RESEARCH ABSTRACT " A STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SKILL COMPETENCY PROGRAM ON MAGNESIUM SULFATE ADMINISTRATION IN ANTENATAL ECLAMPTIC MOTHER AMONG STAFF NURSES WORKING IN MATERNITY UNIT IN SELECTED HOSPITAL, MEERUT ". INTRODUCTION: Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia (PE/E) is a life-threatening multisystem disorder affecting 2 - 8% of all pregnancies worldwide. That has substantial effect on maternal and newborn health. PE/E is one of the most common causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality in low and middle income countries globally, approximately 63,000 women die each year of PE/E which accounts for an estimated 9% of maternal deaths in Asia and Africa and about one-quarter of maternal deaths in Latin America and the Caribbean. Magnesium sulfate is the drug of choice for prevention of seizures in the pre-eclamptic woman, or prevention of recurrence of seizures in the eclamptic woman, as demonstrated in two large clinical studies. In 1995, the Eclampsia Trial Collaborative Group reported that when magnesium sulfate was used for treatment the risk of recurrent convulsions in women with eclampsia was reduced by 52% when compared with diazepam, and by 67% when compared with phenytoin. In 2002, the Magpie trial reported that women with severe pre-eclampsia given magnesium sulfate had a 58% lower risk of developing eclampsia compared to the place group. Skill based pregame is a systematic way of improving the skills of a person in both knowledge and practice aspect and to provide successful learning experience to staff nurses. It will be given to staff nurses to improve their knowledge and practice. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY 1. To develop and validate the skill competency program regarding magnesium sulfate administration in antenatal eclamptic mother among staff nurses. 2. To assess the Pre-test and post-test knowledge and practice score regarding magnesium sulfate administration in antenatal eclamptic mother among staff nurses. 3. In past decades, shear walls are one of the most appropriate and important structural component in multi-storied building. Therefore, it would be very interesting to study the structural response and their systems in multi-storied structure. Shear walls contribute the stiffness and strength during earthquakes which are often neglected during design of structure and construction. The scope of present paper is to study the effect of seismic loading on placement of belts truss in building at different alternative location. This study shows the effect of belts truss and bracing belts truss which significantly affect the vulnerability of structures. In order to test this hypothesis, RCC building was considered with and without belts truss at different location. The aim of the paper is to detail and conceptualize the varied configurations of belt truss structures system and to integrate current structures into longer structures by use of belt truss system. Additionally, various issues associated with outriggers and belt truss system also are discussed. A close scrutiny of literature available within the field of Outrigger system is applied and therefore the summary and gaps encountered within the study are listed during this paper. This paper introduces a replacement concept of virtual Outrigger. In which, using the belt truss structural within the RCC building so as to extend the performance of the building under the dynamic load and wind loads is studied. Concept of belt truss as Virtual outrigger is reviewed within the paper.

: The study has been undertaken & investigate white topping is rehabilitation treatment on asphalt concrete. It is defined as plain cement concrete overlay on asphalt concrete. It provides a new innovative method of rehabilitation at a very low cost with very good results and low maintenance cost. By adopting proper construction methods, we can rehabilitate large network of roads at reasonable cost and we get additional long life. This project presents a methodology to adopt white topping as rehabilitation treatment and cost-effective rehabilitation alternative for preserving bituminous pavements on long-term basis. Ultrathin white topping (UTW) is a concrete overlay of a distressed asphalt pavement, 50 to 100 mm thick, with close joint spacing. The overlay is specifically bonded to the existing asphalt pavement. It may or may not contain fibers. By bonding the UTW to the existing asphalt surface, the UTW forms a composite pavement section with the under- lying asphalt, which reduces the stresses in the concrete layer. This composite pavement section delivers the longer life and durable performance characteristics of concrete pavement and is cost competitive with ordinary asphalt. In addition, rapid developments in concrete material technology and mechanization are favoring concrete overlays as a sustainable option. White topping is gaining momentum in road construction across the country. It can act as a long-term alternative for the rehabilitation or structural strengthening of roads.

Poverty is a persistent socio-cultural problem that necessitates precise definition in order to develop well-designed intervention policies. Unfortunately the poverty-wealthiest scale is not used to categorize people. Surveys are a simple way to establish this. The population is quite large. Subjective opinions are frequently skewed, and the data available is limited. Poverty is a complex issue that varies with the passage of time and geographical location. Our research focuses on (1) a method for predicting outcomes based on a multidimensional concept by taking into account numerous household variables, poverty can be reduced. (2) a story to find a feature, use the feature extraction framework .a household in a certain poverty level (3) Establishing four distinct classes instead of poverty. For more accuracy, we will divide data sets into numerous distinct data sets using the random forest machine learning technique.

The principal aim of this paper was to provide a summary of current trends in the development of e- learning in India. We know, the traditional classroom education offers the benefit of face-to-face interactions with peers which are typically moderated by a teacher. As students progress to higher classes in school, they seek more autonomy and intellectual freedom. Online learning can help them pursue highly individualized learning programs, possibly even college level courses. These, combined with hands-on exercises, real world exploration, and thorough assessments, can be highly beneficial to their learning progress. They can explore their options by trying out introductory topics from different fields, before committing to a specialization. Online learning platforms can help these students become more independent learners, before they make their way into college.

Over the past several years, there has been an escalating interest, echoing enthusiasm, for electric vehicles. Electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming more typical in the transportation sector in recent times. As the current progression suggests, this form of transportation is more prone to oust internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles in the coming years. Each of the essential EV components has many technologies that are being used right now or can become eminent in the future. With the right administration, EVs could be turned into a crucial contributor to the successful implementation of the smart grid concept, despite its several flaws. This paper gives an outline of the recent work of electric vehicles in the domain.

Abstract: Electronic voting or e-voting have been used in various ways over the decades, along with basic advantages over paper-based systems such as increasing efficiency and reducing error. However, the E-voting schemes bring issues mainly relating to security, credibility, transparency, reliability, and functionality which remain challenges to achieve widespread adoption of such systems especially regarding improving their resilience against potential faults. Blockchain is a distinct technology of our time that has the potential to improve the overall resilience of e-voting systems. The basic principle of the blockchain is in the immutability of the records already placed in blocks and advanced cryptography is used to ensure the chaining of blocks, and providing data integrity. This study represents an effort to leverage blockchain benefits such as cryptography and transparency to achieve an efficient voting model. Moreover, we present sec-vote, a blockchain-based voting system to bring accessibility with easy access to the web portal through the internet, reliability with face recognition and OTP, transparency with blockchain, security with hashing and cryptographic algorithms, and reduce the cost of the election.
