Abstract: Electronic voting or e-voting have been used in various ways over the decades, along with basic advantages over paper-based systems such as increasing efficiency and reducing error. However, the E-voting schemes bring issues mainly relating to security, credibility, transparency, reliability, and functionality which remain challenges to achieve widespread adoption of such systems especially regarding improving their resilience against potential faults. Blockchain is a distinct technology of our time that has the potential to improve the overall resilience of e-voting systems. The basic principle of the blockchain is in the immutability of the records already placed in blocks and advanced cryptography is used to ensure the chaining of blocks, and providing data integrity. This study represents an effort to leverage blockchain benefits such as cryptography and transparency to achieve an efficient voting model. Moreover, we present sec-vote, a blockchain-based voting system to bring accessibility with easy access to the web portal through the internet, reliability with face recognition and OTP, transparency with blockchain, security with hashing and cryptographic algorithms, and reduce the cost of the election.

Built-in Self-Test (BIST) is becoming increasingly essential in today's IC designs for memory, which is the most critical component of the System on Chip. BIST is a method for circuit design that enables it to self-test. By enabling the use of low-cost test equipment at all phases of manufacturing, the method may save time and money when compared to an externally applied test. Because of the randomization characteristics of Linear Feedback Shift Registers, this needs relatively minimal hardware (LFSRs). Linear Feedback Shift Registers have been used to create test patterns for a long time (LFSR). The feedback taps on LFSRs, which are a sequence of flip-flops linked in series, are defined by the generating polynomial. The seed value is fed into the outputs of the flip-flops. The only input needed to create a random sequence is an external clock, and each clock pulse may result in a different pattern at the flip-flops' output. The random sequence at the output of the flip-flops may be utilized as a test pattern. The number of flip-flop outputs needed by the circuit under test must match the number of inputs required by the LFSR. This test pattern is used to verify that the required fault coverage is obtained on the circuit under test. A novel low-power pattern generating method is implemented using a modified Linear Feedback Shift Register standard benchmark circuit. Using an industry standard Xilinx tool called Power analyzer or Cadence, the circuit's instantaneous and peak power consumption is examined, and it is demonstrated that the new low power method uses considerably less power than the traditional pattern for the same fault coverage. The aim of the research is to test the multipliers using a Low Power Linear Feedback Shift Resister (LFSR), which is better suited to VLSI circuit testing built-in self-test (BIST) structures. Random values are needed for testing every circuit that is developed. To do so, we create random generators that produce random values. BIST is a design for testability (DFT) method for testing that makes use of built-in hardware characteristics. Because testing is integrated into the hardware, it is quicker and more efficient. The suggested test pattern generator minimizes switching activity between test patterns, resulting in a low-cost, high-speed solution.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS AND SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS Dr. Davender Singh Yadav Assistant Professor SCERT, Delhi ABSTRACT The origin of sports is as old as the history of mankind. Man's intense struggle for livelihood was balanced in the form of games and games. Initially these were done only for pastime, leisure and entertainment, but now they have become a way to name, fame and monetary gain and lucrative profession. Modern games are full of competitive spirit, and are played to win. Sports have become the order of the day around the world. Countries with sporting excellence are given special attention and respect by fellow nations. As a result, all nations are seriously involved to excel in the field of sport, so that they can add more feathers to their crown. Currently, sport is not just a display of muscle power, but a game of the brain. Along with a healthy body, knowledge of a rich mind is also essential. India is the second most populous country in the world. But it is lagging behind in the field of sports, and the gold medal at the Olympic Games is still a 'rare for Indian sportspersons'. After independence, a large number of physical education and sports institutes have been established in the country, some of them offer research programs in the respective field. Therefore, to enhance sports performance, new methods and techniques have to be identified by sports persons and sports scientists. Keeping in view all the above considerations, the latest information should be provided to sports persons and sports scientists in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Libraries and information centers can play an important role in this context, while developing their need based collections, they should also provide IT based information services to sports persons and sports scientists.

Water is a vital component of human life. Water is used in irrigation fields to the tune of 80 percent to 90 percent. Water use is increasing as a result of daily globalization and population growth. Today, one of the most important functions in agriculture is automation. In our country, agriculture is the most common occupation. Agriculture is India's primary source of income, so its growth is critical. The majority of irrigation systems are still run manually today. Drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and other conventional irrigation techniques are available. We can save water and fertilizer given to the crops by using drip irrigation. When there is a change in soil moisture or the current status of rain in the surrounding area, these sensors detect the change and send an interrupt signal to the NodeMCU. This project focuses on reducing water waste and minimizing manual labour on the field for irrigation in order to save the farmer's time, money, and electricity.

The objective of this project is to determine the distance of underground cable fault from base station in kilometers. The underground cable system is a common practice followed in many urban areasWhile a fault occurs for some reason, at that time the repairing process related to that particular cable is difficult due to not knowing the exact location of the cable fault. The proposed system is to find the approximate location of the fault. The project is assembled with a set of resistors representing cable length in KM's and fault creation is made by a set of switches at every known KM to cross check the accuracy of the same. The fault occurring at a particular distance and the respective phase is displayed on a LCD interfaced to the microcontroller. Further this project can be enhanced by using capacitor in an ac circuit to measure the impedance which can even locate the open circuited cable, unlike the short circuited fault only using resistors in DC circuit as followed in the above proposed project.
