An identity crisis emerges when an individual becomes uncertain about their societal role and lacks clear guidance for shaping their personality. This confusion arises when one loses sight of their life’s purpose, initiating an identity crisis. An individual’s sense of identity is crucial for understanding their life’s meaning. Coined by Erik Erikson, the term ‘identity crisis’ is explained as a phase where a person grapples with resolving uncertainties during their middle age. This struggle can lead to a sense of detachment and uncertainty, fostering pessimism and disorder. In Marian Keyes’ novel Angels, the main character, Maggie, becomes ensnared in adulthood blues. She undergoes a miscarriage and misinterprets her husband’s grief as infidelity, causing her to lose her self-awareness and descend into chaos. As the story progresses, Maggie eventually regains her self-identity by dispelling her illusions, resulting in a renewed sense of clarity and self-assurance.

The COVID-19 pandemic has raised many ethical challenges, but key among these has been the possibility that healthcare systems might need to ration scarce critical care resources. Rationing policies for pandemics differ by institution, health system, and applicable law. Most seem to agree that a patient's ability to benefit from treatment and to survive is first-order consideration. However, there is debate about what clinical measures should be used to make that determination and other factors that might be ethically appropriate to consider. The covid-19 pandemic has concentrated bioethics attention on the "lifeboat ethics" of rationing and fair allocation of scarce medical resources, such as testing, intensive care unit beds, and ventilators. This focus drives ethics resources away from persistent and systemic problems-in particular, the structural injustices that give rise to health disparities affecting disadvantaged communities of color. Bioethics, long allied with academic medicine and highly attentive to individual decision-making, has largely neglected its responsibility to address these problematic "upstream" issues. It is time to broaden our teaching, research, and practice to match the breadth of these significant societal inequalities and unmet health needs.

The lungs are organs in the human respiratory system that function as an exchange of oxygen with carbon dioxide in the blood. The decline in air quality and COVID-19 in the world, including in India, has an impact on increasing the risk of lung disease. Lung disease that is often encountered is wet lung. Wet lung is a form of acute respiratory infection namely Lungs Diseases that attacks the lungs. The lungs are made up of tiny sacs called alveoli, which fill with water when a healthy person breathes. When a person has Lungs Diseases, the alveoli fill with pus and fluid, which makes breathing painful and limits oxygen intake. Early diagnosis of Lungs Diseases has a major impact on the life of a patient. Diagnosis of Lungs Diseases is generally done clinically (physical symptoms by a doctor). In addition, Lungs Diseases can also be diagnosed through chest radiographs, CT scans, and MRIs. Chest radiograph examination is one of the most frequently used medical imaging examinations because it is more affordable. Reading chest radiographs has drawbacks, namely it is difficult to detect disease, so it takes a long time before medical personnel or doctors diagnose the disease suffered by the patient. One method to overcome this problem is to classify chest radiograph images into certain classes using machine learning. The method used to process the data is multilayer perceptron (MLP). MLP has disadvantages for several types of data, especially for images, but MLP is not well adapted so that it loses spatial information contained in images. Therefore using multiple Convolutional Neural Network Architectures (AlexNet and ResNet) within which the importance of being able to identify the better architecture to obtain the results (diagnose Lungs Diseases) has been essential for the research performed, according to the antecedents of the authors proposed in the methodology, the best architecture analyzed is that of ResNet for having presented high performance in past research. Consequently, The joint classification (Resnet and Alexnet) has proven to be an innovative idea at the time of show a result of a predictive model, as it uses several classifications in turn to determine an end result. Which helped ensure the veracity of the output, which is very important to be able to determine if there is pneumonia in early stage, being this difficult to detect. Designing a Predictive Model for Early Detection of Lungs Diseases using Deep Learning and allowed this research to contribute providing a tool that serves as support for the diagnosis of this disease and reduce the high death rate that exists nationally and internationally.

Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pink eye, is a highly contagious eye condition that affects a large number of individuals worldwide. Timely and accurate detection of conjunctivitis, along with personalized drug recommendation, is crucial for effective treatment. In this study, we propose a novel system that combines convolutional neural networks (CNN) with advanced data analytics techniques to address this problem. The first component of our system focuses on conjunctivitis detection. We employ a CNN architecture to analyze digital images of the eye and classify them as either normal or indicative of conjunctivitis. The CNN model is trained on a large dataset of labeled eye images, enabling it to learn complex patterns and features associated with the disease. Through extensive experimentation and evaluation, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our CNN-based approach in accurately identifying conjunctivitis cases. The second component of our system aims to provide personalized drug recommendations based on the detected conjunctivitis condition. Leveraging the conjunctivitis diagnosis obtained from the CNN model, we employ data analytics techniques to analyze a comprehensive database of medications and their associated efficacy. By considering factors such as patient demographics, medical history, and drug interactions, our system generates personalized drug recommendations that optimize treatment outcomes and minimize adverse effects. To evaluate the performance of our system, we conducted experiments using real-world datasets comprising diverse eye images and patient profiles. The results demonstrate high accuracy in conjunctivitis detection and the generation of personalized drug recommendations. Our system shows great potential for assisting healthcare professionals in making informed decisions regarding conjunctivitis treatment, improving patient outcomes, and minimizing the spread of infection. The proposed Conjunctivitis Eye Detection and Personalized Drug Recommendation System using CNN combines state-of-the-art image analysis techniques with data analytics to provide accurate conjunctivitis detection and personalized drug recommendations. The system has the potential to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of conjunctivitis treatment, benefiting both healthcare professionals and patients.
