ABSTRACT : Euphorbia milii is a herb used as a folk medicine from ancient times. Historically the plant has been utilized as an antiinflammatory, antioxidant ,antisparmodic as well as parasite and wart treatment. Then solvent extraction is carried out using hot methanol. The methanolic extract showed positive result for glycosides, steroids, flavanoid, alkaloids and phenols the anticancer activity was tested using different concentrations, these chloroform fractions demonstrated potent anti-DPPH radical activity. This study used a finely tuned combination of phytopharmacological and cutting-edge computational tools to examine the anticancer potential of Euphorbia milii (E. milii). The outcomes of antioxidant assays revealed a consistent pattern, with the antioxidant reduction activity of the methanol extract often outperforming that of the water extract by a factor of 2:1. Significant toxicity results were seen in both tests of toxicity. The proposed genera Euphorbia triaculeata extract demonstrated genotoxic effects against the PC 3 and MCF-7 DNA cell lines, but not on the HEPG2 cell lines, by increasing the mean value of the DNA damage in the comet assay.

There has been significant expansion and new innovation in the building business over the last few decades, which has expanded the use of cement as a key material in concrete. The world environment is currently facing enormous problems as a result of greenhouse gases and other key factors.Carbon dioxide is the most common greenhouse gas, and it is produced by a variety of sources, the most significant of which being the cement industry, where carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) are produced on a huge scale. To decrease the dangers' consequences on the planet, we must implement eco-friendly sustainable development. As a result, in the building industry, the usage of cement in concrete has been reduced or replaced with more efficient cementitious materials such as Metakolin (MK), Fly Ash(FA).

Of all the reasons for death, one of the most common reasons is Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Factual data says that more than 17.9 million people die every year because of these diseases. Some of the known CVDs are cerebrovascular disease, rheumatic heart disease, coronary artery disease, and various other blood vessel and heart-based illnesses. Arrhythmias are generally innocuous, but some can be harmful or even deadly. If the heartbeat is excessively rapid, too slow, or irregular, the heart may not be able to provide sufficient of blood to amount to the body. This disease also produces the possibilities to elevate your chances of having a stroke, heart failure, or other cardiac problems. My goal is to categorize ECG by preprocessing the raw signal to identify Cardiac Arrhythmias and then to separate the signals into various classes with the help of convolutional neural networks (CCN). After the data-preprocessing step, the model is developed with a properly built CNN. The dataset has been split in an 80:20 ratio so that they can be trained and then tested respectively. A single ECG file is also evaluated using the learned model. The point of using a CNN model was to produce the most accurate results. Our goal with this project was to create an efficient method for classifying and detecting cardiovascular disorders in the medical and health sectors, for which we managed to provide an algorithm

Wireless systems are becoming more multifunctional as they develop. Users have the option of connecting various wireless services for a variety of purposes and at various times thanks to its multi-functionality. These systems need changeable antenna in addition to rapid electrical and adaptive signal processing in order to realize their full potential. To reduce the number of antennas required for the given system function, the reconfigurable antenna can simply be employed. They may be created to service locations that are considerably more complex. Some of these functions include the use of reconfigurable hardware to boost system longevity and usage as programmable control elements with feedback to decrease errors and noise, and improve security. Software defined radio, cognitive radio, multiple inputs - multiple output systems, and multifunction consumer electronics are examples of emerging uses. Each antenna is discovered to be powered by a particular application. There isn't a single ideal use that would lead to a super antenna that could satisfy every system's requirements. The antenna's adaptability would provide innovative solutions for overcoming these difficulties. While a single individual element's aperture would be tiny for communication sensing and security, satellite communication requires wider aperture antennas. In this research, the re-configurability of micro strip antennas has been examined. One of the most adaptable antenna types, micro strip antennas can be used both as a single element in small devices and in massive phased arrays. This study work has examined the properties of micro strip antennas in relation to their adaptability and potential uses.

Ginger is one of the plants that are rich in phenolic compounds. Presence of volatile oil in the crude drug is responsible for the aromatic odour along with pungency of the drug is due to the yellowish oily component known as gingerol. Ginger has various pharmacological applications and used as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-cancer, cardiovascular protective, anti-obesity, anti-diabetic, anti-emetics, spasmolytic, carminative, condiment etc. It has been used in treatment of dyspepsia, vomiting spasms, asthma, sore throat, and loss of voice is treated by chewing a piece of ginger. This study aimed to determine the total phenolic content, antioxidant potential, analysis, and comparison of the antioxidant potential of the extracts obtained from rhizomes of zingiber officinale using different methods of extraction. Extraction of phytoconstituents were carried out by the continuous hot extraction (Soxhlet extraction) and maceration. Phytochemical screening of the extracts was done for the presence of various phytoconstituents, while the antioxidant activity of the different extracts was determined by using the DPPH method. Ginger has sufficient antioxidant activity on extraction by continuous hot extraction (Soxhlet Extraction) & maceration while anti-oxidant potential was found to be greater in the continuous hot extract.

Dyes removal from wastewater has been a matter of concern, both in the aesthetic sense and health point of view. Dyes removal from textile effluents on a continuous industrial scale has been given much attention in the last few years, not only because of its potential toxicity, but also mainly due to its visibility problem. There have been various promising techniques for the removal of dyes from wastewater. Economically feasible adsorbents of bio-origin with more adsorptive capacity are in demand for the removal of textile dyes from waste water. As the textile dyes are perilous to the environment, they should be removed from the industrial effluents before their disposal. Methylene blue dye is one of the most widely used in textile industries. Therefore we propose low cost adsorbents for the removal of Methylene blue dye. Present research mainly focuses on the removal of Methylene blue dye from aqueous solutions. A series of experiments were conducted in batch wise to estimate the effect of system variables on the amount of percentage removal of Methylene blue dye from the aqueous solution. The effects of variables such as contact time, initial concentration of Methylene blue dye in solution, amount of adsorbent dosage and temperature of the solution on the adsorption were studied. The adsorption data were well fitted by Freundlich isotherm model for neem leave and Langmuir isotherm model for Jatropha. Neem and Jatropha leave powder showed 89% and 98% removal of Methylene blue dye at the optimum operating conditions.

The sensitive topic of 'mental health' is increasingly gaining more recognition and respect among people of all age groups. Starting from children to senior citizens, everyone needs aid that will help them keep their mental state healthy. The seemingly fast-paced world and rising competition have contributed to disturbing one's mental condition to an extent. The Coronavirus pandemic has accelerated the decline in the mental health of the majority of people. In such a condition, it becomes both - necessary and beneficial - to use the power of technology in helping people maintain a positive state of mind. With the vast range of advantages that machine learning offers, it becomes easy and effective to cater to individuals as per their choices and preferences. Machine learning is used widely in the healthcare sector because of the benefits it provides by equipping the ability to train models to perform specific tasks based on the information supplied. Similarly, machine learning can be used to help people improve their mental state by learning their favorite activities to engage in to feel better and generate recommendations for activities accordingly. In such a way, it can help uplift a person's mood by giving him a range of options for tasks to perform based on his liking. In an attempt to help people of all age groups improve their mental health, an application was developed which takes into consideration the user's likings and current mental state and recommends intervening activities to participate in.

In this work effect of V, W and S -Shape ribs absorber plate on heat transfer enhancement of solar air heater has been discussed. Three different types of absorber plate have been used. The absorber plates have V, W and S - shape ribs. It is observed that the highest thermal efficiency is found out to be for black colour plate with continuous multiple S -shape ribs at all the exit wind velocity. All absorber plates have metallic black color painted. It is determined that the maximum heat transfer was at V-Shape, W-Shape plate with continuous multiple S- shaped absorber plate at all the exit wind velocity because the path of air has increased as compare to V Shape and W Shape absorber plate. Increased path depends on geometry was equally spaced and air flowing from inlet to outlet in between ribs of plate channel. The efficiency of V-Shape, W-Shape ribs absorber plate solar air heaters is low because of low heat transfer coefficient between the absorber plate and the flowing air. Solar air heaters are used at low to medium temperature application like industrial application, space heating, crop drying and other. A direct performance comparison of the V-Shape, W-Shape ribs absorber plate and continuous multiple S-shape ribs absorber plate solar air heater shows that the thermal efficiency of the continuous multiple S-shaped ribs absorber plate solar air heater is 25% higher than the V-Shaped and W-Shape ribs absorber plate solar air heater; highest thermal performance advantage is at the lowest flow rate. The collector efficiency in a solar air heater without and with using embossed absorbing plate has been investigated experimentally analyzed that depends on different parameter like inclination angle, radiation and velocity of air etc.
