 Abstract

Water is an essential resource in the agriculture sector. However, the changing trends in water availability and use of irrigation techniques have already been studied. The first objective of the study is to analyze the availability of water in the study area using water from the dams and the usable water potential of the ponds. The second objective is then to study the changing scenario of irrigation water use so as to suggest better modern methods and techniques of irrigation for water use in the event of water scarcity. The water availability is calculated by secondary source from the executive engineer of dams and ponds, the changing trends are analyzed by primary field survey in four blocks divided by the government. The main reasons for the low water availability in the study area are low rainfall, hard land of Bundelkhand plateau and mismanagement of water resources etc. Mahoba district is located in a drought prone area. Therefore, in this research paper, an attempt has also been made to analyze the changing scenario of water availability and use of water source for irrigation, which is related to water conservation and policy by the government to improve agricultural production and convert barren land into cultivable land. It is helpful in suggesting modern techniques for construction.

 Abstract

Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) have become a vital part of the global electronic industry since their discovery in 1985. Compared to traditional Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), FPGAs are more versatile due to their lower non-recurring engineering (NRE) cost and re-engineering feature, allowing anyone with a FPGA board and programming skill to design and implement electronic models. For many applications, modern FPGAs can exceed the performance requirements of ASICs, making them widely accepted in various fields, including audio systems. This paper presents two audio systems developed using the ZedBoard-Zynq SoC Development Board, which will be compared in terms of design and performance. Results show that the second audio system outperforms the first in terms of performance.

 Abstract

The emerging area like entrepreneurial scalability gets the most attention from the observation that around six thousand enterprises are shutting down yearly apart from a significant contribution towards the economy; which closure rate in women enterprises is 51% as compared to men-owned enterprises i.e 45%, thereby it has attained the interests of many researchers. The rapid evolution of women-owned entrepreneurs' research papers in the last years resulted that there is a need to conduct a detailed analysis of the literature in this field. To address this problem, some researchers published a few review papers on scalability from different perspectives. But the papers have not been published on women-owned entrepreneurial scalability with bibliometric analysis. Hence, to realize the purpose of the study, Scopus-indexed articles from 1995 to 2023 were gathered based on searching 'Women Entrepreneurs' OR 'Female Entrepreneurs' OR 'Entrepreneurs' OR 'Entrepreneurship' AND 'Scalability' OR 'Scaling' as keywords. Connecting the issues, bibliometric analysis, and Vosviewer 1.6.18 is considered for graphical presentation and scientific mapping. The findings of the paper include valuable insights, including the most productive country, authors, titles, yearly trends, and network mapping of the author's keywords with prevailing themes. It is also found that the interest of the researcher was in peak position in 2021 with the most contribution from the developed country as compared to developing countries. Therefore the present study offers the future research trend which helps academicians and practitioners to develop the theoretical models and valuable insights.

 Abstract

The most recent manifestation of sustainable business methods is "going green." As the world is moving towards extreme uncertainty, there is an urgent need to mitigate and cope with the environmental crisis. Organisations particularly small firms, face compelling difficulties when they choose whether to incorporate green strategies, policies, and technologies. While academia has recently shown an increasing interest in this area, but are business practitioners implementing at the ground has always been a pertinent question. The small service firms' contribution to the economy is significant and also its responsibility towards environmental efforts is crucial. In this paper, we perform a thorough analysis of the literature on green practices to understand the varied determinants and also the motivation factors behind the implementation of green practices. Our goal is to find prominent gaps in the existing body of research so that future research can be undertaken.

 Abstract

Niosomes composed of non-ionic surfactant vesicles they are prepared by hydrating mixture of cholesterol and non-ionic surfactant. The basic component of drug delivery systems is an appropriate carrier that protects the drug from rapid degradation or clearance and thereby enhances drug concentration in target tissues. Niosomes exhibit various properties that is they are biodegradable, biocompatible non-immunogenic and has flexibility in their structure. Target-specific drug-delivery systems for the administration of pharmaceutical compounds enable the localization of medicine to diseased sites. Based on their biodegradable, biocompatible, and nonimmunogenic structure, niosomes are promising drug carriers that are helps in drug permeation , their use in permeation enhancer, their application how we can use niosomes to treat different type of disease and their toxicity and how we can treat their toxicity by the help of surfactants. Niosomes also are useful for diagnostic testing and as a lively ingredient to the vaccine. Such areas, therefore, need additional study and development to products available within the market niosomal preparations. Niosomes attempted the issue of insolubility, instability, low bioavailability and fast debasement of medications. This paper overviews the method of preparation of Niosomes along with applications in pharmaceutical use.

 Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of fashion advertising on social media, the fusion of emotion and visual storytelling has emerged as a potent strategy for brands seeking to forge meaningful connections with their audiences. This research digs at the complex interplay between emotional appeals and fashion advertising, particularly on social media platforms. The essay reveals how emotions have a major influence on consumer behavior, engagement, and brand loyalty by delving into the scientific roots of emotional triggers. Using a variety of real-world examples, the article demonstrates how fashion firms purposefully use emotional appeals such as aspiration, nostalgia, authenticity, and empowerment to build powerful tales that go beyond product advertising. The paper emphasizes the role of emotions in generating user interactions, from likes and shares to the building of dedicated brand communities, through a comprehensive review of engagement metrics and case studies. Furthermore, the essay provides practical advice for fashion companies looking to strike a balance between honest emotional storytelling and smart marketing. As the digital landscape evolves, this investigation of emotional appeals in fashion advertising on social media shines light on a critical channel for businesses to not only captivate their audiences but also establish durable connections that reverberate in consumers' hearts and minds.
