Targeting systems for eligible recipients for government interventions are still current issues in agricultural resource allocation. The analysis of what the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) has brought about in terms of sustainable agriculture, food security, and socioeconomic issues in the lives of our agricultural employees. The study was carried out in the Municipality of Concepcion Tarlac using a descriptive-quantitative research design in which 187 random farmers, farm laborers, and fisherfolk have been asked to fill out a survey questionnaire and various government employees of the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) have been interviewed in relation to the RSBSA. The findings shows that the government's registration system was utilized as an agricultural development policy and a beneficial information tool prior to the distribution of agricultural benefits and interventions.

Rainwater is only source of freshwater on earth and considered as primary source. Rivers, lakes, ponds are the secondary sources. Hence, it is duty of each individual to conserve quality and quantity of water. Untreated water is directly mixed in fresh water resource that results contamination of fresh water resources available.. Due to migration from rural to urban area there is increase in population in cities this has led to rise in number of societies and residential apartments. The living style, urbanization, irrigation pattern has increased the demand for fresh water. This paper analysis the demand for fresh water, discharge of sewage water for a society, compares decrease in fresh water by installation of sewage treatment plant and calculates the percentage of usage of treated water. It is suggested that installing such systems can help to lessen fresh water demand by 50%.

A self-deformable abrasive media is used in the Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) process to fine-finish the workpiece. Long processing times, expensive equipment, and high preparation costs are all involved in the development of polymer and rubber-based abrasive media. The processing and disposal of these abrasive media endangers both human health and the environment. As a result, alternative abrasive media that are both economical and environmentally friendly are required. In the present work, attempt has been made to develop low cost and environmental friendly abrasive laden organic media in which Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum and Bees Wax used as the constituents to develop hydrogel. Finally, the abrasives were incorporated into the hydrogel to create abrasive media. The performance of developed abrasive media was evaluated by finishing Brass workpiece on the amount of material removed (MR) and percentage improvement in surface roughness (% ?Ra) has been discussed.

This study identifies the reasons for COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in the City of Tarlac. The findings served as basis for leaders, policy makers, program planners, health organizations, health care workers, the government and other concerned individuals plan for future efforts to increase vaccine acceptance that may eventually lead to herd immunity against COVID-19. The participants of the study are fifteen (15) Filipino citizens residing within the top ten (10) barangays that have the highest rate of vaccine hesitancy in the City of Tarlac, aging from eighteen (18) years old and above, and have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine or took them too long to get vaccinated. The study used the case study method using descriptive-narrative method in gathering data. The study found that most of the reasons for vaccine hesitancy of the participants are the fear of side effects, effectiveness, misinformation and lack of information regarding vaccines. Most of the problems that they have encountered are the long waiting time, being far from vaccination sites and the exposure to other people. The study recommends cascading information to the citizens, bringing the vaccination program closer to them, and making a more orderly vaccination area

After the disappearance of the Hoysala Empire in Karnataka. Women and their role is a prominent and predominate factor in all ages with little variation. The role and status of women during vijayanagara period is laudable. It occupies a unique place in the social and cultural history of South India figuring in all walks of life women had constructive role in administrative, political, economic, agricultural, social, cultural, art and paintings. Women had material wealth and good social status. They were liberal donors too. Women of different ranks made endowments to various institutions. However, Devadasi system or temple prostitution a socio religious institution was in vogue with divine sanction. Hindu society in that time considered it was a lawful and honourable position. Child marriage was in practice. Dowry system was prevalent and became a great burden on many families. Sati system also prevailed in Vijayanagara period and was confined to upper class of Hindu society. Women had active role in celebration of festivals. Dance and music were performed by princess and common people were in receipt of patronage from rulers. To certain extent people gave equal status to women in society and in government appointments. Women were treated with the respect as daughters, wives and mothers. With the exception of evil cultures of sati and prostitution which had state sanction, the role and status of women during Vijayanagara period was laudable.

Mining Human Interaction in meetings is useful to identify how someone reacts in several things. Behavior represents the nature of the person and mining helps to analyze, how the person categorize their opinion in meeting. For this, study of linguistics knowledge is very important. Human interactions in meeting square measure categorized as propose, comment, acknowledgement, ask opinion, positive opinion and negative opinion. The sequence of human interactions is diagrammatical as a Tree. Tree structure is employed to represent the Human Interaction flow in meeting. Interaction flow helps to assure the chance of another style of interaction. Tree pattern mining and sub tree pattern mining algorithms square measure automatic to analyze the structure of the tree and to extract interaction flow patterns. The extracted patterns square measure interpreted from human interactions. The frequent patterns square measure used as associate classification tool to access a particular semantics, and that patterns square measure clustered to see the behavior of the person.

Science and Technology hold the key to the progress and development of any nation. Technology plays a fundamental role in wealth creation, improvement of the quality of life and real economic growth and transformation in any society. It is on recognition of the above that this paper examines the concept of technology emphasizing the relationship between science and technology, the key role of science and technology in societal development as well as the importance of science and technology in national development. The paper went further to critically identify and examine the roles of science and technology in different segments of life such as poverty alleviation, Health, Agriculture, affordable energy, water supply, environmental management, economic growth, rural development and Education. The paper thus observes that the gap between rich and poor countries can largely be attributed to the differences in technology and the difficulty in their application. It recommends policy options for reaping benefits from science and technology in nigeria which include among others that the educational system shall emphasize science at all levels and re-orient the entire society towards scientific thinking in order to develop new technologies and adapt existing ones to improve the societal well being. Finally, considering the roles of science and technology in national development, it is imperative to stimulate demand for technology from both private and public sectors.

A strong foundation is necessary for any structure. A building's foundation is the part of the structure that is in charge of spreading the weight of the building across a large area of soil without exceeding the earth's ultimate bearing capability and keeping the whole structure from sinking too far. The term "foundation" is often used to describe the substructure upon which a building is set. "Foundation bed" refers to the stable base upon which it rests. Soil quality matters for a building's stability. When deciding what kind of dirt to use as a building's base, it's important to keep a few things in mind. There are a variety of methods to categorise the soil that is utilised as a building's foundation. This paper reviews the recent researches being carried out in the field of Structure-soil-structure interactions (SSSI) in order to aid the strength of foundations in different soil systems.

The Madhav National Park, Shivpuri provides an excellent habitat for avifauna in the form of two water bodies with marshy plant growth, terrestrial platforms, earth mounds having scattered trees and bushy vegetation. Several migratory birds visit these lakes every year during winter. Keeping in view the conservation value of wetland birds, systematic efforts were made during April 2006 to March 2008 with the objective to have an overview of the species diversity, population count and location preference of wetland birds in this landscape. In Sakhya Sagar Lake during the year 2006-07 a total of 1580 individuals of 73 different species and during the year 2007-08 a total of 1396 individuals of the same 73 species of wetland birds were identified and counted. In Madhav Lake during the year 2006-07 a total of 233 individuals and during the year 2007-08 a total of 172 populations of individuals of all 73 species of wetland birds were counted and the preferable locations of each species were also recorded. Some statistical analysis of data was also done with the help of Shannon Index, Simpson Index and Evenness.
