Soil stabilization is necessary when the available soil for construction projects, such as black cotton soil, is not adequate for the intended application. In order to improve the strength and stability of a certain soil mass as well as other engineering and physical features, a process known as soil stabilization is performed. For the purpose of a foundation, the soil must be solid and sturdy. However, the expansive nature of some soils, particularly black cotton soil, causes issues. cotton in black Montmorillonite is present in large concentrations in black cotton soil. Which is the cause of the expansiveness. These properties result in sudden soil cracks. When atmospheric conditions change, using this kind of land could seriously injure the building. The soil can be stabilized by applying an admixture that lowers its swelling potential in order to get rid of it. This article discusses a variety of soil stabilizing techniques. Some techniques, such as chemical stabilization and lime stabilization, have a negative impact on the soil's chemical composition. One of the most efficient methods for stabilization is to employ industrial waste. It has been shown that using waste materials for this purpose improves the geophysical characteristics of expansive soils. Industrial wastes such as cement kiln dust saw dust, electrolyte lignin, fly ash, micro-fine slag, copper slag, red mud, brick dust, polyvinyl waste, ceramic dust and other wastes utilized for soil stabilization are discussed here. Finally, we'll talk about the future aspects of the usage of Copper slag, which is commonly utilized in civil engineering, may also be used to stabilize the soil.

Aquasomes nanoparticulate transport systems have three layers that they assemble themselves. This three-layer system consists of a polyhydroxy oligomer coating in which the molecules working with the organic chemicals are advertised. Ceramics are widely used as essential materials due to the high level of orderliness and generality of the structure. Polyhydroxy oligomer coating provides water as a natural and protects the biochemically active molecule from dehydration. Like all aquasomes they provide stability to a chemical molecule. Water-soluble drugs, insulin, hemoglobin, serratiopeptidase can be delivered through aquasomes. This review article covers a brief introduction to aquasome, the role of core & carbohydrate, properties, preparation methods, character classification and the use of aquasomes.

The 16th to 19th centuries are considered the golden age of Bengali temple architecture, with small clay temples with elegant terracotta decorations on their walls. The descriptive design and narrative storytelling of terracotta plaques are well known. The geographical, philosophical, historical, socio-religious, and cultural background of these temples, as well as their influence on the arts and crafts of rural and urban Bengal after the nineteenth century, are the focus of this paper. The conceptual discussion in this paper was built using data from secondary sources such as journal research articles, edited and published books, documentaries, and more. The history of these temples, as well as their influence on other art forms, were investigated. According to the research, terracotta temple architecture has become a symbol of Bengali Hindu artistic expression. The strong Vaishnavite and Shaivite philosophies influenced Bengali culture at this time. The finely modelled terracotta plaques of these temples represent historical shifts, the emergence of the Bhakti movement, and the influence of Muslim and Anglo-Indian culture. These ornate terracotta plaques had a major effect on Bengali textile design, woodwork, sculptures, painted scrolls, manuscripts, and metalwork.

The creation of mobile complementary metal oxide semiconductors for signal and image processing applications requires reduced transistor count and switching. The adder serves as the foundation for all mathematical operations performed by the processing units. The accuracy and size of an error-tolerant application for a parallel adder are optimized using a faithful approximation. The parallel adder suggested the carry select addition generates the vast majority of n/2m blocks with the right logic. The least significant approximation component of the adder is constructed using the EFA and FTFA cell.

Both academics and business have made a significant amount of effort in recent years to develop batteries with higher performance and lifetime. The preferred battery technology for smart phones, electric vehicles, and grid storage is lithium-ion batteries. The electrolyte density, design and implementation of the battery, storage technique, over and under charging, operating temperature, charging method, surroundings and operational condition, and the state of charge are the main elements that determine the battery's lifespan. It is well known that the high currents required to quicken the charging process impair energy efficiency and hasten capacity and power fading. The literature on the processes of deterioration brought on most frequently by charging at high currents is reviewed in the current work and discusses the rate limiting processes that prevent lithium-ion batteries from being charged quickly. These processes lead to degradation problems, which are made worse by quick charging. Lithium-ion battery deterioration is known to be ramped up by temperature and cycling rate.

Stress is often associated with the perception of threat, with resulting anxiety discomfort, emotional tension, and difficulty in adjustment. Although most of the people of a society feel some sort of stress all the time, the sportspersons, however, regularly feel tremendous pressure in competition, which is largely influenced by their level of aspiration. According to Lewin's theory, after an experience with success, there is usually an increase in the aspiration level and, in the event of failure, it is the opposite that is decrease. If players do not reach to their goal, there is a target discrepancy, which players experiencing frustration or deprivation. The stressors that affect players can be divided into real, but also potential. While real stressors really threaten and disrupt the quality of life of players, potential stressors are related to the ability to imagine a stressor in such quality and intensity that they induce the same physiological response as a real stressor.

The peripatetic Mariaaiwale tribe has noticed how alterations in their means of subsistence have affected both their mobility and conversely. Traditional nomadism has given way to what is referred to as "civilization" among the society. The settlement for resolving nomadic tribes' problems is suggested by commissions on nomadic tribes. The marginalization of Mariaaiwale communities in society has not considerably impacted notwithstanding their sedentarization. The Mariaaiwale community's methods of local adaptation for generating a livelihood put them into the bottom of the social ladder of the caste system. The caste system's challenges were something the Mariaaiwale encountered after they had not overcome their problems as nomads. The Mariaaiwale have been through two crucial processes: a change in their mode of subsistence and a change in their spatial pattern. The study determines the process of Mariaaiwale sedentarization and its socio-economic ties using an ethnographic methodology in Mangalvedhe tehsil of Solapur district.

Transfer learning is the reuse of a pre-trained model for a new problem, it is very popular nowadays in deep learning because it can train deep neural networks with relatively little data, and it is very useful in data science because of most real problems., you don't have millions of data points marked to train these complex models. Let's take a look at what transfer learning is, how it works, why and when to use it. Includes several resources for models that have been previously trained in learning transfers for example, when you train the classifier to predict whether an image contains food, you can use the knowledge gained during training to recognize drinks, for example, if you trained a simple classifier to predict, if the image includes a backpack, you can use the knowledge gained by the model during training.

Globalization gives high competition which force Organizations to improve performance on continuous basis. SMEs also required to improve performance to grow and survive in the global market. New advanced technology and global competition are major forces of change. All sectors of economy adopted change to increase speed of the growth. Many employees resist to change. This resistance of change results in failure of performance improvement. This resistance to change can be reduced or removed by using change management. Change management is important strategy which is used by many large organizations as well as SMEs for performance improvement. Many large organizations used change management as major strategy to achieve performance improvement. Sustainability become important for every organization. It is used by organization as main strategy to achieve competitive advantage in this stiff global competition. Organizational sustainability consists three important aspects which are environmental financial and social performance and sustainability in that all three areas. Sustainability gives additional competencies which helps organization to improve performance through cost reduction and environmental protection and social sustainability to the employees and all stakeholders. Many organizations use organizational sustainability as tool for branding in the global market. Investors and skilled employees are more interested in sustainable organizations.
