Customers are the base for any business success and that is why firms become aware of the significance of acquiring satisfaction of customers. Customer churn is an essential issue and it is regarded as one of the most essential concerns among firms because of increasing rivalry among firms, increased significance of marketing strategies and customers conscious behaviour in present years. Organizations must develop different strategies to resolve the churn issues relying on the service they offer. Customer churn practise is essential in competitive and rapidly developing telecom sector. The process of migrating from one service provider to another telecom services provider occurs due to good services or rates or due to various advantages which the rivalry firm provides customers when signing up, Due to the greater cost related with acquiring new customers the prediction of customer churn has developed as an indispensable part of planning process and strategic decision making in telecom sector.

Piezoelectric principle based an actuator is design for a micropump, which is suitable for drug delivery systems. The natural frequency and stress analysis have been performed to determine the reliability of the device in terms of minimum safety factor. We have observed the uniform deflections of the actuators by varying the thicknesses of the piezoelectric layer of the actuator. The design of the actuators is considered in circular and rectangular geometry. The materials are selected appropriately such that the component is biocompatible and can be used in biomedical applications. Among the various considerations made on dimensions and geometry, it is observed that the circular piezoelectric actuator undergoes a high displacement at an infinitesimal thickness of 20 ?m. At minimum safety factor of one, the maximum stress and voltage the actuator respectively

: Respiratory disease, any of the diseases and disorders of the airways and the lungs that affect human respiration. Diseases of the respiratory system may affect any of the structures and organs that have to do with breathing, including the nasal cavities, the pharynx (or throat), the larynx, the trachea (or windpipe), the bronchi and bronchioles, the tissues of the lungs, and the respiratory muscles of the chest cage and also most affected organ in the body by COVID-19 is lungs which damages the alveoli (tiny air sacks). This paper presents the detection of respiratory diseases based on breathing sound parameter by using deep learning. The objective of paper is state deep learning-based lungs disease detection model. taking consideration of recent work and future work we are here collect sound data of different respiratory disease from online repository i.e., URTI, LRTI, Bronchiectasis, Bronchiolitis and COPD and also have healthy patients sound records. In methods and procedure, we are using MFCC concept for sound feature extraction Here we will be using Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) from the audio samples. The MFCC summarizes the frequency distribution across the window size, so it is possible to analyze both the frequency and time characteristics of the sound. These audio representations will allow us to identify features for classification. The presented information can be used by other researchers to plan their research contributions and activities. The potential future direction suggested could further improve the efficiency and increase the number of deep learning aided lung disease detection applications.

Imaging in low light is challenging due to low photon count and low SNR. Short-exposure images suffer from noise, while long exposure can induce blur and is often impractical. A variety of denoising, deblurring, and enhancement techniques have been proposed, but their effectiveness is limited in extreme conditions, such as video-rate imaging at night. To support the development of learning-based pipelines for low-light image processing, we introduce a dataset of raw short-exposure low-light images, with corresponding long-exposure reference images. Using the presented dataset, we develop a pipeline for processing low-light images, based on end-to-end training of a fully-convolutional network. The network operates directly on raw sensor data and replaces much of the traditional image processing pipeline, which tends to perform poorly on such data. We report promising results on the new dataset, analyze factors that affect performance, and highlight opportunities for future work.

Compared to the previous year's crime rate is increasing in India day by day but the more shocking thing among all of it is crime by juveniles has raised too. All sorts of criminal cases are being committed by them whether it is killing or stealing crimes which included sexual activities are common in juveniles these days. The term juvenile refers to human beings or children below the age of 18 years. Juvenile crimes have become the topic of national concern not just in India but worldwide because of the terrible action which we witness in our locality or even now in public places such as parks and schools and other crowded places that leads the focus of the majority of people to the hard punishment for them, on the other hand, there is a very little group of people which are concern about the reason why the children of such young age are committing such crimes and what could by the prevention or what is the required intervention. More or less we all must focus on the psychological factors that are affecting juvenile delinquency rather than passing comments and taking action on what is already. What could go wrong in the life of such a young child that they take such a major step which ruins their life forever that must be the question that should we ask and how to stop it. We may have different opinions among us about the committed crime but one thing that we all are going to agree on is that children are the future of our world and if something is going on with their way of living which is affecting them so much then we must look into the matter.

This paper discovers the relationship between economic sentiment and BSE S&P 500 Index return over a period of 10 years. We have used 12 macroeconomic variables as proxy to the economic sentiment. Further analysis has been done by employing weighted least squares (WLS) method. Results suggest that 3 economic sentiment proxies are positively related and 1 proxy is negatively related to the market return. The results of the study offer new insights helpful for retail investors, policy makers and other decision makers in refining their decision-making process in the Indian stock market. Our study also invalidates the investor rationality as proposed by the classical finance. The results have paved the way to extend the present work in the context of foreign markets.

Investigation is being carried out by experts on intelligent transportation systems, which will significantly ameliorate human lives. A computer vision technique called Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) is used to evoke automobile license plates from photographs. It is an embedded system with many uses and complications. Standard ALPR systems are prohibitive because they use proprietary technologies. Although, this confined methodology restricts the system's continued research and development. The expansion of open-source technology has hoisted the field of computing to new heights. In a multi-cultural setting, people from other communities engage to create solutions to man's perpetual obstacles. The method for detecting and identifying vehicle number plates that are proposed in this project will aid in the identification of legal and unauthorized vehicle number plates.

Dance has been an essential part of everyday rituals of the temple from the 3rd century to the early 20th century. This led to the evolution of temple dancers, musicians, and courtesans proficient in the arts. During the 4th and 5th centuries, the performing arts integrated with the temple sculpture and the text on dance (Natya Sastra). Beautiful, elegant, flowing movements with heavy ornamentation had become an integral part of the temple architecture. The iconographic texts were the basis for the temple architecture and sculptures. Beauty and aesthetics remained the critical factor for the artists; they enjoyed the freedom to use their creativity in their work. This encouraged the artists to portray the element of beauty and expression of human emotions by evoking rasa. Hence, hundreds of sculptures show dance poses along with musicians and musical instruments.

The utilization of supplementary cementitious materials is well accepted because of the several improvements possible in the concrete composites and due to the overall economy. With the increased industrialization, generation of industrial by-products has increased significantly. There are many types of industrial by-products depending upon the industry. Utilization of such types of by-products has become an enormous challenge. One such type of by-product is Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) which is produced from the blast-furnaces of iron and steel industries and Fly ash is a fine gray powder consisting mostly of spherical, glassy particles that are produced as a by-product in coal-fired power stations. Therefore, Cement with GGBS and Fly ash replacement has emerged as a major alternative to conventional concrete and has rapidly drawn the concrete industry attention due to its cement savings, energy savings, cost savings, environmental and socio-economic benefits. This research evaluates the strength gaining characteristics of hardened concrete by partially replacing cement by various percentages of GGBS and Fly ash for M25 grade of concrete at different ages. In this paper our study is mainly confined to evaluation of changes in both compressive strength and weight reduction of cement in Seven different mixes of M25 Grade composite concrete by replacing 50% cement by GGBS and Fly ash in different proportions. The Compressive Strength and Split Tensile Strength of mixes are determined by these cubes and cylinders for 7days, 14days and 28 days and their respective compressive strength and split tensile strength had observed and up to major extent we can conclude concrete made by that Fly ash and GGBS had good strength and durable properties compared to conventional concrete.

Efficient energy utilization plays a very vital role for the development of smart grid in power system. The proper monitoring and controlling of an energy that is consumed is a chief priority of the smart grid. The existing energy meter system has many problems associated to it and one of the key problems is there is no full duplex of communication. To solve this problem the smart energy meter is proposed based on Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed smart energy meter controls and calculates the energy consumption using ESP32 module, a Wi-Fi module and uploads it to the Thingspeak from where the consumer or producer can view the reading. Therefore, the energy analyzation is done by the consumer becomes much easier to access and controllable. This system also helps in detecting and control over power theft. Thus, this smart energy meter helps us in home automation using IoT and enabling wireless communication which is a great step towards Digital India. The setup of an IoT based smart energy meter helps us to view how much of power consumption in LCD display and Mobile/Laptop associates globally from anywhere at any time.

Due to high urbanization and industrialization, soil based cultivation is now facing a major problems such as unexpected and sudden natural disaster, change of climate, depletion of qualitative soil fertility. Due to such circumstances it is impossible to feed our entire world, Hence our scientists has developed an alternative method of cultivation which were named as soil-less cultivation. Soil-less cultivation include Aeroponics, Aquaponics and Hydroponics. The quality of yield through soil-less cultivation is much higher than the soil based cultivation. Nowadays soil-less cultivation became more relevant to overcome these circumstances. In soil-less cultivation plants are grown without soil. Soil-less cultivation has became one of the most promising result throughout the world as they produce a nutritive product.
