Kate Chopin's novel The Awakening is a novel that talks about its protagonist Edna Pontellier's journey towards freedom and self-identity which culminates in her "awakening". However, what this paper tries to throw light at is not simply her awakening, but the very process of her awakening. What makes this awakening significant is the fact that this entire process takes place not in solidarity and togetherness, but in Edna's solitude. This paper tries to probe why is Edna Pontellier destined to undergo the process of "awakening" in "solitude" and what light does her predicament throw upon the possibilities and limitations of walking away from all social bonds.

International pharmaceutical trade and patient access to reasonably priced drugs are affected by the considerable differences in generic drug approval procedures between nations. With a focus on significant parallels and distinctions, this abstract analyzes the regulatory regimes that regulate generic medication submissions in Saudi Arabia, Canada, and the United States (USA). Compelling evidence of bioequivalency to the reference listed drug (RLD) through pharmacokinetic studies and comparative dissolving testing is a prerequisite for the USA's Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) procedure, which is supervised by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). More crucial data are the chemical, production, and controls (CMC) details. Health Canada, Canada's regulatory body, uses the Abbreviated New Drug Submission (ANDS) approach, which takes bilingual labelling (English and French) into account while placing a comparable emphasis on bioequivalency testing and CMC data. Data on bioequivalence, safety, and efficacy that are in line with Islamic values and local market demands are required as part of the New Drug Registration procedure for generic drugs in Saudi Arabia, which is mandated by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). A comparative study shows that whereas CMC data and bioequivalency testing are always crucial, different regulatory contexts are distinguished by subtle differences in labelling specifications, clinical data expectations, and submission forms. Pharmaceutical firms that want to manage global marketplaces and guarantee compliance with a variety of regulatory standards must comprehend these differences.

- There isn't an iota of doubt that Sanskrit drama has had a prosperous evolution and that it still paves the path for modern Indian dramaturgy. The origin of Sanskrit drama however is something that has been a matter of contention amongst scholars and critics. This paper tries to briefly delve into that debate and give and insight into various takes on the origins and growth of Sanskrit drama in India. This paper also tries to argue that Sanskrit drama was influenced from the epic tradition and is a product of that very tradition. It is for this very reason that Sanskrit drama is seen as a subdivision of the Kavya.

In the age of knowledge revolution and with the development of information technology the horizon of knowledge has widened and information become accessible to all. During the colonial period British introduced English education in India with the intention of creating a group of people" Indians in blood and colour English in their taste, opinion, moral and intellect". Unlike the other Europen powers Britishers did not believed in the mixed colony system and they remained ethnically culturally and linguistically aloof from Indian population . With the spread of nationalism and subsequent development of Swadeshi movement the regional languages and its literature got an impetus. The literature of the regional languages were encouraged and it was promoted in universities also. After the independence the entire country was united on the basis of language even though English remained as the language in administration and the position and status of English language remained the same. In this scenario the importance of an institution to promote the regional language becomes a necessity. With the aim of promoting the rich and diverse literary paradigm of Malayalam, Kerala Bhasha institute as a cultural institution of the govt of Kerala was born. Now it passed 50 glorious years in its achievements. It is said that with the advent of modern technology and computers and use of mobile phones the knowledge is accessible in to the finger tips and reading habits is dead.

Women are now generally acknowledged as successful business owners due to their great ambition, attributes, and aptitude to promote strong economic growth in their own nations. The study looked at the variables that influence the success of women entrepreneurs in view of the substantial contribution that women have made to India's economic development. 181 SME Chambers of India were contacted and given standardized questionnaires as part of the data gathering procedure. The process involves creating a conceptual model and analyzing the data using AMOS and SPSS software. The success of women-owned businesses on the global stage is influenced by a variety of internal and external factors, including socio-cultural and economic aspects as well as traits like accomplishment, risk-taking, and technological adaptability. The study suggests that in order to promote women entrepreneurs, the Small and Medium Enterprises Chamber of India, policymakers, and practitioners should offer a variety of incentives and supports that are tied to those internal and external characteristics. After the epidemic, we looked at some internal aspects like technological adaption that are essentially unexplored in India. Several research have looked at the impact of various elements on women's success as entrepreneurs. This study contributes to the body of literature already in existence in addition to providing empirical facts.

Land ownership in Bangladesh is governed by a blend of customary practices and formal laws. Key legislation includes the Property Act of 1882 and the Registration Act of 1908, both rooted in the British colonial period. The Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Act (2017) is a significant update, enabling government land acquisition for public interest with increased compensation for registered owners. Issues like land scarcity, elite land grabs, and numerous land disputes plague the system. About 3.2 million land-related cases are pending in courts, causing significant delays and justice barriers. The absence of a uniform dispute resolution system and limited legal aid exacerbate these problems. Despite constitutional guarantees of equality, women's land ownership remains minimal. Efforts to improve gender equity in land ownership continue but encounter substantial social and legal hurdles. The research provides an extensive examination of the land ownership laws in Bangladesh, detailing the historical context, key legislative frameworks, and contemporary challenges. Bangladesh's land law system is deeply rooted in colonial legislation, with significant updates like the Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Act (2017). Major issues include land scarcity, elite land grabs, and a backlog of land dispute cases. Women's land rights are particularly marginalized despite constitutional guarantees. The study highlights the need for more effective governance and legal reforms to address these persistent issues.

Abstract: On hearing the name of the drain, the picture of dirty, polluted water sources comes to mind, but the villagers have both negative and positive images in their minds about the "Faren Nala" flowing next to the Rajdhani Gram Sabha of Gorakhpur district. Around the year 1950, the villagers used to grow a good crop of "Boro Dhan or Boro Paddy", also known as "Glutinous Rice", on the lands around "Faren Nala". It did not require any additional chemicals or fertilizers. The villagers had to do only one thing, every year the drain (Faren Nala) was dammed with the help of bamboo, due to which its water spread all around, thereby preparing land suitable for the cultivation of "Boro Dhan', After which the villagers harvest the paddy without any additional help and get good yield without the need for fertilizer, irrigation and any other extra expense. In later years, when the Agriculture Department started trying to organize the Faren Nala, its depth was increased and making their proper way, the work of damming of Nala became difficult, laborious and time consuming, so the villagers shifted from "Boro Dhan" cultivation towards "Berseem" farming for animal fodder. After cultivating Berseem in the bed of the drain and the surrounding land for many years, now the villagers have started cultivating wheat, even though they get only one crop in a year but they get good production of wheat without any extra expense. Presently, some villagers are also growing vegetables and along with this, the villagers also get fish and snails from "Faren Nala", which is a major part of their diet. Therefore, if seen from the perspective of the villagers of the Rajdhani, "Faren Nala" has been active participants in their economic upliftments as well as in arranging food for himself and their animals both.

The Indian government organized and carried out the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act's implementation in 2005. The primary goals of this program are to end poverty and provide rural households with income through a hundred days of guaranteed work annually. In Kanyakumari District, this plan has given women, castes, tribes and rural residents social security through employment guarantees. According to the study, the number of households enrolled in the MGNRE scheme varied based on local program involvement and how the scheme's components compared to local market salaries. The MGNRE program provided underprivileged groups with some minimal work. For this program to achieve its objectives in the Kanyakumari region, significant earnings, employment possibilities, efficient use of funds, and a clearer understanding of the caregiving obligations of women will be necessary.
