Charlotte Bronte's timeless classic, Jane Eyre, is a coming of age story where the title character of the novel, Jane undergoes transformation in her life as well as in her character. Most importantly, it depicts how the Dominant, Emergent and the Residual Ideologies contribute in the shaping of a culture and how this in turn affects the growth of an individual. Raymond Williams in his essay titled Marxism and Literature talks about a concept known as the Dominant, Residual and Emergent. Raymond Williams who was a Marxist critic, analyses the dynamics of cultural change whose theoretical model is based on an assumption of society being in a state of constant cultural change and negotiation. Emergent Culture refers to the new ways of doing which go against the Dominant Culture and may sometimes overpower the Dominant Culture. Thus, this paper is going to propose how the Dominant, Residual and Emergent Ideologies during the Victorian Era, governs throughout the novel and thus being considered as a bildungsroman novel, the new emerging ideals like women as an independent identity and the emerging ideals of religion in contrast to the prevailing dominant ideology of religion overpowers the dominant notion of religion as an orthodox practice prevalent during the Victorian Era.

Participatory communication strategies are crucial in fostering resilience and psychosocial well-being among vulnerable children in institutional care. NGOs operating children's homes should prioritize these approaches, integrating them into their caregiving practices to create a nurturing and empowering environment. Children in institutional care often face significant psychosocial challenges, including trauma, emotional distress, and social isolation. Participatory communication, which involves the active engagement of children in decision-making processes, is posited to improve their psychological resilience and overall well-being. Future research should explore the long-term effects of these strategies and develop comprehensive guidelines for their implementation. This study investigates the effectiveness of participatory communication strategies in enhancing the resilience and psychosocial well-being of vulnerable children residing in children's homes operated by Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

Financial inclusion has been often viewed as a strategy for socio-economic development which is to be supported by the majority of the governments of developing nations. The Indian government requires, however, that all banks commit a specific amount of their loans to their socio-economic growth in "priority" areas including agricultural, social and marginal industries. Based on secondary data, this study attempts to offer a profile of financial inclusion in Andhra Pradesh. The primary focus of the study is on the many aspects of financial inclusion in the state. Financial inclusion has been characterised as a process that improves the availability, eases access, and assures the use of fundamental financial goods and services for all segments of society. Initiatives have been taken by the Government of India and the Reserve Bank sometimes to promote financial inclusion, therefore significantly enhancing access to the formal financial institutions.

A sound banking system is a fundamental prerequisite for the functioning of an economy. The Indian banking sector is developing rapidly and at the same time, it is also exposed to several obstacles. Recent frauds have proven that bank is exposed to several dangers such as embezzlement, failure to disclose the facts, falsification or fabrication of accounting records, corruption, etc. which has weakened the credibility of the financial system and posed a big challenge for the entire banking system. The world witnessed a lot of corporate fraud caused by CEOs and other top-level management authorities. After the Satyam Computers Ltd fraud case, several questions were raised on market integrity and the credibility of the management authorities. This incident made regulatory authorities implement corporate governance policy in the organization to prevent such kinds of fraud in the future. The role of corporate governance emerged to bring transparency and accountability in the working of audit committees and the duties of management authorities of the organization. Its mechanism is to monitor the activities of the organization and control the corporate actions. Monitoring and controlling of business organization should be done by shareholders of the organization. Shareholders possess a substantial interest and a great power in the decision-making, being owners of the organization, it is their responsibility to keep an eye on the functioning of the management of the company. The concept of active participation of shareholders in management decisions, monitoring their activities, and raising questions against the act of management executives whenever necessary, to bring desired change in the organization is known as 'Shareholder Activism'. If corporate governance is the legislative framework to ensure transparency and accountability of the management authorities, shareholder activism is the execution of this framework by active shareholders. To promote the practice of shareholder activism several regulatory authorities have supported it with laws such as the Companies Act 2013 and provisions of SEBI. Despite these laws, the practice of shareholder activism seems to be less. One such absence of shareholder activism can be noticed in the Punjab National Bank case.

BCS II lipid-lowering agent piroxicam. It is very little water-soluble and Phite buffer, pH 7.4, however it is not soluble in water solutions pH 4 along with lower. The current study aims to improve the the solvability and solubility of drugs that are inadequately soluble by developing a self-microemulsifies medication transport system that is SMEDDS. It was established whether Piroxicam was soluble in the separate microemulsion constituents, namely oil and surfactants. The ability of the surfactants to emulsify was tested. The solubility assessments and emulsification characteristics led to the selection of oil containing oleic acid and Tween 80 surfactants and PEG-8 Caprylic Capric Glyceride for more investigation. It was established how soluble proxicam was in various ratios of chosen oil to surfactants. For the formulation of SMEDDS, the oil:surfactant mixture with the highest solubility for piroxicam was utilized. A pseudoternary phase diagram was employed to assess the existence area of microemulsification. The development and screening of the formula was carried out according to the phase diagram results and the properties of the resulting microemulsions. The microemulsions were assessed for stability, in vitro dissolution, self-emulsification, phase separation, and emulsion droplet size. In contrast to the plain medication, which demonstrated a limited rate of dissolution, the SMEDDS formulation exhibited total release.
