Saving and Investment are two crucial elements of macro-economics. The term Saving & Investment sometimes make us confusing and we use these terms in interchangeably. So concept of Saving & Investment should be cleared. Spending less on consumption than available one's disposable income called individual saving or simply saving. It bears no risk or a slight of risk at all. The rural economy of the country is laboured oriented and traditional. As India is a developing country our per capita income is low as compared to the industrially developed nations of the world and low standard of the people found in the developing nations only become lower income. This study focus the pattern savings and investment by peoples residing in rural area. Because majority of people in India lives in rural area. Therefore it is essential to study the savings and investment pattern of rural peoples. Because their savings will proportionally increase nation savings. Altogether it will help to attain economic stability along with increased standard of living. Using Descriptive analysis and convenience sampling method this research has been undertaken with a sample of 100 respondents only at Puthur gramapanchayath

Separation techniques are applied to chemicals for qualitative identification of various samples by different techniques. Separation methods used as Precipitation, Distillation, Sublimation, Extraction between two phases, Crystallization, Floatation[1], Ultrafiltration[2], Dialysis[3] and Electrodeposition. All these approaches, however, suffer from one kind of limitation or the other. It is also impossible to scheme all separation techniques into one classification scheme, because of the wide diverse properties on which separations are based. To overcome from all traditional techniques chromatography a valuable technique has been developed and invented by M.T. Swatt in 1906 for the separation, purification and identification of the constituents of chemical mixture.

Isolation of gelatinous protein polymer material from fenugreek seeds which is a traditional herb and has many applications in various 1elds like as therapeutic, cosmetics and food nutrients. Gelatinous protein polymer material will be used for investigation in therapeutic 1elds i.e., for antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, immunomodulator, antitoxic, anticataract [1,2]. Fenugreek seeds are natural, non-toxic, non-pollutant, eco-friendly, easily available in the market at low cost. Fenugreek seeds have a high nutritional value of protein 25%. Therefore, it has been selected for extraction of gelatinous protein polymer material. Protein polymers are obtained from natural resources, while the remaining are chemically synthesized and used. Therefore, a large number of natural and synthetic polymers are presently available as pharmaceutical excipients. Plants are an excellent source of drugs and a large proportion of currently available drugs have been either derived directly or indirectly from the plants.

Yoga is a classical philosophy based on an extremely subtle science, primarily focused on seeing the reality of the individual and the world correctly through the restraint of the mind. It also consists of a spiritually disciplined way of life designed to achieve well-being and spiritual perfection in our lives. Although Yoga has a long history dating back to the Vedic period, it was developed into a philosophy by the Patanjali Rishi. Therefore, this philosophy with eight limbs such as Yama, Niyama, etc. was called Pātañjalayoga philosophy. ‘Prāṇāyāma’ included in Aṣtāṁgayoga has become very popular nowadays. This practice has gained so much popularity through the institutions that practice yoga, practitioners of yoga, books written about it and social factors. This Prāṇāyāma exercise has been widely discussed in the aforementioned media with the primary objective of removing respiratory disorders, developing a healthy and vigorous respiratory system and various other objectives. According to the teachings of the Patañjali Ṟṣi, the ultimate goal of yogis who practice the Aṣtāmgayoga path is to achieve Kaivalya knowledge or mokśa, which is developed through the realization of Sāmādhi. Therefore, practicing the pranayama exercises included in the Aṣtāṁgayoga path can bring many mundane benefits, but its main focus is to uncover the (necessary) path to achieving Sāmādhi. Accordingly, Prāṇāyāma practice in the contemporary seems to be followed (far) outside of its original expectation and purpose. This research paper is a research-based on that hypothesis.
