Millets are traditional grains, grown and consumed in the Indian subcontinent from the past more than 5000 years. Millets are small - grained, annual, warm - weather cereals belonging to grass family. They are rain - fed, hardy grains which have low requirements of water and fertility when compared to other popular cereals. They are highly tolerant to drought and other extreme weather conditions.Millets are nutri cereals comprising of sorgum, pearl millet, finger millet (Major millets) foxtail, little, kodo, proso and barnyard millet (minor millets). These are one of thge oldest foods known to humanity. These are one of the several species of coarse cereal grasses in the family poaceae, cultivated for their small edible seeds. Pseudo millets are so called because they are not part of the Poaceae botanical family, to which 'true' grains belong, however they are nutritionally similar and used in similar ways to 'true' grains.Millets are highly nutritious, non-glutinous and non acid forming foods. Millets have many nutraceutical and health promoting properties especially the high fibre content. Millets act as a probiotic feeding for micro - flora in our inner ecosystem. Millets hydrate our colon to keep us from being constipated. Niacin in millet can help lower cholesterol. Millets contain major and minor nutrients in good amount along with dietary fibre. Millets are gluten free and can be a substitute for wheat or gluten containing grains for celiac patients

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Implemented the Regulation C, 12 CFR Part 1003 (Regulation C) in October 2015. The Reg C requirements were developed by federal financial institutions examination council (FFIEC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the State Liaison Committee (SLC) -- and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2015 HMDA rule guided the types of institutions that qualify for data reporting and transactions subject to Reg C. The bank, savings association or credit union meets or exceeds either the closed-end mortgage loan or the open-end line of credit loan volume threshold in each of the two preceding calendar years. Beginning July 1, 2020, a bank, savings organization, or credit union that generated at least 100 closed-end home loans or 500 open-end lines of credit in each of the previous two calendar years meets or exceeds the loan-volume requirement. To determine if a transaction is subject to Regulation C, a financial institution should first determine whether the loan or line of credit is a closed-end mortgage or an open-end line of credit. Currently, the institutions subject to Reg C collect the data and report to the CFPB quarterly. To collect the data and report to the CFPB, the institutions utilize third-party vendors who provide regulatory reporting software services.

The study conducted was an assessment of the lived experiences of the displaced Indigenous Peoples among resettlement sites in San Jose, Tarlac. The researcher aimed to contribute to the existing knowledge on the resettlement due to the construction of large dams. These sites accommodated the households displaced from Barangay Maamot, which will serve as the reservoir for the Balog-Balog Multi-purpose Project. One of the primary challenges identified and had a highest rate by the participants was the difficulty in finding opportunities for income generation. Approximately 25% or 8 individuals expressed their struggle in locating sources of employment or means to earn income. Given the researcher's role as a policymaker in the resettlement program of BBMP, his insights and participation in the proposed study have the potential to contribute valuable perspectives and recommendations for enhancing the efficacy and inclusivity of the resettlement efforts for the displaced indigenous people in San Jose, Tarlac.

Globalization is a complex and multifaceted process that has reshaped the world in various dimensions, such as economic, social, cultural, and political. It has brought about unprecedented opportunities and challenges for human rights, which are the universal and inalienable rights that every human being is entitled to. This research paper aims to examine the effects of globalization on human rights from different perspectives and contexts, using a multidisciplinary and comparative approach. The main research questions are how does globalization influence the normative and legal framework of human rights at the global and national levels? How does globalization affect the roles and responsibilities of different actors in protecting and promoting human rights, such as states, international organizations, civil society, and corporations? How does globalization impact the experiences and aspirations of various groups and individuals, such as women, children, minorities, migrants, and indigenous peoples, in claiming and enjoying their human rights? The paper will employ a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, such as international human rights treaties, reports, indicators, case studies, interviews, and surveys. It will analyze the data using descriptive and inferential statistics, content analysis, and thematic analysis. The paper will also adopt a human rights-based approach, which emphasizes the principles of equality, non- discrimination, participation, accountability, and transparency in the research process. The paper expects to find that globalization has both positive and negative effects on human rights, depending on the context and the actors involved. It will argue that globalization can be a catalyst or a hindrance to human rights advancement, depending on how it is governed and regulated by the international community and national authorities. It will also suggest that globalization can be an opportunity or a threat for human rights advocacy and education, as well as a challenge or a facilitator for human rights protection and enforcement. The paper will conclude with some recommendations for policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and civil society on harnessing the potential and mitigating the risks of globalization for human rights.

For the treatment of skin problems, a variety of topical dermatology treatments, ranging from solids to liquids, are offered. The majority of ointments are made of base, which primarily serves as a vehicle or carrier for the medications. The choice of ointment is a crucial component of formulation because the type of the base also affects how well it works[3]. In contrast to fatty alcohols, traditional ointment bases have been oleaginous in nature, consisting of hydrocarbons like petrolatum, beeswax, and vegetable oils that do not permit the addition of any water. Topically applied ointments can serve a variety of functions, including protective, antimicrobial, emollient, antipruritic, keratolytic, and astringent. If the end product is to fulfill any of the aforementioned functions, the base of the ointment is crucial. The ointment base composition regulates the transfer of medications from the base to the human tissues as well as the depth of penetration.
