The increase in road fatalities comes as bad news. This cannot be stopped but can be controlled. The Accidents may cause due to drivers health, Drivers feelings, vehicle speed, climate condition, traffic conditions, road conditions, etc. Analysis and prediction on Traffic collision has gained importance in these days. The big dataset is generated every year. The proposed system works on analysis and prediction of road accidents information data using machine learning algorithms and its efficient execution. For analysis same type of accidents are clustered together using EMM algorithm and for prediction association mining is performed using Top-k Improved Association Rule Mining (IARM) algorithm. This algorithm finds the top k rules from dataset. The generated association rules are then provided to the Congestion control using Machine Framework (CCMF) and Traffic Congestion Analyzer using Mapping (TCAMP) algorithms to generate predictions. The Results are compared in terms of accuracy and efficiency with existing systems.

Wurster Technique for Coating of powders or particles can be performed using bottom-spray where the nozzle is spraying from the bottom or using rotary module with a nozzle spraying from the side or tangentially. The fluidization pattern in the Wurster process is very critical. The bottom-spray Wurster method is very popular in the pharmaceutical industry for active layering and for coating to modify or control drug release. It was used for development of various dosage forms of Multiple Unit Particulate Systems with better therapeutic efficacy. The Wurster process has number of variables. The batch size, spray liquid viscosity, concentration, spray assembly setting, air distributor plate, column height, and dew point, etc. are easy to establish. To fix dependent variables like air volume, atomization air pressure, spray rate, product temperature trials were performed. Finally by using Quality by design optimize the critical parameters in the process. Before scale-up, key variables and their effect on output should be identified during lab and pilot scale. This process is particularly suitable for a controlled release/ extended release and delayed/ enteric coating of active ingredients layered in the form of pellet. In the Wurster process, a complete sealing of the surface can be achieved.

In many high-rise buildings, architectural requirements may result in a variable configuration for the vertical structural elements between the stories of the building. To accommodate such vertical elements discontinuity a transfer floor conveying vertical and lateral loads between upper and lower stories must be introduced. To accommodate the multiple architectural requirements, the location, orientation, and dimensions of the vertical and lateral load resisting elements vary every certain number of stories. In such cases, a transfer floor is commonly used to solve this persistent structural-architectural conflict. A transfer floor is the floor system which supports a system of vertical and lateral load resisting elements and transfers its loading action to a different underneath system. Transfer systems are generally used in multifunction structures, in which the lower stories of the building usually are used as open public areas, while floors above that transfer system could accommodate typical residential or office spaces.

The Covid-19 has become incubus across the globe and mankind is counting the date when they will get rid of such a miserable condition which has changed human behaviour and both the thinking and awareness of life have also been significantly changed. Corona virus pandemic is worsening day by day and with it even the problem of falsified and substandard medicine is increasing enormously. World Health Organisation (WHO) on 31st March published a medical alert to warm consumers and other health care professionals and health authorities regarding false medical products that surely claims to treat COVID-19. In order to reflect and analyse this current situation this paper deals with different loyalty perceptions of the respondents towards the medicinal hygiene products across the demographical, behavioural and awareness constructs. With 125 respondents and several non- parametric tests (like Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, Mann -Whitney U Test and Kruskal Wallis Test) as well as regression and correlations tests applied to the study, different conclusions have been drawn from there. From the first construct of the analysis of behavioural and awareness changes before and during the pandemic there has been a statistically significant difference towards availability of medicinal hygiene products, effort and time, quality, price and frequency of purchase before and during covid-19. From regression analysis strong linear dependency of Loyalty index of consumers on Usefulness, Price value and Brand value has been extracted. Loyalty perceptions has also been analysed across demographic constructs. Lastly correlation matrix exactly shows the relationships between the main construct of loyalty with the brand value (indexed), price value (indexed) and usefulness value (indexed). Some managerial implications can also be found out from the study in the sense that the marketers can get an idea towards consumers attitudes and shopping behaviour as because COVID-19 is greatly influencing the shopping of personal hygiene products with an accelerated shift to digital purchases.

Sorting is a core function in numerous applications. Sorting is performed in hardware with FPGA or ASIC for application which demands greater performance. The critical issues are consumption of power and area. This paper has an efficient method for sorting networks by utilizing odd-even merge sort by Batcher and unary processing. In unary processing numbers are represented as a sequence of one value (like 0s) preceded by a sequence of other value (like 1s) in a stream, with the value described depending on number of 1s in the stream. The proposed approach is expected to show reduction in hardware.

This paper sought to look at the state of brand labels in the Ghanaian clothes and fashion related articles among dressmakers and tailors that help boost patronage of made in Ghana clothing and fashion articles. Tourists all over the world have collected souvenir from the sites they visit and they are proud to show the authenticity of these souvenirs. One aspect of showing off the authenticity of such clothes and fashion articles is the brand labels that appear on them. This work is situated within the qualitative research approach with interview, observation and field trip to secure data for the findings. The descriptive design approach with the narrative analysis method were used to analyse the data. It was clear from the findings that few graphic designers have looked at the design and production of brand labels for tailors and dressmakers in the local dressmaking business. The researcher recommends among others that Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association educates members of the association on the need for a brand label.

Modern young people (digital natives) have grown in an era dominated by new technologies where communications are pushed to quite a real-time level, and pose no limits in establishing relationships with other people or communities. The fast growing use of social networking sites among the teens have made them vulnerable to get exposed to bullying. Comments containing abusive words effect psychology of teens and demoralizes them. In this work we have devised methods to detect cyberbullying using supervised learning techniques. Cyber bullying is the use of technology as a medium to bully someone. Although it has been an issue for many years, the recognition of its impact on young people has recently increased. Through machine learning, we can detect language patterns used by bullies and their victims, and develop rules to automatically detect cyber bullying content. The data we used for our work was collected from the website kagle.com, it contains a high percentage of bullying content.

Restriction digestion of pUC18 and pBR322 will be done using restriction enzymes such as BamH I and EcoR I respectively. The Hybrid plasmid (pUC18 + pBR322) will be constructed by adding T4 DNA ligase to the digested vectors and transformed to the competent cells of DH5? E.coli strain with the help of Calcium chloride. Blue- white Screening would be done for the transformed cells where the white colonies would be selected and the possible results might be of transformed cells containing either pBR322 alone or the hybrid plasmid. The selected white colonies will be subjected to antibiotic screening by adding ampicillin. The colonies that will be formed after the addition of ampicillin are supposed to be considered as the cells having hybrid plasmids. Further, the transformed DH5? cells containing the hybrid plasmid would be subjected to stability studies such as determination of growth rate by comparing the growth rates of control DH5? cells, transformed DH5? cells containing pUC18 and pBR322 individually with the transformed DH5? cells containing the hybrid plasmid. Other stability studies such as thermal resistance of transformed DH5? cells containing the hybrid plasmid would be determined. From the above studies, it would be possible to create a novel DH5? cell strain with added advantages of increased growth rate and thermal resistance.
