Cloud computing is an IT technology that is focused on business and is made up of several computer technologies that can be accessed online. Delivering cloud services effectively and efficiently to cloud consumers on a pay-per-use basis is becoming more difficult due to the rapid increase in cloud usage. Load balancing has emerged as a crucial element necessary for the cloud computing environment to function efficiently in this regard. Virtual machine or data centre scheduling must be done correctly with the use of an appropriate load balancing technique. In order to handle the client's request towards the cloud nodes, many methods have been created. To distribute the incoming task requests across the virtual machines or server in an equitable manner, a hybridised swarm intelligence technique is proposed in this study. To further enhance the performance study, the CloudAnalyst simulator has been utilised. The suggested strategy is thoroughly examined in this work, and its outcomes are compared to those of the current Round Robin (RR), Equally Spread Current Execution (ESCE), and Ant Colony Optimisation (ACO) algorithms. The suggested technique has a noteworthy impact in terms of reaction time, data centre processing time, and total cost in cloud computing, according to simulation results.

Street vending is a vital economic activity in urban India. It is the largest informal sector which caters to the livelihood of the urban poor. Since the era of economic reform in the country, the sector has faced many challenges, which have been sought to be addressed by numerous legislative attempts- the most recent one being the introduction of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Bill 2012. This legislative report seeks to review the 2012 Bill. However, the discussion of the Bill in the report is confined to addressing certain core issues that the Bill seems to address and critically appraising the regulatory and policy responses to those issues contained in the provisions of the Bill. Part I of the paper will present a brief overview of the legal discourse on the issue by mapping some legal responses in foreign jurisdictions and briefly discussing some Indian case laws to establish the Indian legal position. Part II will examine the rights and duties of street vendors as laid down in the Bill. Part III aims to analyse the registration and licensing mechanism under the Bill. Part IV evaluates dispute redressal and appeal mechanism provided under the Bill. Finally, the report concludes by calling for the suggested amendments to be incorporated to the Bill to ensure its efficacy in letter as well as spirit.

Street vendors are an integral part of urban economies around the world, offering easy access to a wide range of affordable goods and services in public spaces. They sell everything from fresh vegetables to prepared foods, from building materials to garments and crafts, and from consumer electronics to auto repairs to haircuts. (Reference:-Street Vendors and Market Traders | WIEGO) Role of the informal economy "An informal economy is the part of any economy that is neither taxed nor monitored by any form of government. Although the informal sector makes up a significant portion of the economies in developing countries, it is sometimes stigmatized as troublesome and unmanageable". (Reference:-informal economy). Through this platform and the experience to work for street vendors in the Indian capital city of Delhi and the state of Haryana. First purpose to understanding of street vendor livelihoods in the city with particular focus on challenges to livelihood security, where vendors face persistent challenges including forced removals, exploitation and extortion. The second purpose to understand the ways in which vendors are able to organize in order to face these challenges collectively. It is proposed that more attention should be given to street vendor in the informal sector and that those in such occupations should be recognized and protected by national level and state laws as workers rights.

In the process to make quick money, moneymakers often neglect the simple interest of the customers. In doing so the buyers get a defective product and this led to legal injury. In such case there is a violation of a right of the customer and he is entitled to file a suit to claim damages. But, this process came to be expensive, time consuming and not friendly for claims of small amounts. Furthermore, these suits were decided and based on maxim "ibi jus ubi remedia" which means where there is a right, there is a remedy. A Law of Tort principle. In these decisions the man got remedy but after a long battle in court. In this background the legislatives realized the need of a special law particularly for the consumers to gain remedy in speedy way and in more effective, efficient manner. This paper is one made during the course study of law which goes through the history of laws available to buyers to get remedy and how with change in time the consumer got the remedy of civil suit and how there were deficiency in such remedy, leading to development of Consumer Protection Act in India.

Water scarcity poses a significant challenge to the textile industry, prompting the exploration of innovative solutions to reduce water consumption in manufacturing processes. One such solution gaining traction is waterless dyeing technology. Unlike traditional dyeing methods that heavily rely on water as a solvent, waterless dyeing technology utilizes alternative mechanisms to impart colour to textiles without the need for extensive water usage. Waterless dyeing technology represents a paradigm shift in textile manufacturing, offering numerous advantages over conventional methods. By eliminating the need for large volumes of water, this technology significantly reduces the environmental footprint associated with textile dyeing processes. Moreover, it mitigates the discharge of effluents, thereby addressing concerns related to water pollution and wastewater management. The implementation of waterless dyeing technology also holds economic benefits for textile manufacturers. By minimizing water consumption, companies can reduce operational costs associated with water procurement, treatment, and disposal. Additionally, the efficient use of resources enhances production efficiency and enables cost savings in the long term. Furthermore, waterless dyeing technology aligns with sustainability objectives and corporate responsibility initiatives adopted by many textile companies. By embracing innovative and eco-friendly practices, organizations can enhance their reputation, attract environmentally conscious consumers, and contribute to global efforts towards sustainability. Despite its potential, the adoption of waterless dyeing technology in the textile industry faces certain challenges. Technical feasibility, scalability, and initial investment costs are among the factors that need to be carefully considered. However, ongoing research and development efforts aim to overcome these obstacles and facilitate the widespread implementation of waterless dyeing technology. In conclusion, waterless dyeing technology represents a promising avenue for reducing water consumption and promoting sustainability in the textile industry. After India gained independence, efforts were made to improve the lives of women in society. Many programs were created to help women progress and become more independent. This included encouraging women to go to school and work. However, in some rural areas, women are still seen as inferior to men. Unfortunately, women and girls all over the country still face abuse and mistreatment. But with globalization and modernization, women are getting more opportunities for growth. Women in cities are improving their lives by getting a good education and finding jobs. This research paper looks at the status of women in post-independence India, how women are empowered, gender issues, women's participation in politics, and challenges faced by working women. Women writers from India have cleared a modern way for the country's scholarly rule. By challenging the long-held manly point of view, they have cleared out a permanent impact on English composing. There has been a move in viewpoint among cutting edge women. Men have been coordinating their sexist comments against women for centuries. Myths, stories, traditions, and history deliver voice to all the negative viewpoints. In case a fellow doesn't have a woman in his life, it's like he's a blossom without fragrance, a dispatch without a rudder, or a body without soul. A woman is the spine of her family. Women are demonstrating their determination in each calling, frequently outflanking guys. Women are now not men's puppets. They're fair as successful as folks. It is Indian women creators who most regularly address issues of male inner self and female autonomy. Women scholars regularly utilize their work as a way to challenge male control. Women writers in India compose on the pitilessness, torment, and misery they experienced living in a patriarchal culture. Numerous of the works speak to disobedience against the limitations that society forced on women. Arundhati Roy, Geeta Mehta, and numerous more are fair a couple of the numerous energetic women creators that India's English writing have created. All of these women creators are well-known for the solid conclusions they communicated in their works. Their work has molded the involvement of ladies in English writing and past. To entirety up, we may say that the heroes of their stories are women who are marginalized by male-dominated culture. As a result, it's difficult to blame them for their in general commitment.
