The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter the Arbitration Act, 1996 or the Act, 1996), which governs Indian arbitration, went into effect on January 25, 1996. This Act is a unification act in the sense that it was designed to give effect to India's many international commitments, including the Model Law of 1985 (the ML, 1985), the New York Convention, and others., 1958 (the NYC, 1958) and the like. The 1996 Act not only consolidates, but also unifies Indian law on domestic and international commercial arbitration (ICA). The existing Indian law of arbitration merits a thorough assessment, first and foremost because an analysis of the ICA in India is impossible without a thorough understanding of Indian arbitration law in general. Second, the Arbitration Act of 1996 applies not just to domestic arbitration but also to international arbitration that takes place outside of India, provided that the disputant parties choose the Act as the relevant law. Other Indian statutes, such as the Indian Contract Act, the Foreign Awards (Recognition and Enforcement) Act, 1961, and others, are significant to arbitration, especially international arbitration. When relevant, the older Arbitration Act (the Arbitration, Act 1940) is also covered. The Act of 1996 regulates the enforcement of foreign court judgments and decrees, as well as the method for carrying out enforcement orders of domestic and foreign sentences and arbitral awards. It is mentioned in the chapters on arbitral award enforcement in India.

Low contrast is common in remote sensing pictures. Although numerous contrast enhancement techniques have been suggested in recent literature, remote sensing image contrast enhancement effectiveness and durability remain a problem. The goal of this research is to propose a new self-adaptive histogram compacting transform based contrast enhancement technique for remote sensing pictures that meets the needs of automation, robustness, and efficiency in applications. First, the merging cost, moderate global brightness, and the entropy contribution of grey levels are used to optimise the histogram of an input picture into compact and continuous status. Then, to capture more details while grey extending using the linear stretch, a local remapping method is suggested. Finally, to improve contrast in both bright and dark regions, a dual-gamma transform is suggested. The suggested approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods and retains resilience in a variety of situations, as shown by experimental and comparative findings. It offers a practical method for automated contrast enhancement in remote sensing images.

The present study has attempted to throw light on the sources of academic stress among adolescent students. Adolescence is a period that marks the transition from childhood to adulthood and is characterized by significant changes in many aspects of one's life. Academic stress is defined as uncomfortable emotional circumstances that arise as a result of academic expectations from family members, teaching staff, and peer group, parental pressure for school performance, the modern education and examination system, and the strain of homework, among other factors. The study reviewed that the sources of academic stress are multiple in nature and each of the sources has its repercussions on the adolescent students. Every scenario or occurrence that threatens to disrupt people's daily functioning and requires them to make changes is defined as a source of stress. Numerous causes contribute to student stress, but school is one of the most prominent causes of academic stress in India. Too much homework, poor academic performance, exam preparation, a lack of enthusiasm in a specific subject, and teacher reprimand all contribute to stress. Great expectations of teachers, parents, and oneself are generally a source of stress for students in schools. One of the most effective ways to cope with academic stress is to seek social support. Parents play a significant role in transmitting the energies of adolescent students to overcome their deviant behaviors. Sufficient care shall be taken in guiding the adolescent students to make the right decisions that may influence their future.

In past years, the issue of replacement has gotten more genuine and over years' horticultural laborers have handled rapidly. In such circumstances there are new ranchers who have started their farming cycle. In any case, the commencement to the innovation of cultivating transformed into a pivotal organization question for fresh out of the plastic new ranchers. In this investigation, we zeroed in on the way that to make up for the water the executives are a piece of the administration difficulties of the new ranchers (foundation of cultivating innovation), to assemble a dirt dampness estimation framework because of dampness sensor. In incorporation, clarification of water system sum and consequently the arrogance of results is performed which is done on the deliberate information.

The main object of this paper describes an evaluation effectiveness of lime with the soil which are used as pavement of road where load is heavy. Lime use as the ground treatment or ground improvement. the lime treatment is something, that has been quite popular with many of the civil engineers and whenever there is a problem with the soft soil and expansive soils, lime treatment has been given and essentially, to improve the bearing capacity and reduce the settlements. We know that this lime treatment can be affected in the field and various factors that can influence the treatment. lime can be used for the pavement should be used for improvement of bearing capacity. some typical failure when the expansive soil is subjected to alternate wetting and drying and definitely when some places where it could be more changes then the rest like. the pavement has been damaged beyond any repair, whatever. So, this need to be repaired in the proper way. Also, the way that one should do is, that he should be able to examine why this has occurred what are the issues involved because the material in place of subgrade, sub-base and all that. and one should examine why has occurred. this is another thing that we have like a crack, like pavement.

utilization of the vegetable waste and their remains are a bigger challenge to the food industry. The vegetable peel waste is considered a potential source of ingredients for food packaging. The main idea of this research project is to focus on the utilization of the vegetable peel waste in developing it into a biodegradable rigid packaging material that will be further integrated with chitin extract. Chitin is used as the major binding agent in this development process. The strong cellulose component present in chitin will act as a great support to the rigid package material. Also, it will have better rigidity and stability. Chitin is chosen because of its high thermal stability, tough strength, tensile character, and biocompatibility and also because of its naturally occurring biopolymer. We intend to create biodegradable packaging as a new trend with the integration of vegetable peels and chitin. The shelf life, biochemical and certain physical parameters of the developed packaging material have also been tested and analyzed. Thus, we insist on developing an eco-friendly packaging system to reduce the sustaining harmfulness in the environment around.

Currently, the differential function has been widely used in transformer protection relay. However, the main issue of this technique is assigned to the relay mis operation during the presence of inrush currents and current transformer (CT) saturation. In the literature, these limitations have been overcome with the use of tools based on artificial intelligence and signal processing, such as the methods based on artificial neural networks and wavelet transform. This paper proposes a method based the ANNs and wavelet transform to detect and classify disturbance in the power transformer accurately. The algorithm uses wavelet based disturbance detector in order to detect any disturbance related to a power transformer, whereas a neural network based routine is used to classify the disturbance type (internal fault, external fault and transformer energization) appropriately, as well as to classify the internal faults. Several events were simulated, such as external and internal faults, with variations of fault resistance, fault inception angle, and fault type parameters, as well as transformer energizations. The method presented an excellent success rate regarding the correct classification of the disturbance as well as an accurate fault classification

In recent years, accidents related to driver distractions have increased exponentially. It can be a nightmare for the safety of fellow passengers and other drivers on the road too. The number of cases due to distracted drivers is steadily increasing. Activities that contribute to this distraction include using mobile phones, talking, eating, drinking, engaging in radio, etc. The two different components of this system could be Drowsiness detection and distraction detection. This paper presents the reviews of existing writings related to drowsiness and distraction detection. Modules and libraries like OpenCV and Dlib benefit for drowsiness detection. And RGB-D sensors, HOG methods are being used for distraction detection purposes.

Abstract: The biosynthesis of metal nanoparticles is a vast research area due to the application of novel technologies. Plant extract are cost effective and eco-friendly for green synthesis of silver nanoparticles. To evaluate the diabetics foot ulcer activity from aqueous silver nitrate through the extract of Zingiber officinale rhizome . Ginger extract act as reducing and capping agent. The formation of silver nano particles are confirmed by UV- Vis spectrophotometer and characterization using Scanning Electron Microscopy, EDAX and Fourier Transform Infra red spectroscopy . SEM images indicated the presence of silver nanoparticles as spherical shape and range of between 62 nm to 92 nm. EDAX shows strong signal from silver atom . FTIR spectra suggest that the biological molecules possibly perform dual function of formation and stabilization of silver nanoparticles in aqueous medium. Minimal inhibitory concentration showed effective activity in 3mm concentration.
