Energy conservation has become a policy objective throughout the world to protect the environment and conserve natural resources, energy use in buildings for heating and cooling is considered a major source of energy consumption in many volatile and developing countries. Environmental impact and what energy costs are on hillside living and comfort Today our drivers of green buildings have become friends of paramount importance to commercial institutional and residential building owners. Thermal insulation is an important but largely neglected factor in achieving thermal comfort in buildings, and insulation can reduce unwanted and costly heat gain or loss and reduce the energy demand of cooling and heating systems[1]. An energy-efficient and environmental property. Legal regulations and increasing public awareness have led to the need to reduce energy demand and associated costs. An important factor in the struggle against excessive energy consumption in residential buildings and public utility facilities is suitable insulation material to work in specific conditions. It is possible to reduce energy consumption through effective thermal insulation of all building partitions, but this would be virtually impossible without the right materials[3]. Different types of insulating materials in use today include rigid polyurethane. From polyurethane spray to glass wool to expanded and extruded polystyrene rock wool Additional thermal insulation can include designs and techniques to address the main modes of heat transfer, conduction radiation, convection, and evaporation condensation[2].

Concrete is an essential building material which is used in the construction of infrastructure and buildings. Its brittle nature with low tolerance for strain makes it vulnerable to cracking. These cracks expose the steel reinforcement to the elements, leading to corrosion which increases the maintenance costs and compromises the structural integrity. Microbial concrete is prepared by adding bacteria (Bacillus subtilis) which heals the damage sustained by the concrete structure. Fly ash continues the hydration after 28 days and also produces the secondary C-S-H gel very slowly. So the hydrated products from fly ash modify the microstructure and seal the crack. This project is an experimental investigation carried out to evaluate the influence of fly ash on the strength, sulphate resistance and rapid chloride permeability of microbial concrete made with Bacillus subtilis bacteria. Cement was replaced with 5%, 15% and 25% of fly ash by weight and the cell concentration of 105 cells/ml of bacteria was used in making the concrete mixes. Tests were performed for compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, sodium sulphate exposure and rapid chloride permeability. Test results indicated that inclusion of fly ash in microbial concrete enhanced the compressive strength and impermeability thereby increasing the durability of microbial concrete. The increase in strength of microbial concrete is mainly due to filling of the pores and voids with microbiologically induced calcium carbonate precipitation. The optimum percentage of fly ash is found to be 5% for cement replacement for the modification of microbial concrete. Combined effect of calcite deposition and C-S-H production improved the impermeability of microbial fly ash concrete resulted in very less reduction in strength of 0.3% after 90 days of sodium sulphate exposure and nearly 5% reduction in rapid chloride permeability than microbial concrete. The incorporation of fly ash significantly improves the strength and durability of microbial concrete through combined self-healing effect of fly ash and Bacillus subtilis bacteria.

The blockchain, which has its features, got a lot of attention when it first came out and has been used in many different fields. At the same time, though, its security problems are constantly brought to light, and cyber attacks have caused it to lose a lot of money. At the moment, there isn't much concern or research in the field of blockchain network security. This paper talks about how blockchain can be used in different fields. It also analyses the security of each layer of the blockchain and possible cyber attacks systematically. It also talks about the problems that blockchain poses for network supervision and sums up the progress of research in protection technology. In this study, we look at the different ways that blockchain can be used with techniques that are common in the field of cybersecurity. It is a new kind of technology that is becoming more and more popular because it uses digital currencies. Even though Blockchain has a lot of potentials to improve the way online transactions work, it has a lot of security and vulnerability problems. This paper talks about the blockchain method, how it can be used, and security issues, which may help blockchain fans and researchers understand it better.

In the modern scenario, QWL as a strategy of Human Resource Management is being recognised as the ultimate key for development among all the work systems, not merely as a concession. This is integral to any organisation towards its wholesome growth. This is attempted on par with strategies of Customer Relation Management. Overwork is tolerated in emerging private banks unlike public banks as part of the game and work culture. This is so, what with the soaring competition among the tightly contested players. The point is empowerment of workforce in the area of involvement. It is evident that most of the managements are increasingly realising that quality alone stands to gain in the ultimate analysis. In this study the researcher has emphasised on the quality of work life balance among the private sector bank employees in Coimbatore district with the help of various tools like ANOVA , Chi-Square Test and Multiple regression Analysis.

Boring is a commonly used operation to enlarge the existing holes of machine structures. When boring tool is slender and long, it is subjected to excessive static deflections or self-excited chatter vibrations which are detrimental to the accuracy and surface finish of the hole. It also causes accelerated wear and chipping of the tool. Internal turning frequently requires a long and slender boring tool in order to machine inside a cavity, and the vibrations generally become highly correlated with one of the fundamental bending modes of the boring tool. Different methods can be applied to reduce the vibrations, the implementation of the most efficient and stable methods require in-depth knowledge concerning the dynamic properties of the tooling system. Furthermore, the interface between the boring tool and the clamping house has a significant influence on the dynamic properties of the clamped boring tool. This report focuses on the behavior of a boring tool that arises under different overhang lengths which are commonly used in the manufacturing industry.

The network traffic in the cloud will lead to many attacks, this will lead to reduced security for the devices present on the cloud .The traditional architecture are insufficient to solve this security threats in cloud. The machine Learning techniques introduce numerous advantages that can effectively resolve cyber security matters for cloud-based IoT systems. , we propose collaborative and intelligent network-based intrusion detection system (NIDS) architecture, namely SeArch, for SDN-based cloud IoT networks. It composes a hierarchical layer of intelligent IDS nodes working in collaboration to detect anomalies and formulate policy into the SDN-based IoT gateway devices to stop malicious traffic as fast as possible.

Soil stabilization is necessary when the available soil for construction projects, such as black cotton soil, is not adequate for the intended application. In order to improve the strength and stability of a certain soil mass as well as other engineering and physical features, a process known as soil stabilization is performed. For the purpose of a foundation, the soil must be solid and sturdy. However, the expansive nature of some soils, particularly black cotton soil, causes issues. cotton in black Montmorillonite is present in large concentrations in black cotton soil. Which is the cause of the expansiveness. These properties result in sudden soil cracks. When atmospheric conditions change, using this kind of land could seriously injure the building. The soil can be stabilized by applying an admixture that lowers its swelling potential in order to get rid of it. This article discusses a variety of soil stabilizing techniques. Some techniques, such as chemical stabilization and lime stabilization, have a negative impact on the soil's chemical composition. One of the most efficient methods for stabilization is to employ industrial waste. It has been shown that using waste materials for this purpose improves the geophysical characteristics of expansive soils. Industrial wastes such as cement kiln dust saw dust, electrolyte lignin, fly ash, micro-fine slag, copper slag, red mud, brick dust, polyvinyl waste, ceramic dust and other wastes utilized for soil stabilization are discussed here. Finally, we'll talk about the future aspects of the usage of Copper slag, which is commonly utilized in civil engineering, may also be used to stabilize the soil.

Aquasomes nanoparticulate transport systems have three layers that they assemble themselves. This three-layer system consists of a polyhydroxy oligomer coating in which the molecules working with the organic chemicals are advertised. Ceramics are widely used as essential materials due to the high level of orderliness and generality of the structure. Polyhydroxy oligomer coating provides water as a natural and protects the biochemically active molecule from dehydration. Like all aquasomes they provide stability to a chemical molecule. Water-soluble drugs, insulin, hemoglobin, serratiopeptidase can be delivered through aquasomes. This review article covers a brief introduction to aquasome, the role of core & carbohydrate, properties, preparation methods, character classification and the use of aquasomes.
