Hand gesture recognition is one of the systems that can detect the gesture of a hand in a real-time video. Hand Gesture Recognition could be used in various areas like in shopping complexes, controlling different operations in a computer like a mouse or media player, etc. It gives the desired output according to the input given with our fingers. The gesture of hand is classified within a certain area of interest. In this study, designing hand gesture recognition is one of the complicated jobs that involves two major problems. Firstly, is the detection of hand. Another problem is to create a sign that is suitable to be used one hand at a time. This paper concentrates on how a system could detect, recognize and interpret hand gesture recognition through computer vision with the challenging factors which are variability in pose, orientation, location, and scale. To perform well in developing this paper, different types of gestures such as numbers and sign language need to be created in this system. In this paper, the detection of hand will be done using the theories of Region of Interest (ROI) via Python programming.

In recent past years, it has been noticed that "Garhmukteshwar" is emerging as a new big Ganga city and working as alternative to the holy city of Haridwar and Varanasi. Uttar Pradesh administration with the major support of Government of India is also working on a plan to attract tourists to 'wash their sins & to get rid of' in the Ganga which is much closer to Delhi, at the historic spot of Garhmukteshwar. People who are living in Delhi & NCR preferably go to Garhmukteshwar rather than going to Haridwar & Varanasi, as it takes comparatively low time to reach & also it is economically viable .it has been observed that to reduce the burden on the other Ganga cities of Uttar Pradesh, The Administration is quite serious about Garhmukteshwar. Management committees has been formed with more responsibilities, New ghats are being constructed, extra changing rooms are building, Shamshan ghats are being modernized with more facilities, bathing space has been extended and some more necessary actions has been made.

Objective : To compare the effect of PAVM's versus C1-C2 SNAG's along with advice on postural correction exercises in patients with CGH between 20-50 years of age. Material and methods: A Comparative study was carried out among 54 participants between the age group of 20-50 years of age for comparing the effectiveness of 2 treatment techniques namely the PAVM's and SNAG's in a population suffering from CGH along with the 2 techniques the subjects were asked to do some postural correction exercises on a daily basis. The patients were then conveniently allocated to any one of the treatment groups. All variables were collected within a specified duration ; Cervical Range of motion for neck rotation and lateral flexion on ipsilateral side were taken with the goniometer. Patients were asked to rate their pain intensity on the VAS scale & the quality of life affection by the headache was assessed with the help of HIT-6 questionnaire. The post treatment assessments were again done for the 3 parameters previously assessed. The Collected data was analysed with 2-way ANOVA test and represented as graphs, tables, pie diagrams. Results : The participants ( n=54) were from the age of group between 20-50 years of age .. Group A had 7 males and 20 females. Group B had 9 males and 18 females. The cervical range of motion for lateral flexion and cervical rotation in group A & B increased significantly as well as the VAS scores reduced for both the groups and so did the HIT-6 score. But the group who received PAVM's showed better results clinically Conclusion: Thus, the study concluded that PAVM's along with postural correction exercise and C1-C2 SNAG's are equally effective in increasing cervical lateral flexion range and cervical rotation range & reducing pain in patients with cervicogenic headache.

By nature, adolescents are vulnerable to mental health problems due to the changes and transitions which characterizes this period of human life cycle. Although there are many factors associated with suicide attempts and suicidal ideation among adolescents, mental disorders are found to have a strong positive connection with it. The study was carried out with four subjects, who were between 17 to 19 years of age. To fulfill the objectives of the study, AB Single Subject design was used, consisting of five each repeated measurement during the baseline phase (A) and the intervention phase (B). A package of social work intervention strategies, consisting of individual counselling, psychoeducation, parental counselling and relaxation techniques were used with the aim to reduce both the intensity of psychological problems and suicidal ideation among the subjects. The scores of both psychological problems and suicidal ideation was found to have reduced for all the four subjects from the pre to the post-intervention assessment phases. To find out the effectiveness of the social work intervention strategies in reducing the target problems statistically, the 2SD method was used. The social work intervention strategies adopted by the researcher were found to be statistically effective in reducing the psychological problems and suicidal ideation of the subjects. Both mental health and suicidal ideation among adolescents is a serious concern, for which, early detection and compassionate support is required. Although the study has certain methodological limitations, it highlights the need for integrating social work intervention research into social work practice.

Fishes were exposed to graded series of concentrations of the RMWE for acute toxicity studies. The MAC value deduced was 3.15 % of RMWE in 50 liters of water for 30 days. A safety concentration of 3.1 % of RMWE l-50 was selected for this study. Inappetence and ataxia was noticed in the contaminated fish on the very first day of introduction of the RMWE. Erratic movement, gradual onset of inactivity and loss of equilibrium was observed in toxicant exposed fish in comparison to non-contaminated fish. Reddening of eye was noted in the RMWE exposed fish. The body weight of the RMWE exposed fish depleted, when compared to control fish. Increase in body weight was marked in the control fish. In the exposed fish 53.2% depletion in body weight was noted on 28d exposure. When the exposed fish was changed to RMWE free medium, no recovery or insignificant partial recovery was noted. Significant depletion of total ATPase activity in the red mud waste extract exposed fish, impacted the metabolic activity, affected the movements of ions across the membrane and severely affected the energy metabolism and disturbed energy budget of the fish. No recovery was noted in the exposed fishes when transferred to toxicant free medium for the same period of exposure indicating irreversible damage caused to the exposed fish.

Emerging pandemics show how human nature makes individuals vulnerable, and societies must be prepared. A coronavirus, which was first noticed towards the end of 2019, has been formally classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation. Different nations are reacting differently to the viral outbreak. In China and other major countries, there have been cases of delay in discovery and response, which overloaded the local health systems. However, only a very limited number of cases have been identified since the pandemic began in a number of other countries that have been effective in suppressing the virus. The most successful methods for limiting the disease's transmission have shown to be restrictive measures, such as lockdowns, social isolation, isolation of patients, contact tracing, and quarantining of exposed people. This evaluation will help the audience comprehend other countries' diverse reactions and effects. India responded to the outbreak using the lessons it had gained from these other countries' responses. Time will tell how well India has controlled the pandemic. We also make recommendations for future steps the international community should take to manage and lessen the situation.

The goal of the current effort is to synthesise a herbal anti-tan medication and evaluate its many properties for both stability and effectiveness. Using only natural ingredients, the herbal concoction was made on-site in accordance with the suggested composition. The following ingredients--sandalwood, turmeric, orange peel, coffee, and maize starch--were bought at the neighborhood market, dried, ground, and then combined geometrically before being placed in an airtight container for future analysis. The results of numerous tests validated the formulation's quality criteria. The criteria were determined to be sufficient for standardising the formulation of herbal medicines. In this paper, a poly-herbal anti-tan formulation was synthesised and assessed on a number of factors. The produced herbal pack was determined to be suitable by all requirements and may be used as a superior treatment option for tanning. The word "tanning" comes from the colour tan and has a cultural background.
