and decades of legislation, some deep-rooted gender discrimination in India takes a brutal toll on women's lives. Even after rapid economic growth, gender disparities remain all too familiar: 1,000 girls die each day before reaching the age of five due to neglect. This paper titled "Gender Inequality at Workplace: A Sociological study", is an efficient effort to study this inequality. This study is based on the primary data and is conducted in Aligarh district of UTTAR PRADESH. Sample size of 40 is taken for the study. This study will help in building strong suggestions and recommendations to cure gender inequality.

This thesis analyses a selection of Shaw's female characters to reflect on women's roles and expectations within Shaw's contemporaneous Britain, and within modern Kurdish society. Employing interdisciplinary methodologies (close literary readings, sociological analysis, cultural studies theory, comparative literature approaches, historiographical research), the thesis demonstrates that an interpretation of Shaw's work from a feminist perspective needs updating for the 21st century. Moreover, perhaps, for the first time, the thesis reveals how Shaw's representations of femininity and feminism are extremely pertinent to Kurdish social/gender constructs. Consequently, this thesis provides original insights, which engage with the contemporary moment. The main-body of the thesis is arranged into three sections, which focus on three of Shaw's plays: Pygmalion (1912), Mrs. Warren's Profession (1893) and Saint Joan (1923). It identifies three different female "types" within the three plays, respectively: the aspirational young woman; the matriarch; the female 'warrior' figure, and argues that these feminine "types" are also prominent in Kurdish socio-cultural contexts. Correlatively, the thesis argues that when experiencing the plays from a Kurdish viewpoint, there is a dual-level of interpretation: not only do Shaw's characters evoke the stories and experiences of inspirational Kurdish women; a knowledge of these Kurdish women and their narratives, imbue Shaw's plays with layers of significance and connotations which would be absent from a British person's interpretations of the play. From this basis, the thesis elicits the similarities and differences between Western and Kurdish concepts of femininity and feminism.
