Remdesivir, a drug originally designed to be used for Ebola virus, has antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 and has been included in the COVID-19 treatment regimens. Remdesivir is an adenosine nucleotide analog prodrug that is Metabolically activated to a nucleoside triphosphate metabolite (GS-443902). The active nucleoside Triphosphate metabolite is incorporated into the SARS-CoV-2 RNA viral chains, preventing its Replication. The lack of reported drug development and characterization studies with remdesivir in public domain has created a void where information on the absorption, distribution, metabolism, Elimination (ADME) properties, pharmacokinetics (PK), or drug-drug interaction (DDI) is limited.By Understanding these properties, clinicians can prevent sub therapeutic and supra-therapeutic levels of Remdesivir and thus avoid further complications in COVID-19 patients. Remdesivir is metabolized by both cytochrome P450 (CYP) and non-CYP enzymes such as carboxylesterase. In this narrative Review, we have evaluated the currently available ADME, PK, and DDI information about remdesivir and have discussed the potential of DDIs between remdesivir and different COVID-19 drug regimens and agents used for comorbidities.

As students progress through their higher education, they find themselves in an Environment saturated with academic content available both offline in the form of subjects they can choose from or textbooks they can refer to and online in the form of educational content presented on various online platforms. Every student has a different method of understanding and getting stuck with a wrong reference can cause a slump in that topic, the worst-case scenario choosing a subject under pretences may lead to failure. The system itself has birthed the need for a platform that can give the students, not just accurate information pertaining to all the choices in front of them but also a personalized learning guide. This is what we strive to solve in our project.

The utilization of Catalytic Transfer Hydrogenation (CTH) reaction using ultrasound for hydrogenation of vegetable oils has been investigated over a conventional hydrogenation process which is quite costly & hazardous. Conventional hydrogenation process of vegetable oils has significant fire hazard & potential risk factors due to use of highly flammable hydrogen gas, reagents & solvents. CTH process does not require such explosive gases, high pressure & temperature reactions as it is carried out at ambient conditions by using hydrogen donor such as ammonium formate (NH4HCO2), palladium supported on carbon (Pd/C) as the catalyst & water as a solvent. The ultrasonic cavitation approach is used to break carbon-carbon double bonds (C=C) of polysaturated fats & useful for conversion of vegetable oils into value added product. Also use of water as a solvent deals with a greener processing approach in the economical way with reduction in cost of high pressure hydrogenation process.

Commercial construction sector is being looked upon as an important investment gate way in the new millennium. A proper project management approach to handle the immense magnitude of work and innumerable activities involved in such construction works, is the need of the hour. While the PMBOK approach, which is popularly used in Indian construction sector, provides a guideline for managing these projects, still the projects get delayed. The stakeholders are required to face a variety of uncertainties which further affects successful completion of the projects. PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environment) technique is one step improvement over the existing approaches and is widely applied to various sectors in UK. The present work attempts to explore the feasibility of applying PRINCE2 technique to commercial projects in Indian context so as to improve the current state of management. Project success is measured by determining the Knowledge Performance Index (KPI) for as elected commercial project in Pune city. Measures to improve successful completion of the project are suggested through careful analysis of parameters affecting project success, meticulous data collection, key observations on the site, and detailed study of PRINCE2 technique. Implementing these measures will certainly help in delivering the project within the stipulated time while not compromising on the cost and quality aspects.

This paper aims to describe the study of the time history analysis using ETABS. An earthquake is the result of a rapid release of strain energy storied in the earth crust that generates seismic waves. Structures are vulnerable to earthquake ground motion and damages the structures. In order to take precaution for the damage of structures due to ground motion, it is important to know the characteristics of the ground motion. The most important dynamic characteristics of earthquake are peak ground acceleration, frequency content, and duration. These characteristics play predominant rule studying the behaviour of structures under the earthquake ground motion. The earthquake analysis of multistorey structure is done by linear and nonlinear methods. Response spectrum method of analysis is linear dynamic analysis. For nonlinear dynamic analysis time history method is used. In this paper, response spectrum method is used for linear analysis. For nonlinear analysis, time history method is used. For time history method Both the analyses are done using ETABs software.

Solar energy is very important means of expanding renewable energy resources. In this paper is described the design and construction of a microcontroller based solar panel tracking system. Solar is nonconventional source of energy, considering this we have develop solar panel so that we can fulfil our electricity in need. But due to revolution of the earth, solar source ie. Sun does not face the panel continuously hence less electricity is produced. The energy panel should face the sun till its is present in day. The problem above can be solved by our system by automatic tracking the solar energy. The main objective of this project is to development of an automatic solar tracking system where by the system will caused solar panel which will keep aligned with the sunlight in order to maximize in harvesting solar power. The system focuses on the controller design where by it will cause the system able the track the maximum intensity of sunlight is heat. When the intensity of sunlight is decreasing this system automatically changes its directions to get maximum intensity of sunlight. LDR light detector act as sensor is used to trace the coordinate of the sunlight by detecting brightness level of sunlight. While to rotate the appropriate positions of the panel a DC gear motor is used. The system is contolled by to relays as a DC gear motor driver and a microcontroller as main processor. This project is covered for a single axis and is design for low power and residential usage applications. For the hardware testing, the system is able to track and follow the sunlight intensity in order to get maximum solar power at the output regardless motor speed.

This comparative study will explore the students perspective towards virtual learning and real learning. In this prevalent locale numerous institute and universities are offering e-learning. The fundamental motive of this research is to know the students vantage point towards distance education and mainstream education. This exploration assist us to realize which methodology of learning does students prefer for their convenience i.e., virtual or real learning. In this technological world utmost of the students are opting for real learning, its really an eye-opening artifact. This assessment helped us to find the causes beyond virtual learning. Survey also tells that virtual learning is intransigent for students due to some major well known issues like network issues, no face-to-face interaction and unavailability of required tools. One of the considerable complications, we came across the survey is that there is an insufficient familiarity among the students in the usage or adoption of technologies related to virtual learning and also inadequate subject knowledge. If we examined student level of satisfaction, majority of the students are gratified with the real learning than virtual learning. We have taken the survey from the students of UG and PG.

Axial piston pumps with constant pressure and variable flow have extraordinary possibilities for controlling the flow by change of pressure. Owing to pressure feedback, volumetric control of the pump provides a wide application of these pumps in complex hydraulic systems, particularly in aeronautics and space engineering. The major obstacle in application of the bent axis piston pump is extremely high cost ( minimum Rs90000/)- over that of the radial piston pump , it ranges in the range of 5 to 6 times the cost of radial piston pump. Hence there is a need to develop a modification in the radial piston pump design that will offer a variable discharge configuration in addition to the advantages of high efficiency and maximum pressure. Thus objective of project is defined to develop a variable displacement linkage that will enable to vary the stroke of an single cylinder axial piston pump , thereby offering to vary the discharge of the pump using manual control. The solution offered is in form of the linkage motion adjuster pump where in This mechanism shown above is to convert rotary motion of crank element into oscillatory output of the output element. The angle of oscillation of the output is a function of the position of pivot element. The pivot element position can be varied as it is placed on a slide . Thus adjustment of the stroke can be done by varying the position of the pivot element. This mechanism is selected with the view that it offers maximum stability and vibration-less performance owing to nature of mounting of the pivot element which is mounted on a screw slide with precise adjustment of pivot position an there by permitting continuously variable position change of pivot and thereby stroke of the output. This enable precise control of the output discharge from the pump linkage .3-D modeling of set-up will be done using Unigraphix Nx-8.0 and CAE of critical component and meshing using Ansys Work-bench 14.5. The experimental validation part of the pump will be done using a test rig developed to evaluate the performance characteristics of the pump.
