An ADHD medication called Azstarys was approved by the FDA in March 2021.Because it combined Serdexmethylphenidate and Dexmethylphenidate for the first time, it is unique. Treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) begins with a Prodrug called Serdexmethylphenidate. CNS stimulants include Serdexmethylphenidate. People six years of age and older with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are taken Serdexmethylphenidate, a prodrug of dexmethylphenidate, in addition to dexmethylphenidate. Serdexmethylphenidate is a prodrug of the central nervous system stimulant dexmethylphenidate. It alters neurotransmission in the central nervous system by increasing extracellular dopamine and norepinephrine numbers. As a central nervous system stimulant, Serdexmethylphenidate carries a risk of usage, addiction, and abuse that should be monitored. In addition, patients need to be assessed. The accuracy, precision, linearity, robustness, limits of detection and quantitation, system adaptability, robustness, and other factors can all be used to validate the RP-HPLC technology.

Microfinance in India started in the early 1980s with small efforts at forming informal self-help groups (SHG) to provide access to much-needed savings and credit services. From this small beginning, the microfinance sector has grown significantly in the past decades. It is important to distinguish between the functions of microfinance and the potential it carries to improve the livelihoods of poor and vulnerable people. The core function of a microfinance programme is to provide financial services, to reach poor women and men and give them access to savings and credit. The main aim of this paper is to study the impact of micro-finance on the socio-economic status of SHG women. In this purpose East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh has been selected and 5 mandals randomly observed for data collection and from which 400 SHG women randomly selected. However, the potential of microcredit goes beyond the provision of financial services to poor and vulnerable people. This distinction helps design microcredit programmes more effectively, because while the smooth functioning of microfinance is dependent on the stability of economic institutions such as banks and money-lending organizations, the potential of microfinance is dependent on the health of social and socio-economic institutions such as social norms, patriarchy and education. As women are the key actors in the microfinance system, this distinction becomes not just important, but necessary.

River and its tributaries plays a pivotal role in agricultural activities supplying water needed for cultivations and other agro based activities. Nagaland being an agricultural economy depends mainly on the seasonal monsoon for cultivations and therefore in times of natural calamities as drought, shortage of monsoon rain; water from the rivers provides an alternative measures for cultivation but over the period, due to an excessive mining in the rivers for an extraction of stones and sands. The level of water bodies in the river has drastically lower and there is a huge proportionate decline in level of soil affecting the natural distribution of water to the field for cultivations. The deputy commissioner of Dimapur district has issued the directives prohibiting the riverbed mining in the district of Dimapur however, the mining in the village areas inhabiting nearby the rivers are rampant despite the ban and prohibition of mining imposed by the district administration. Natural resources as stones pose a danger of depletion. The construction of dam harms the natural vegetation, flora and fauna and therefore this need to be addressed, and measures need to be taken up to combat and stabilized this rampant mining and depletion of natural resources.

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's "Half of a Yellow Sun" is a powerful narrative that interweaves the personal struggles of its characters with the broader historical context of the Biafran-Nigerian Civil War. It powerfully portraits the effect of war. The novel can be read through various perspectives: feministic, post colonial, war novel and historical fiction. It shows how the characters in the novel suffer from the holocaust of war and its after effects on their life. Even after facing many hardships the characters didn't give up and were hopeful throughout the course of the novel that they would survive the war heroically. This paper not just focuses on the ill-fated war but also shows how the characters boldly overcome their fear and were never hopeless and they survive the war through their constant determination and courage. The paper also argues that Adichie's novel not only portrays the devastating effects of war but also demonstrates the resilience of the human spirit, as characters navigate trauma and maintain hope in the face of extreme adversity. Through a careful analysis of character development, narrative techniques, and thematic elements, this study explores how Adichie balances the harsh realities of conflict with the enduring capacity for human perseverance and hope.

The paper is an attempt to provide an overview of the digital payment transactions in India and to examine consumer perception of digital payment system. It also analysed the socio economic background of the online payment users, influence of technology on the usage of digital payment methods and the behavioral aspects of spending of the people in the online payment system. Digital payments in India have been experiencing an exponential growth. Digital payment methods rapidly gained popularity in recent years due to its convenience, time saving, speed in the service delivery and ease of use. Consumers tend to prefer digital payments due to variety of reasons, including security, speed, and accessibility. However digital illiteracy, digital payment frauds, lack of privacy protection, non- acceptance of digital payment methods are major hindrances in the growth of digital payments. Access to and usage of technology and banking facilities influence the preference of digital payment methods. Majority of the people prefer both cash and digital payment methods for spending. Due to various digital payment frauds people argues that it is less safe and not protecting the privacy, these leads the people not to completely depending on the digital payment methods for making transactions. Despite the many benefits of digital payments, there are also real security concerns that must be addressed. From data breaches to phishing scams to fraudulent activities and malware attacks, these security issues of digital payments pose a significant risk to individuals and businesses alike. As we increasingly rely on digital payments to handle our financial transactions, we must take steps to ensure that these transactions are secure.

The globalisation, aided by communication technology facilitating connections across national boundaries, has made the phenomenon of diversity ever more relevant and proximal for organisations. The conversation has progressed from 'Mangement' to 'Acceptance' of diversity. Through this brief review of the message contained in the Bhagavad Geeta , we argue that this ancient Indian discourse goes a step further and calls for 'Embracing' the diversity through the realisation of the underlying oneness.

The Energy Consumption in sensor node is a very difficult task in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) Environments. The Dijkstra's shortest Path using Artificial Bee Colony (SPABC) Optimization algorithm have been develop to find the optimal solution node and shortest path from source nodes to destination node.ABC optimization is used to search the information such as number of nodes, execution time of the neighboring nodes and optimal solution node in the cluster environment. In this research work, not only find out the shortest path to send the information. But also after calculating the sensor nodes weight and then the information send to destination. Because, if the distance is short, when the node weight is high received in the data, the data will send to take excess of the time. So, it has to find out some other way to send the data. The proposed shortest path using ABC Optimization (SPABC) Algorithm can successfully reduce the data transmission delay, energy wastage, improve the data gathering process, network reliability and extends the lifetime of the network.

For millennia, human societies have used substances on the skin for both cosmetic and medicinal purposes.Transdermal drug delivery allows drugs to enter the bloodstream through the skin, achieving systemic effects without causing fluctuations in drug plasma concentrations. Compared to traditional oral or invasive methods, topical administration of therapeutic agents offers numerous benefits. It also ensures controlled and prolonged release of medications. A novel form of transdermal drug delivery systems involves wearable patches applied to the skin surface for medication delivery. These patches are typically categorized as either passive or active based on their material properties, design principles, and inclusion of integrated devices. This review summarizes the advantages, skin pathways involved in transdermal drug delivery systems (TDDS), components of transdermal patches, and methods used for their preparation.

Dental hygiene is the practice of keeping one's mouth clean and free of disease and other problems by regular brushing of the teeth and cleaning between the teeth. It is important that oral hygiene be carried out on a regular basis to enable prevention of dental disease and bad breath. General guidelines for adults suggest brushing at least twice a day with a fluoridated tooth paste bushing last thing at night and at least on one other occasion. Cleaning between the teeth is called interdental cleaning and is as important as tooth brushing. This is because a tooth brush cannot reach between the teeth and therefore only removes about 50% of plaque from the surface of the teeth. Objectives: 1) To assess the knowledge regarding dental hygiene among the Primary school teachers. 2) To evaluate the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding dental hygiene. 3) To find the association between knowledge scores with selected socio-demographic variables.
