Security is the most fundamental aspect of our daily lives. Advancements in technologies such as IoT and cloud networks have assisted in making newer security systems more secure apart from becoming applicable and accessible for the common households. The ideas that were just mere concepts a decade ago are being practically implemented in households thanks to the technological advancements of our modern age. There are many different automation systems for smart homes. Our product is designed to detect intruders, leakage of water or any abnormal temperatures in our rooms. Any threats that are detected are immediately notified to the user using SMS. The user can also monitor the current parameters live from anywhere using the app. Smart devices that provide security in smart home systems have sensors, in our case- motion, temperature, water are some of the sensors. The sensor readings are fed to the Arduino where all the data conversions and calculations are performed and sent via ESP8266 Wifi module. This data sent by the Wifi module to the cloud can be accessed from anywhere. The system gives us notifications of intrusion or any other alerts to our phones regardless of our location.Since the system is connected to the cloud it always provides real time information without any delay through the app in the user's mobile phone, increasing the efficiency of the system. Also one of the key aspects of our project is the low cost of the equipment compared to other systems available in the market.

Along with clearance, length of overhangs affects the approach and departure angles, which measure the vehicle's ability to overcome steep obstacles and rough terrain. The longer the overhang, the smaller is the approach/departure angle, and thus lesser the car's ability to climb or descend steep ramps without damaging the bumpers. Therefore these overhangs are lifted up to avoid damage. But the front overhang is having limitation due to accommodation of engine. Whereas, the rear overhang can be raised up for the convenience, to improve vehicle safety. The provision of rear overhang height leads to eccentric loading action on the frame due to front impact. Thus in this work an attempt is proposing to study the behavior of chassis frame under action of front impact by varying the height of rear overhang. Also it can be seen that the front impact may not act all the time through the CG of the chassis frame, it is further proposing to study the chassis frame behavior considering the eccentric load action from the front of the vehicle. The model of Chassis frame is made using Catia V5, followed by analysis using Ansys 15.0 to study the stress, deformation and safety factors development. The analysis is repeated by considering different rear overhang heights. Also the analysis is repeated by considering the eccentric loading condition and further a modification is suggested to design of chassis frame for improving the load bearing capacity based on the obtained results. And the analysis is done on suggested modified chassis to compare the results with existing model.

The evolution of robot control systems has accelerated over time, and is one of the most recent innovations developed in the robot control system is for the gesture controlled robot. In this project we are going to design a gesture controlled robot using modern technologies and techniques. This project is a real-time monitoring system that uses gestures to allow humans to engage with robots. This is also a huge help for individuals who have difficulty moving around. The three stages of gesture recognition are image capture, image processing, and data extraction. The implementation is carried out by using various motions to guide the robot. Rather than using a joystick or a physical controller with buttons, this technology uses physical changes such as hand tilting to act as a conduit between the human and the robot. Hand gesture robots are commonly used in the defence field, industrial robotics, civil car part assembly, and the medical field for surgery. If we use remote controllers and buttons in these fields, the process will become more difficult. Switch control and button control can be confusing for the operator at times. It will benefit in military and high security bases. Soldiers would carry this equipment during combat.

To minimise the damage during car accidents, the solidity of the car body structure must be a priority for the automotive industry. This work aims to analyze the possibility of replacing conventional material used in car bodies by establishing the best suitable composite material in order to provide strength, rigidity, crashworthiness, safety, lightweight, improve the fuel efficiency of cars. In this project, we will design a car body structure and solid concrete wall by using Solid works 2018 software and make suitable composite materials through Ansys ACP (Ansys composite pre-post). Then perform crash analysis on the car body in Ansys workbench software by explicit dynamic module by using different composite materials in car body at different speed of the car. The behaviour of automotive car structure is analyzed by evaluating equivalent stress-strain and total deformation.

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: The primary purpose of the study is to assess the process mapping of the insurance department. Thereafter the need based assessment and analysis was done according to the specific case. Much of the perceived negative perception regarding insurance claims denials leads to a loss of 3-5% of net revenue to each hospitals every year. The current study describes the key causes for revenue losses, insurance claims denials with respect to department wise and insurance denials and rejection rate with respect to covid and non covid times. METHOD: The observational descriptive survey type of study was conducted on 176 cashless in patients through purposive sampling technique for a period of two months CONCLUSION: The major conclusions derived from the present study are: 1. The turnaround time of the cashless in patients was higher as compared to cash. 2. The department wise delay in cashless treatment was found to be higher in gynecology and obstereitics 3. There was quite less difference in rejection rate between Covid and Non-Covid times.

Measles and rubella (MR) can cause morbidity and mortality. The government's action to prevent the incidence of this disease is the MR immunization program. Decreased coverage of MR immunization can increase the incidence of measles and rubella. One of the barriers to the success of immunization is the public's concern about the occurrence of adverse events following immunization (AEFI). This study aims to identifying risk factors for serious adverse events following immunization after Measles Rubella. The data collected subsequently were analyzed using Chi-square Fisher Exact test for univariate and bivariate analysis. Logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis. Result show143 subjects, 43 subjects were obtained with serious MR AEFI. Ages range 1-5 years dominated the serious MR AEFI group, which was 88.3%. Male gender was found in 51.2% serious AEFI Group. Host factors and environmental factors were analyzed in this study. We found that from the overall risk factors analyzed, history of allergy and low maternal education had higher risk of 3.67 times (95% CI: 1.25-11.11) and 6.99 times (95% CI: 2.21-12.22) respectively for the onset of serious MR AEFI compared with subjects with no history of allergy and middle to high maternal education. Meanwhile, other risk factors did not have any significant association.

Currently used medications are monetarily costly and they are not expeditiously. Medicative plants contain enormous varieties of chemical substances that have necessary therapeutic properties that may be utilized in the treatment of human diseases. This study was conducted to determine the effect of crude extract and fractions of Capsicum annum on selected food borne pathogens (Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella, Bacillus cereus). The methanolic extract of chili pepper (BSS-859 F1 hybrid) showed good activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus spp. Compared to crude extract and four fractions from chili extract tested, chili pepper extract showed the greatest activity against gram positive and gram-negative enteric pathogens but the gram-negative bacteria showed less activity than gram positive bacteria.

Delivery through skin is still difficult to many drug molecules because of its molecular size, weight, its solubility which also affects drug penetrability, diffusion and its bioavailability. Skin is also act as barrier to the molecules. Past few decades, various successful techniques and devices have emerged to optimize drug delivery across skin. Ethosome is one of these techniques which have been recently emerged as great advantage for drug moieties. Ethosomes are ethanolic phospholipid vesicles and modified form of liposomes mainly for transdermal delivery of drugs. Although ethosomes are conceptually sophisticated, they are characterized by simplicity in their formulation, safety, and efficacy. Ethosomes are soft vesicles prepared for enhanced delivery of active agents. Ethosomes have higher penetrability rate through the skin as compare to other nanoparticles. This increased permeability is because of ethanolic content as ethanol itself act as penetration enhancer gives synergistic effect. Ethanol enhances the cell membrane lipid fluidity results in increased skin penetrability of the ethosomes. These ethosomes permeates through the skin and fuse with cell membrane lipids and releases the drug. Cold and hot are the main methods used for formulation of ethosomes. Evaluation parameters include vesicle size, shape, drug content, zeta potential, stability etc. The following article reviews in detail about ethosomes mechanism, methods of preparation, evaluation parameter, application and future of ethosomes in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical industry. Improved delivery of drug molecules through the skin and cellular membranes by ethosomal carrier opens numerous challenges and opportunities for the research and future development of novel improved therapies.
