Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) have emerged as a next-generation drug delivery system with potential applications in pharmaceutical field, cosmetics, research, clinical medicine and other allied sciences. Recently, increasing attention has been focused on these SLN as colloidal drug carriers for incorporating hydrophilic or lipophilic drugs. Proteins and antigens intended for therapeutic purposes may be incorporated or adsorbed onto SLN, and further administered By parenteral routes or be alternative routes such as oral, nasal and pulmonary. The obstacles associated with conventional chemotherapy may be partially overcome by encapsulating them as SLN. The present review focuses on the utility of SLN in terms of their advantages, disadvantages, method of preparation, characterization and applications.

The present research paper aims at analyzing Bapsi Sidhwa's Ice-Candy-Man and Amitav Ghosh's The Shadow Lines with reference to Decolonization. In the arena of Post-Colonial Studies, the article looks at Anti-Colonial theory as a counter-narrative. The paper illustrates how the selected texts interrogate the very notion of colonialism, develop consciousness among marginalized and subjugated individuals, and empower them to take radical actions in order to define their identities and resist colonial atrocities. Ice-Candy-Man, Bapsi Sidhwa's third and widely quoted novel is one of the most powerful narratives of recent time. The Shadow Line is a Sahitya Akademi Award-winning novel by Amitav Ghosh. It is a book that grabs the perspective of time and events, the lines that connect and divide individuals. The paper shall attempt to compare and evaluate the effects of colonialism and how those individuals tried to overcome imposed national identity interpellation through global cosmopolitan outreach.

Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), which are defined as a single antibody (Ab) cloned from a single B cell, have been used as immune modulators for transplantation, autoimmune disorders, and cancer for decades. To protect itself from many invading diseases, the vertebrate immune system is continually changing. The vertebrate immune system responds to a foreign pathogen by producing complementary antibody (Ab) molecules that can bind to all molecular structures of the microbial pathogen (bacteria, viruses, fungi, nematodes, and other parasites) and keep up with an organism's diverse mutations. Antigen is any particle that enters the body and is identified by the vertebrate immune system as a foreign object. As a result, the immune system is attacked in two ways. First, B cells create a variety of antibodies that are specific for a novel antigen (epitope). Second, the antibody's paratope-encoding genes are rapidly altered in order to cope with and attach strongly to the antigen's epitope. As a result, antibodies were generated.

Due to rapid modernization, the number of building is increasing day by day. One of the main components of building is concrete since a huge amount of concrete is used in the construction of the building, the concrete should be eco-friendly, durable and its strength should be high. Concrete is a composite mixture of cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and water. But cement has many adverse effects on environment as well as on health. During the manufacture of cement, for 1kg of cement, it emits 900gm of Carbon dioxide (CO2). So, we found out many alternatives to cement, in that "Fly Ash" is an eco-friendly green material, which is produced by burning the coal in the electricity-producing Thermal Plant. Fly Ash in the concrete reduce the heat of hydration so the reduction of thermal crack is observed. The replacement of the cement by the Fly Ash improves the workability and pump ability of the concrete. The life of the concrete structure is estimated to be 40 years but in many research, it is found that if 35% of the cement are replaced by Fly Ash increases the life of cement structure by 120 years, but if the replacement is more in the concrete the compressive strength may decrease slightly. The cost of Fly Ash is more economical than cement. Direct disposal of Fly Ash causes environmental problem and health issues as it is a waste material. Hence considering all the research, the strength of the concrete increases using modified and activated Fly Ash in all research, the strength of the concrete increases using modified and activated Fly Ash in the correct amount.

There has historically been a nearly global propensity to enhance the capacity demand of the structure in order to counterbalance such events, which occur after every significant earthquake. Only in the last ten years have innovative approaches to solving this issue successfully been created. The emphasis is now placed on serviceability and safety under various earthquake magnitudes in the current international practice of performance-based engineering design. Additionally, it is becoming increasingly clear that in addition to methods for increasing ductility, the toolkit of a structural engineer should also contain devices that dissipate and share energy as well as those that can regulate a system's response. In order to prevent "dislodgement" or "unseating" of the superstructure in the event of strong ground shaking, new methods and systems have been developed. The focus of this work is on how these concepts might be applied to bridge designs that are reasonably earthquake resistant. One of the structural processes that significantly affects bridge design is wind load. The wind load is dynamic by nature. This indicates that it has a time- and space-dependent magnitude. As a result, analysing and modelling such a load and its respective effects on a building may be rather difficult and require a deep understanding of both structural analysis and mathematics.

A few unique substituted azetidinones were synthesized and evaluated for their potential as prospective new therapeutic molecules for the treatment of depression. All of the produced compounds were evaluated for the clarity of their structures. These chemicals' antidepressant trials revealed that they exhibited strong antidepressant effect. Three stages of SN2 type substitution were used in the synthesis of the compounds. The stretching vibration peaks caused by C-N, C=O, and C=N were seen in the IR spectra of all the compounds at 1400-1000 cm-1, 1765-1645 cm-1, and 1690-1520 cm-1 (middle), respectively. The spectra also showed vibrations from the aromatic compounds C=C and C-H, C-H alkane, C-Cl (4e), CO (4d), C-H (methoxy), C-C (cycobutyl), and C=O. (cycobutyl). The test chemical 4d considerably enhanced the swimming frequency in FST. TST-like action was seen, and compounds 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4e did not perform as anticipated.

One of the main difficulties standing up to this present reality is the ascent in street mishaps. Inappropriate and scatterbrained driving is the main source of street mishaps. This study's principal objective is to foster a non-meddlesome framework that can recognize human exhaustion and give an early admonition. Drivers who don't stop much of the time while driving significant distances are in danger of becoming tired, which they some of the time don't understand until it is past the point of no return. The driver's sluggishness or absence of focus is respected to be an essential consider such episodes. Driver lethargy checking exploration could help with the decrease of mishaps. As per master research, about a fourth of serious thruway mishaps can be credited to sluggish drivers who need to rest, and that implies that lethargic drivers cause more car crashes than drink-driving. The innovation will utilize a camera to follow and screen drivers' eyes, and by building a Milestones calculation, we will actually want to identify drowsiness side effects in drivers sufficiently early to keep away from mishaps. Thus, this examination will help with recognizing a driver's sluggishness ahead of time and giving admonition yield as cautions ,along this really genuine we have executed an IoT-empowered liquor recognition ,pulse (BPM) and Spo2 observing framework which closes down the vehicle's motor, sets off a caution during driver id sleepy and liquor consumed circumstances. This framework shares the live area utilizing GPS innovation . Anyhow in thinking of concept and academic studies implementing the system with available resources and building a POC with PC and ESP32 controller with addition sensor and actuators ,This combination of modules will identify tiredness or fatigue and can be used to automatically stop the vehicle .

Mouth dissolving tablet or dispersible tablets is a widely acceptable dosage forms which dissolves rapidly in the saliva without water. It enhanced efficacy and bioavailability thus reducing the dose and dosing frequency to minimize the side effects. The purpose of this research was to develop mouth dissolving tablets of Clemastine. Clemastine is also known as Meclastin, is a first-generation antihistaminic drug. It can be used in allergic symptoms including sneezing, runny nose and red, itchy, tearing eyes. In the present study attempt has been made to formulate Clemastine mouth dissolving tablet by direct compression method and optimize mouth dissolving Clemastine tablets containing superdisintegrants viz crosspovidone, Crosscarmellose and Indion 414 in the different ratios (1:1, 1:2 & 1:3) along with directly compressible mannitol (Pearlitol SD200) to enhance mouth feel and to compare the optimized formulation of each superdisintegrant. Compatibility study were done in FT-IR shows that there is no significant interactions occur between clemastine and excipients. The blend of excipients developed were evaluated (pre formulation) was examined for angle of repose, bulk density, tapped density, % compressibility and hausner's ratio. The angle of repose of the developed excipients blend was found to be < 27o, Carr's index in the range of 11-15% and Hausner's ratio in the range of 1.12-1.15. Mouth dissolving tablets of Clemastine fumarate were prepared using the above co-processed superdisintegrants and evaluated. The systematic formulation approach helped in understanding the effect of formulation processing variables. The prepared batches of tablets were evaluated for various parameters like various taste, thickness, hardness, friability, drug content uniformity, wetting time, In vitro disintegration time, and In-vitro dissolution time. All the parameters were found to be within limits. Based on in vitro disintegration time (approximately 30 s), promising formulation F8 was tested for in vitro drug release pattern in pH 6.8 Phosphate buffer and short-term stability (at 400C/75% RH for 3 months). The developed formulation of Clemastine batch F8 (9 % Indion 414) showed good palatability and dispersed within 30 seconds as compared to crosscarmellose sodium and crosspovidone. Based on the in vitro drug release characteristics from clemastine mouth dissolving tablet it was concluded that the Indion 414 has a great potential in the formulation of Mouth dissolving tablets of Clemastine.

In the context of the higher education provision and arrangements of Bangladesh, Colleges under 'National University of Bangladesh (NUB)' are applying traditional teaching and learning techniques for long. We are bound to deliver our lectures in large-sized classes. In large classrooms, however, students' attention and concentration are difficult to retain. For proper delivery of lessons, limited class time is another serious impediment. Since we have to deal with the students who are heterogeneous in terms of their abilities, differentiated nourishment is required to make learning effective. Most of the time, all these shortcomings hinder students from understanding their class lessons properly. It is, therefore, high time that we redesign our teaching techniques for the purpose of ensuring proper and quality education. A technology-supported pedagogy - flipped mode of classroom integrates online and offline altogether. "By this mode, traditional lectures and instructions are sent out of class and free class time is used for practice, problem-solving and interactive learning in groups" (Selwyn, 2007, as cited in Rossing et al., 2012). Students get the vital opportunity to progress in their learning journey at their own paces which makes them confident and thereby they can put forth their learning responsibility by themselves (Beaumont, 2018; Moffett & Mill, 2014). For this purpose, in this essay, at first our current teaching practices have been reviewed and afterwards the failures of it in achieving teaching and learning objectives along with challenges ahead have been identified. It has been attempted to identify the prospects of flipped approach using Google Classroom in eradicating the problems of prevailing traditional approach of pedagogy. The possible impact of flipped pedagogy using Google Classroom is not only a quantitative improvement like raising the pass rate of the students, but rather it facilitates qualitative achievement in learning. Revising the national education policy is required for the proper implementation of the procedure. We can benefit from flipped classroom approach using Google Classroom even with the prevailing grading system and education policy if we are able to acquire the competency of applying this technique in our education structure.
