A person with major ? Thalassemia has affected too few red blood cells. During the course of the disease, haemoglobin production decreases. When the amount of haemoglobin is low, the amount of oxygen supplied to different tissues is less. Affected individuals also suffer from a deficiency of red blood cells, known as anemia, which can lead to weakness, fatigue and further complications. We implemented Herschel Bulkley'sNon-Newtonian model has been transform in to bio-fluid mechanical form setup. Governing equations has been formulated in tensorial form. We collected pathological data of haemoglobin with respect to blood pressure of patients with Cooley's anemia. In Cooley's anemia, the role of hematocrit and blood pressure drop are clearly determined by graphically. The methods of resolution are both analytical and numerical.

The importance of youth and the perception of beauty has led to an increase in the creation of novel cosmeceuticals in recent years. According to the study, protein and cellular DNA damage contributes to skin ageing by causing a continuous degrading process. The main objective is to create a herbal anti-ageing cream using herbal ingredients such as jojoba oil, almond oil, beeswax, jasmine oil, rose water, liquid paraffin, methyl paraben, and borax. This water-in-oil emulsion-based lotion is made from natural ingredients. The combination of all the ingredients can be regarded as a multifunctional cream, and further research on the cream's stability and skin irritancy can be done. Jojoba oil is used as an anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory, anti-wrinkle, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, and it moisturises the skin. The methyl paraben in cream is used as a preservative, which prevents the cream from decomposing. Almond oil is enriched in vitamin E. The evaluation tests are performed for things like spreadability, irritancy, pH, phase separation, and homogeneity

Purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) is a common weed that grows all over the world and is one of the most widespread weed species in summer crops. However, it has great potential to become a new crop since its identification as one of the best plant sources of 3- omega fatty acid, -linolenic acid, as well as some antioxidants (?-tocopherol, ?-carotene, ascorbic acid, and glutathione). Several other features distinguish this species: high content of crude protein, water-soluble polysaccharides useful as gums, and good tolerance to salinity. This review summarizes purslane's origin, botanical, and physiological features while its nutritional and medical properties are reported in reference to several studies carried out on its chemical properties. Finally, its cultivation potential is discussed and future uses are proposed for this species, mainly as a component in ready-to-use vegetables (especially in mixed packaging) but also for other cultivation purposes.

Cosmetics are widely used by both men and women to impart beauty and to improve their appearance. Demand for herbal cosmetics is now a days increasing because they are harmless. Also, they have less side effects as they are prepared by taking extract of natural herbs and shrubs. Because of its good convenience and economical with good quality standards it is highly accepted by many people. Herbal cosmetics are prepared in many forms like cold cream preparations containing natural extract of crude drugs like neem, turmertic, fruit extract like Bombax Ceiba Fruit Pulp etc., by adding variety of ingredients in formulation. Cold cream is an emulsion which when applied on the skin, a cooling effect is produced due to slow evaporation of water present in emulsion. These formulations can be evaluated by using various evaluation parameters like pH, viscosity, irritancy, spreadability, microbial growth, thermal stabillity, homogeneity, acid value, saponificationvalue, accelarated stability studies, patch test, smear test, after feel, washability, physical properties, dye test, after feel, in vitro diffusion study etc. The objective of this review is to compile the information of different herbal formulations of cold cream and its evaluation. Herbal cold cream formulations studied by many researchers and this information can be used by many researchers for novel herbal cosmetic formulations with new herbs.

Parkinson's Disease is a neurodegenerative disorder in the central nervous system that causes significant damage to the nerve cells. Patients with PD experience symptoms such as slow movement, loss of balance, tremors, and stiffness. This paper aimed to develop a new AI device that will be efficient and convenient for PD patients' home monitoring. The assessment of Parkinson's disease is usually difficult because it is a disorder that is characterized by damage of the motor symptoms especially dyskinesia [1]. My AI device is designed to monitor Parkinson's disease by generating a dyskinesia severity score. This device will leverage both AI and LLM AI techniques to collect multimodal data like tremors, movement, and posture. This multimodal data is collected using non-invasive sensors that are installed in the device. The AI algorithms will be significant in this device in analyzing and interpreting the patient-specific patterns from the data collected over some time [1]. It will adapt and refine assessment to ensure there is a comprehensive and personalized pattern of dyskinesia assessment. This device is significant due to its effectiveness in transforming the care management of Parkinson Disease's patients. This device will have the potential to help patients in continuous and unobtrusive home monitoring of Parkinson's Disease which will eventually improve their care and management of the disorder. It will also be significant to the research field in collecting valuable data on the disorder to allow for real-time interventions and improvement of personalized treatment plans. This device is made of cost-effective tools hence it provides a practical solution to PD care and reduces the burden on health facilities.

Self-conscious emotions emerge as a result of our understanding of societal norms, guidelines, and objectives. Strong negative emotions often arise from the consequences of significant decisions. Regret and disappointment, due to their prevalence and intricate links to decision-making processes, have garnered significant attention from researchers. This study specifically examines how regret and disappointment differ based on academic status and gender. Although the study employs a mixed-method design, however, the current reading focuses solely on the quantitative data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is employed to assess the differences. The findings highlight significant distinctions among graduate and postgraduate students concerning the experiential aspects of regret and disappointment.

Agriculture holds a unique place in Indian economy. It is the major contributor to the country's GDP and the largest employer of human resources. Around half of the income generated in the industrial sector comes from agricultural-based industries. Agro-products contribute high to the total export of the country. Indian agriculture is prone to many challenges. One of the most important challenges is 'marketing the produce'. Poor market access, fluctuating prices, presence of too many middlemen, no proper storage or warehousing facilities, poor road transportation facilities, lack of knowledge on grading and standardization, absence of market information, unregulated local markets, inadequate availability of institutional finance and unfavorable terms on farmers are some of the problems faced by the farmers. They are also vulnerable to unpredictable weather conditions, pest attack, erratic rainfall and humidity. In this situation, crop insurance emerges as a vital tool to safeguard the farmers from uncertainties and reduces farmers' distress and promotes their welfare. Hence the present study focuses to find the socio-economic background of the farmers in Coimbatore district, analyze the reason for selling and for not selling the agricultural produce through government purchase center and find the reasons for insuring and not insuring the crops.

Dalits' supposition of the Hindu social system as a sacred and divine organization is the nucleus of their socio-cultural sufferings because it weakens their collective protest against the upper caste oppressors. Indian society is primarily a multi-cultural society wherein the people believe in different religious sects like Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism still Hindu followers comprise the majority. The paper intends to dissect how the literary depiction of Dalits' sufferings, which is a pan-Indian phenomenon, discretely falls between the socio-cultural and religious narrative of the mainstream writers and the socio-economic and political perspectives of the Dalit writers.

"Empowerment refers to the ability to make independent decisions at both collective and individual levels, empowering individuals to gain experience, power, and knowledge to enhance their inherent abilities. Women's empowerment encompasses improvements in the social, political, cultural, and economic circumstances of women. Unfortunately, gender-based discrimination and inequality persist in many third-world countries, including Myanmar. The women of Myanmar have faced obstacles such as military invasions, violence, and armed ethnic conflicts that have hindered their progress. Physical violence against women is wielded as a weapon of war by dominant forces. While Myanmar's government approved a National Strategic Plan for the Advancement of Women in 2013, addressing aspects such as women's welfare, financial and social inclusion, healthcare, education, and poverty reduction, progress towards its goals has been slow. Women in Myanmar remain undervalued and underrepresented across various sectors. The patriarchal societal structure perpetuates gender-based stereotypes, particularly in less developed regions. Women are often underpaid, and their presence in the labor market is significantly lower compared to men. This study aims to underscore the significance of education as a means of empowerment for women and to identify barriers to women's empowerment in Myanmar. An interpretive qualitative methodology, including thematic analysis, was employed. The study concludes that Myanmar's educational policies have inherent weaknesses and lack effective implementation and enforcement. Education's role in human development and women's empowerment remains constrained. The cultural mindset and norms undermine the potential benefits of education. The efficacy of existing educational policies is closely tied to the prevailing culture, emphasizing the importance of fostering a conducive cultural environment."

In learning, especially learning about English make sure you need 4 skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. This paper explains how to teach using speaking skills in learning English. and also explained that there are applications that can be used to test speaking skills so that a student can speak more able to understand and practice the language . Difficulties in understanding English as a second or alternative language .In this research ,the writer explored the experience of a group of adult students from rural area and their difficulties in learning English in their first semester of graduation as a second language and realized several major reasons for their lack of growth .The research was completed by means of personal observation and their statements which helped the learners to get chances to speak about their own struggles and stories in the phenomenological case study. There are various hurdles that are experienced by these learners /students in their day to day lives .The findings suggest that the learner, whose first and second languages were not based on alphabets and had never got opportunities to go through phonetic/alphabetic sound method of English and this basic deficit was responsible for their fear for using the language. That developed lack of motivation to practice the language and eventually, it resulted in lack of progress. Implications indulged in the requirement for basic phonetic sound /alphabetical training to be improvised in initial ESL programs , mainly for rural students.
