This study delves into the complex interplay between mental well-being and professional engagement among working women, given their increasing presence in the workforce. Modern workplaces impose significant pressure on women as they balance career, family, and societal expectations, often resulting in heightened stress levels and mental health challenges like anxiety and depression, impacting job performance and satisfaction. Workplace cultures and policies, including discrimination and limited career opportunities, further shape the mental health landscape for working women, necessitating inclusive and supportive environments to foster positive outcomes. Recognizing the intersectionality of mental health and gender, the study advocates for a comprehensive approach involving workplace wellness programs, destigmatizing mental health discourse, and advocating for work-life balance policies. Prioritizing the mental well-being of working women not only benefits individual success but also contributes to a more equitable and sustainable professional environment, thus advancing societal progress. This research seeks to illuminate the nuanced influence of mental health factors on working women's professional engagement, providing actionable insights for organizations, policymakers, and stakeholders to promote mental well-being in the workplace.

Heart failure is a pathological medical disorder where there is an abnormality of heart function, which results in an inability to pump blood to the rest of the body resulting in poor perfusion of the organs. Congestive heart failure is a progressive disease generally seen in elderly, which if not properly managed leads to death. Heart failure is a serious condition with significant morbidity and mortality the continuous increases is local congestive heart failure cases and the economic burden associated with it has led to the over helming demand for bowel therapies quite a few drugs for heart failure have shown some promise in preclinical as well as early phase clinical trails but most of them were unsuccessful. In addition to the pharmacological and non-pharmacological intervention also plays an essential role in management of heart failure to assess the true effectiveness of these attractive compounds.

Dental caries and periodontitis are prevalent and persistent oral diseases posing significant health challenges. The inclusion of fungi as commensals within oral biofilms presents a novel avenue of research in oral biology. This study reviews existing literature on biofilms, with a focus on methodologies, highlighting the coexistence of Candida albicans with bacteria in oral biofilms and its implications for oral health. The study explores the efficacy of natural products, particularly traditional herbal remedies like Tulsi, Green Tea, and Neem, as antifungal agents against drug-resistant pathogens. The current study was conducted on Alternaria isolated from patients suffering with dental caries and standard strain of Candida albicans MTCC 227, procured from IMTECH, Chandigarh. To evaluate the efficacy of these plants against oral biofilm-forming bacteria, phytochemical screening using the methanolic leaf extracts and the antimicrobial activity was checked against the isolated strains. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of several bioactive compounds in the extracts, with Eugenol from Ocimum sanctum, Catechin from Camellia sinensis and Nimbidin from Azadirachta indica. This study proposes an investigation into the potential of organic herbs to halt or inhibit dental caries and associated diseases, providing a sustainable and alternative approach to oral health management.

Domestic workers are an indispensable part of the everyday lives of a large segment of India's urban population. However, in the absence of a national policy to recognise the specific nature of domestic work, their categorisation as 'workers' is merely theoretical. This issue brief highlights the isolated nature of domestic work in India, with particular reference to legislative and social issues, which keep them at bay from availing their rights as 'recognised workers'. There has been a significant increase in the number of women domestic workers in India in recent times. The domestic service is now accepted as an important category of livelihood. The domestic labour debate was particularly prominent in the western academia amongst feminists in the 1960s and 1970s. The steep decline in agrarian produce and livelihood security in rural areas has caused migration of rural people to urban areas. The number of women domestic workers is constantly growing in the informal sector of urban India. Domestic work has remained unorganized, unrecognized and unrewarding for the domestic workers. The domestic workers are denied of minimum wages, healthy work period, safe working conditions and other benefits in the absence of trade unions and state intervention. The women domestic workers do not have support networks and civil society support under the existing circumstances. They experience exploitative situations and multi-faceted abuses. The national and international legal instruments are largely ineffective under the existing circumstances

Abstract: The "Disease Prediction" method focuses on predictive modeling to forecast the user's disease based on input symptoms. This method analyzes the symptoms provided by the user and outputs the likelihood of the disease using a random forest classifier. The system collects data from various health-related websites, ensuring real and accurate symptom data without any dummy values. The preprocessing phase involves cleaning and standardizing the data, followed by splitting it into training and testing sets. The model is built using the random forest algorithm, which excels in handling both structured and unstructured data. The prediction phase leverages a Flask framework to interface the model with users, providing them with a convenient and efficient way to input symptoms and receive disease likelihood predictions. This approach not only saves time and cost associated with doctor visits but also provides early detection and management of chronic diseases. The system achieves an average prediction accuracy probability of 95%, demonstrating its potential to improve healthcare accessibility and decision-making.

Potholes are a serious risk to both public safety and the economy, but finding them usually requires labor- intensive, time-consuming manual inspections. This research explores the deep learning prospects for automated pothole recognition using a synergistic CNN and YOLO approach. For our pothole-detecting research, we have collaborated with CNN and used YOLOv5. These results demonstrate the deep learning prospects for automated pothole detection, which might enhance road safety, minimize car damage, and save maintenance expenses. Future directions that could be explored include pothole severity rating, mobile platform integration, and transfer learning.

Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, also known as the "Night-Flowering Jasmine," has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In this study, we developed an antioxidant face serum incorporating Nyctanthes arbor-tristis extract as the primary active ingredient. The serum was formulated to protect the skin from oxidative stress, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and improve skin elasticity and firmness. The Nyctanthes arbor-tristis extract-based serum significantly scavenged free radicals, reduced inflammation, and improved skin hydration. This novel formulation offers a natural and effective solution for promoting skin health and protection, making it an attractive addition to the growing market of natural and organic skincare products. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis Linn, also referred to as Parijat or night jasmine, is one such plant. This plant, which belongs to the Oleaceae family, grows natively in tropical and subtropical climates across the globe. It has several therapeutic and pharmacological qualities, although being mainly valued for its aesthetic qualities. Each portion of this significant traditional plant from India has therapeutic significance and a variety of pharmacological effects, including antibacterial, antifungal, antipyretic, antihistaminic, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Vitamin B12 deficiency in early childhood is an important cause of neurodevelopmental delay and regression. Most of these cases occur in exclusively breast-fed infants of deficient mothers. Symptoms and signs of vitamin B12 deficiency appear between the ages of 2 to 12 months and include vomiting, lethargy, failure to thrive, hypotonia, and arrest or regression of developmental skills. Approximately one half of this cases exhibit abnormal movements, variously described as tremors, twitches, chorea, or myoclonus. Urinary concentrations of methylmalonic acid and homocysteine are characteristically elevated in vitamin B12 deficiency. Hyperglycinuria is sometimes present. The early diagnosis and treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency is crucial for significant neurological impairment and long-term prognosis. Treatment with vitamin B12 corrects these metabolic abnormalities very rapidly (within a few days). Vitamin B12 supplementation of pregnant women may prevent neurological and neuroradiological findings of the infants. Because of the importance of vitamin B12 in the development of the foetal and neonatal brain, vegetarian and vegan mothers should be aware of the severe and not fully-reversible damages caused by insufficient nutritional intake of vitamin B12 during pregnancy and lactation. Therefore, efforts should be directed to prevent its deficiency in pregnant and breastfeeding women on vegan diets and their infants. It is also important to take the nutritional history of both infants and their mothers for the early prevention and treatment. Here an interesting case of vitamin B12 deficiency in a 10-month- old boy presented with psychomotor regression, hypotonia and lethargy.

The novel The Palace of Illusions is an extremely engrossing story of Draupadi, who is an embodiment of strength and sacrifice. The paper examines the illusion and the reality in the novel. The novel is the retelling of epic Mahabharata from the feminist view. Draupadi, who is the mouthpiece of the novelist, posed a strong role. The story is about the epic Mahabharata, which is a bundle of lessons and learning for the whole mankind. The feminist perspective is also discussed in the paper, that how patriarchy portrays the objectification of the women. Draupadi is also treated as a possession in the game of dice and how she is easily won by Kauravas. The humiliation and the violence that is faced by Draupadi are similar to the violence faced by women of contemporary times.

The Indian Railways, known for its extensive network, transports millions of passengers daily, emphasizing importance of passenger safety (Martis & Daniel, 2023). Loco pilots play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely operation of trains, facing long hours, irregular schedules, and heavy workloads that contribute to occupational stress. This study focuses on loco pilots' perceptions of occupational stress, job satisfaction, and their well-being, gaining an understanding of the causes, symptoms, challenges, and coping strategies associated with occupational stress. The objectives of the present study were: 1) To ascertain from loco pilots (both male and female) their: (a) perception of their wellbeing (b) meaning of the term occupational stress (c) causes of occupational stress at workplace (d) emotional symptoms of occupational stress; 2) To elicit from loco pilots (both male and female) the occupational stress related challenges or difficulties faced by them: (a) in maintaining family relationships (b) while operating locomotive; 3) To identify from loco pilots (both male and female): (a) actions that a loco pilot or individual should take in order to minimize or avoid occupational stress at the workplace (b) the respondent's perception of action taken by Railways to reduce or avoid occupational stress at workplace (c) factors influencing job satisfaction at workplace; 4) To develop guidelines to promote the wellbeing of loco pilots based on the review of literature and the data obtained from the objectives. Descriptive method of research design was used. The total sample consisted of 65 loco pilots. When asked about the meaning of the term "occupational stress" as loco pilots working in Indian Railways, a large majority of them mentioned it as a heavy responsibility for operating the train (78%), while little more than half of them mentioned poor employment conditions (55%). Regarding actions Railways should take to reduce occupational stress, majority of loco pilots reported regular assessment of workload distribution (61%), while little more than half suggested granting approval for leave requests (54%). Additionally, little less than half mentioned conducting regular stress management workshops (48%). Little more than one third of the loco pilots reported having sightly low wellbeing (35%) while little more than quarter reported moderate (32%). However, only a few of the loco pilots reported high wellbeing (11%). This study therefore provides us with the wellbeing and job satisfaction of loco pilots working for Indian Railways and contributes by providing guidelines to promote the wellbeing of loco pilots
