When artificial intelligence is used to forecast, understand, learn, and act on novel relationships between genetic codes or to control surgery-assisting robots, it transforms and strengthens current healthcare. It can recognize small patterns that humans would utterly overlook. Artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare is the subject of a new study. These three developing areas of AI-powered healthcare receive particular attention in this study. These are: AI-led drug development; clinical trials; and patient care. There is evidence to show that pharmaceutical companies are benefiting from AI in healthcare through the acceleration and automation of drug discovery processes. Time-consuming data monitoring methods could be replaced by AI, as well. This suggests that AI-assisted clinical trials are capable of managing large volumes of data and providing extremely accurate outcomes. All patients can benefit from AI technologies that support them at every level. Using clinical intelligence, doctors can help patients improve their quality of life by analyzing medical data.

Abstract: Curriculum can be recognized as an authoritative prescription for the course of study of a system of schools. According to old concept, the curriculum was merely an outline of the course of study. The new concept of curriculum represents a very broad dimension in itself, which means that it is tailored very flexibly by the curriculum developers to meet the diverse needs of the students at various age levels in recent days. The different aspects of this very curriculum helps the learners to acquire various knowledge, whether it is taught directly by the school or indirectly inculcated among them through both teachers and peers. In most of the textbooks, core, hidden, latent and null curriculum are present more or less. Core or written or overt curriculum directly inculcates the required knowledge through the syllabus mentioned in textbooks. Although many of us think of hidden or covert and latent curriculum as the same but there is a very subtle difference between these two types of curriculum. There is a bit of difficulty in understanding the null curriculum even after so many debates and efforts to extend its knowledge base. The general purpose of this paper is to understand the concepts of core, hidden, latent and null curriculum as well as their identification in textbooks. By reviewing some selected past and present significant articles, this review article is aimed to identify and bring forward the importance of the different aspects of the curriculum involved in various textbooks, and fortify insights for the due improvements in the textbooks so that the new curriculum runs parallel to the recent trends in education. This is a sincere effort to present the various types of curriculum in current textbooks and it is also hoped that we can one-day meet the challenges to build up an ideal curriculum through optimal incorporation of core, hidden, latent and null aspects of the curriculum in textbooks which may lead to advancement in the curriculum development.

Nature has been a recurring theme in poetry through the ages. Its various landscapes, its changing seasons, its creative as well as destructive power, its beautiful phenomenons; have fascinated poets of every generation stimulating them to create verses on it. Romanticism was an influential artistic and literary movement that originated in Europe toward the end of the 18th century and peaked in the first half of the 19th century. Among other things, glorification of nature was an integral part of Romanticism. Among the best known nature poets William Wordsworth.

Recent advances in the fields of image processing and natural language processing are aimed at creating smart systems that will improve people's quality of life. In this paper, an effective method for text detection and extraction from photographs, as well as text to audio conversion, is proposed. Gray scale conversion is used to improve the incoming image first. Following that, the improved image's text sections are discovered using the Maximally Stable External Regions (MSER) feature detector. To efficiently gather and filter text sections in a picture, use geometric filtering in conjunction with the stroke width transform (SWT). Geometric attributes and the stroke width transform are used to remove non-text MSERs. Individual letters/alphabets are then combined together to identify text sequences, which are ultimately fractured into words. Finally, the words are digitised using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). In the final stage, we convert the identified text to speech using our text-to-speech synthesiser (TTS). The suggested algorithm is put to the test on a variety of images, ranging from documents to nature settings. Promising findings have been presented, demonstrating the suggested framework's accuracy and robustness and encouraging its use..

Ayurveda is a science of life which emphasizes both the preventive and curative aspect of the diseases. The present world is concerned about the increasing rate of morbidity which alters their life expectancy. Acharya Charaka has compared pregnant lady with Taila poorna patra which can spill off even by small disturbances hence seeking proper attention. Garbhini Chardi is one of the Garbhini Vyapats explained by our Acharyas which is a pregnancy induced ill-health and also causes congenital problems in newborn due to deficit nutrition. Ayurvedic classics have mentioned Chardi as one of the Vyakta Garbha lakshana which can be compared with the disease vomiting of pregnancy i.e Emesis Gravidarum. Vomiting in early weeks of pregnancy is common; more than 50% of pregnant ladies of 1st trimester pregnancy are suffering from this health issue. If it is not corrected causes severity which even hampers the Fetal outcome. So it is the need of time to prevent and cure the vomiting during pregnancy.

The main factor in senior blindness is diabetic retinopathy, a disorder of the retina that affects those with diabetes. It is an asymptomatic condition marked by blood vessel irregularities that could produce in bleeding or fluid leakage and distort vision. Therefore, blood vessel removal is essential in helping ophthalmologists identify this condition early and avoid vision loss. One of the main causes of blindness and vision impairment in diabetics in industrialized countries is diabetes retinopathy (DR), a crippling chronic condition. Studies show that with early detection and treatment, the majority of cases may be averted. During eye screening, doctors use retinal imaging to find lesions related to this disease. The number of photos that need to be carefully reviewed is increasing because there are more and more diabetics. It also takes a while to train new employees in this type of image-based diagnosis because experience is gained via constant practice. In this paper, computer vision-based classification technique developed for identifying diabetic retinopathy from the retina fundus. The feature extraction method is based on a pretrained convolutional neural network which has rich set of feature layers. The classification is performed with a support vector machine algorithm that is based on machine learning. The proposed experimentation is evaluated and analyzed in MATLAB software with 96.66% accuracy and found to be efficient as compared to state of art methods.
