GST has started in India by passing a long way. Most of the countries now in the world are under this system. Again, there was a need for a new one-country tax system to free India from many taxes and rate system. GST will greatly help overcome economic confusion caused by the complex tax structure and help in the development of general national markets. It is expected that all sectors of economy such as industry, business, government departments and services sectors have to bear its positive impact.

The use of biomass fuels for cooking is the source of household air pollution in India, particularly in rural areas. The emissions of particulate matter, especially less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5) and carbon monoxide(CO), were observed during cooking and non-cooking periods in rural households of Nagpur district in Maharashtra. Various stove types (Chulah and LPG) and fuel types (dung cake, crop residues, wood (biomass fuel) and LPG), monitored for emissions, thus representing a significant fraction of the total fuel/stove combinations used in the study area. During cooking, the CO concentrations ranged from 0.18 ppm to 66 ppm when cooking was done indoors in gas and biomass fuel-using households, respectively. Similarly, the PM2.5 concentrations during cooking ranged from 4.8 ug/m3 to 11500 ug/m3 and 10 to 4200 when cooking was done indoors in wood and gas using households respectively .Combining the results of the time-activity pattern of cook , PM2.5 and CO concentrations during cooking and non-cooking periods, exposure estimates for cook calculated. In rural households ventilation is limited. Exposures experienced by household members, particularly women who spend a large proportion of their time in the kitchen, have been measured to be many times higher than WHO guidelines and national standards.

Every individuals has multiple bank accounts in different banks, peoples need to carry multiple ATM cards for transaction, there may be different PINs for every account. In traditional system, ATM terminal customer recognition systems only rely on bank cards, security pin number, and such identity verification methods which measures are not perfect and functions are too single and at times there are incidents where we forget our security PIN number, lose our cards, cards get stolen, stolen PIN numbers. To overcome the bugs in traditional ATM system, introducing a new ATM terminal customer recognition system, One touch Multi-banking Transaction system using Biometric and GSM Authentication. Biometric based fingerprint authentication technique is one of the most secure systems, unauthorized accesses are restricted, as this makes fingerprint a unique identification for everyone. This system also assures a secure GSM (OTP :- One time Password) based transaction. Here the proposed system has no risk overhead in managing multiple account transactions and achieves high security as compare to the traditional ATM system

The aim of the present investigation was to explore strength of relationship between depression, self-esteem and body image satisfaction among hostellers and day boarders. Low body image satisfaction in late adolescents leads to low self esteem and high depression. Late adolescent time is a transition phase from school to college and adolescents are conscious about body image satisfaction particularly at this age. The sample comprised of 100 females (50 hostellers, 50 day-boarders) in the age range from 18-22 years (The mean age of boarders were 20 and the mean age of the day scholars were 21). The sample was randomly selected from various colleges of Chandigarh and hostels of various colleges of Chandigarh. The following test and tools were administered Self Rating Depression Scale (Zung, 1965), Self-Esteem Inventory (Rosenberg, 1965) and Body Image Satisfaction (Cooper et al., 1987). The statistical tests employed were correlation and t-test. The results revealed that there are no significant group differences on depression, self-esteem and body image satisfaction among boarders and day scholars. Results also indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between body image satisfaction and self-esteem among hostellers only. A negative and significant relationship emerged between body image satisfaction and depression among hostellers only. The relationship among self-esteem and depression was found to be negative and significant for both boarders and day scholars. Limitations and further direction have been discussed.

Abstract of the Study Values play a vital role in determining individual behaviour, decision making and managerial success. But the instances of deteriorating standard of human conduct and neglect of social concern are quite numerous in the recent history of our country in all walks of national life, and the prevailing crisis of character has therefore, stirred nation-wide interest of people for a critical appraisal of school practices and our educational programmers. The quality of teachers and teaching schools and school products has now become a subject of the deepest national concern. In the aforesaid context of the national situation, a vigorous programme of value-oriented education is the need of the hour in order to safeguard the present set-up of society form further degeneration and deterioration. In fact, it is the teachers who can play a significant role for the development of values. But it can happen only when teachers have their own values so that, they in turn can pass on the same to the children. Again, since family is considered as the first school of human being, the different family structure may have influence on the personal values of prospective teachers. Similarly, locality may be a factor for development of personal values. Therefore, the present study is an attempt to explore the personal values of students studying in teacher education institute and to examine the influence of family structures as well as of locality on their personal values. Survey method was adopted to explore the levels and patterns personal values of student-teachers and to examine the influence of family structure and locality on personal values of prospective teachers. Initially, 100 student teachers studying in College of Teacher Education, Balasore were selected as the sample of the study on the basis of purposive sampling technique. However, the final sample comprised of 86 subjects due to experimental mortality. A Personal Data Sheet was used to obtain information on the family structure and locality of the prospective teachers and Personal Values Questionnaire developed by Sherry, G. P. and Verma, R. P. (2005) was used to gather data on personal values of the subjects. The data were analysed objective wise by applying various statistical techniques. Data were analysed by first converting the obtained raw scores of the subjects into T-scores and then by employing statistical techniques such as, Mean, Standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study indicated that prospective teachers in general possessed high level social, democratic and knowledge values. The prospective teachers belonging to joint family alone possessed high level of health value. Types of family did not exert significant influence on personal values of prospective teachers. There was significant influence of family size on economic value of prospective teachers since the subjects belonging to small family were found to have possessed significantly better economic values than their big family counterparts. However, in other dimensions of personal values, no influence of family size was observed. There was significant influence of locality on economic value of prospective teachers since the subjects belonging to rural area were found to have possessed significantly better economic values than their rural area counterparts. However, in other dimensions of personal values, influence of locality was not observed.

This project is to develop a compact system to detect the pollutants in the vehicle which could be assembled in the vehicle itself. Tremendous innovations have been made in the technology and manufacturing of cars as well as in the pollution control department but still nothing significant achieved of it. This idea employs an MQ307 sensor which is economical and capable of detecting Carbon Monoxide gas emitted from the vehicle. An initial warning is given to the driver regarding the amount of CO gas with the help of LCD display and later the same information is transferred to the Pollution Control Board in case of negligence. This is done with the help of GSM system incorporated in the vehicle. The AVR Microcontroller is used to transfer the information to the GSM system from the MQ135 sensor. The aim of this project is to develop a mobile PUC checking system.

Abstract: Homoeopathy is an excellent medical science for all types of psycho-somatic and psychological disorders as it works beautifully on mind. Holistic approach of homoeopathy is its uniqueness which considers the whole man is diseased not only the individual part. Detailed case taking and individualisation helps to find the nearest similimum of each individual case of schizophrenia, by which alone the cure is to be accomplished. Homoeopathy believes the mind and body are interconnected and psychological symptoms chiefly determine the selection of homoeopathic remedy. Homoeopathy offers a gentle way toward the health of the entire individual including mind.

The habit of idleness is becoming common these days. In this technological era people are becoming lazy. This leads to physical inactivity. It causes reduced blood flow in our body. Therefore, the vascular epithelial cell undergoes inflammation which is called as varicose vein. Mostly it affects our lower extremities, but it can be anywhere in the body. When varicose veins clot, the condition is called superficial thrombophlebitis and it is usually very painful. Based on the survey the collected data is used to form predefined dataset. The predefined dataset acts like threshold value. The positional data of a person is analysed using various sensors. The data to be analysed are standing, bending of knee and movement with respect to time. The acquired positional data is processed in Raspberry pi using Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is a non-invasive diagnostic & therapeutic solution for varicose vein using thermal & vibration therapy.

Women have the right to be free from violence, harassment and discrimination. Removing the barriers of an unsafe environment can help women fulfil their potential as individuals and as contributors to work, communities and economies. But the World Health Organization estimates that about 1 in 3 (35%) of women worldwide have experienced either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime. In this paper WOMEN SAFETY AND SECURITY SYSTEM USING GSM AND GPS is defined to protect the women by herself. This paper proposes a quick responding mechanism that helps women during trouble. When someone is going to harass, she can just press the button and the location information is sent as an SMS alert to few pre-defined numbers in terms of latitude and longitude. The purpose of this paper is to feel safe the women.

The study was a quasi-experimental type of research intended to find the effectiveness of the use of Physics Education Technology (PhET) simulations in teaching linear equations. These lessons were part of the Mathematics 8 curriculum of the Department of Education. The evaluators in this study were Math teachers from the public junior high school in Cluster 1, Division of Pampanga. Thus, they had an evaluation on the teacher-made test which served as the main instrument to gather participants performance. The gathered data were tabulated, analyzed and were subjected for interpretation using frequency counts, percentages, mean and standard deviation. The study revealed that participants improved their performances on the linear equations after their exposure to PhET simulations and Conventional teaching. Significant differences from their pretests and posttests scores were obtained by the participants of both groups. Also, it was found out that there was no significant difference on the PhET simulations and conventional teaching pretests scores while there was a significant difference in their posttests scores. The results of this study show that the use of PhET simulation in learning the linear equations improved the performance of the participants.

Sexual Harassment at Workplace is a subject of concern in the present times. The Sexual Harassment infringes the fundamental rights of women particularly right to equality under article 14 and 15 of the Indian constitution and her entitlement to life and to live with dignity under article 21 of the Constitution of India. The paper provides the basis of Sexual Harassment at Workplace in India. The origin of the sexual harassment has been taken from Bhanwari Devi case and the judgment of Vishaka and Ors. v/s Union of India 1997 is referred in research paper . The study highlights the causes of rise in sexual harassment cases at the workplace from different times. One of the prominent causes which is discussed in the research paper incorporate the male dominant set up but most of the harassment faced by women at the work environment isn't "sexual" in nature. Sexual Harassment at workplace has demonstrated a consistent increase from the last decade to the current scenario with 29.20% cases reported in the year 2015. The result of the study demonstrates that in India sexual harassment at workplace is still common in India despite the measures taken to prevent and prohibit. Finally, the research suggests that the need of hour is to give a closer look to this issue and certain measures should be taken at root level to prevent sexual harassment at workplace.

Health is Wealth. Though the medical field has grown rapidly with highly effective technologies, chronic diseases such Heart and Liver diseases are life-menacing. Various life factors such as alcohol, smoking, stress, food, lifestyle, etc causes imbalance and add toxics to the human body leading to the occurrence of assorted diseases and disorders. The medical records of the patients as a vast source of data are applied to the data mining techniques to extract the valid dataset to predict the liver disease. The classification algorithms have been widely used in the decision- making process. RNN being a text classifier of deep learning technique with the advantage of processing in multiple loops in a sequential manner to obtain best performances measured by the factor of accuracy has been proposed in this study.

Background: Psoriasis is chronic inflammatory skin disorders clinically characterized by erythematous, sharply demarcated papules and plaques covered by silvery micaceous scales. Daus-Sadaf is the Arabic term of psoriasis composed of two words. Da-disease, & Sadaf - molluscum shells, since in this disease shell like silvery white scales or flakes keep on shedding from horny layer of skin. Unani scholars described psoriasis with discussing other skin disease having similar clinical and morphological features. They have, described Taqasshur-wa-Qasaf-e-Jild (Icthyosis) in their writings which is resembled with sign & symptoms of psoriasis Aims and Objectives- To put forth a concrete and clear concept of Daus sadaf (Psoriasis) in light of Unani concept as well as modern perspectives. To make people aware about Unani humoral aetiology regarding pathogenesis of psoriasis. Material Methods- Humoral theory proposed by Buqrat (Hippocrates), serves the key role in the aetio-pathogenesis of all the idiopathic diseases in general and psoriasis in particular. Almost all Unani physicians believed that it is a Saudavi (Melancholic) disease. It occurs due to the Sauda-e-Mohtaraq, Merah-e-Safra / Balgham-e-Merari, indigestion, uncleanness, cold, and uses of dry-salty diets Conclusion & Future Perspective- After Scientific validation and knowing of Unani as well as modern perspectives of psoriasis, there will be many doors are open regarding prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
