Early and effective reperfusion of acute myocardial infarction (MI) has resulted in a substantial decline in the incidence of mechanical complications, including ventricular septal rupture which is frequently associated with cardiogenic shock (12% of patients). Hemodynamic stabilization, in most cases using an intra-aortic counter-pulse balloon, is the first step in the care. Then, the decision of a surgical or percutaneous closure and its timing should be evaluated within the heart team, allowing a decrease of mortality to 30-40% at 30 days. We present a case of anterior AMI complicated by apical VSD and cardiogenic shock, highlighting the role of echocardiography in the diagnosis of this critical complication.

In this paper, we consider an optomechanical system containing, a cavity field and Coulomb interaction effects. In this work, we theoretically present an indicative enhancement of the steady-state Entanglement in an optomechanical system. We observe the various effects of Entanglements between optical cavity systems by taking the pump field power for different coulomb coupling parameters. Quantum Entanglement is observed by calculating fluctuations of position and momentum parameters. We also verified the maximum entanglement for this System for experimental data. The Entanglement is enhanced by increasing the strength of Coulomb interaction effects. In our study, we successfully enhance the footstep of steady-state optomechanical entanglement to improve quantum communication like optical Switching. Our study is necessary to achieve quantum computing and also for long-range quantum communication.

Culverts are the structures which are used when the path of water in the natural stream crosses roads, railway lines, flyovers etc. They are normally cheaper than bridges, which make them the natural stream passes through channels. In this work, the review of various authors and their views in the design and analysis of culvert with software approach and comparison between software and manual approach has shown. The IS standard requirements in the design manual for roads and bridges (IRC-6-2000, IS 21-2000) is used in the structural designing of concrete culverts. In this paper study about the different classes of IRC loadings and their effect on without and with cushioning conditions imposed on culvert. The pressure cases are then checked for both with cushioning and without cushioning loading cases. The structure designing includes the considerations of pressure cases ( empty, Full, surcharge load) and factors such as Impact load, Braking force, Dispersal of load through fill, Effective width, Coefficients of earth pressure, Live load etc. The structural elements are designed to withstand the maximum bending moments and shear forces respectively. In the present study, this paper provides full discussion on the provisions in the codes, considerations and justifications of all the above aspects of design.

Drawing insights from my doctoral fieldwork experience using naturalistic methods of inquiry with children in street situations, the paper argues for using theoretical frameworks and participatory research methods that enable a dynamic and flexible way to look at children in street situations as capable social actors with agency. The paper uncovers how children in street situations evolved from being passive respondents to co-constructors of knowledge in the research process. I also elaborate on an array of data collection methods falling into the realm of naturalistic inquiry, including semi-walking interviews and projective play activities. Finally, the challenges encountered in the field and reflections are stated.

The Age of Big Data are already running because the traditional data analytics may not be able to handle such large quantities of data. Big data refers to datasets that are not only big, but also high in variety and velocity, which makes them difficult to handle using traditional tools and techniques. Due to the rapid growth of such data, solutions need to be studied and provided in order to handle the extract value and knowledge from these data sets. Furthermore, decision makers need to be able to gain valuable insights from such varied and rapidly changing data, ranging from daily transactions to customer interactions and social network data. Such value can be provided using big data analytics, which is the application of advanced analytics techniques on big data. This paper presents brief introduction of data analytics, architecture of big data, knowledge discovery and big data algorithms.

Nanotechnology is the science that deals with the process that occurs at molecular level and of nano length scale size. Nano refers to the particle size range of 1-1000 nm. Nanosuspensions are coming under nanotechnology. A pharmaceutical Nanosuspension is defined as very finely colloid, biphasic, dispersed solid drug particles in an aqueous vehicle, size below 1?m stabilized by surfactants and polymers prepared by suitable methods for drug delivery applications. It provides efficient delivery of hydrophobic drugs and increases the bioavailability. Nanosuspension is an attractive and promising technology to improve poor solubility and bioavailability of the drugs. This review article describes the methods of preparation, and applications of nanosuspensions in the field of pharmaceuticalsciences.

House is centre and domestic device for mankind's moral and substance development ever since the dawn of civilization. Housing is one of the most important that we human beings need. Adequate housing is essential for human survival with dignity. There are many things that we would find difficult, if not impossible to do without good-quality housing. Housing shortage is an universal phenomenon. It is more acute in developing countries. The housing scenario has become more critical in India in recent years. Banking sector in India is one of the most matured, exceptionally immersed and focused market. It is among the most intense revenue generator in economy pumping immense funds to regulate, stabilize and sustain the economy. Banks helps in procuring tremendous incomes and controlling the expenses within the households. With a goal to drive income, reduce cost, regulate interest rates and maximize profitability retail banking triggered to have a strong hold over customer satisfaction. The factors expected to motivate customer satisfaction are studied using SERVAQUL Model. The fundamental target of the assessment is to make a near investigation of fulfillment of the borrowers from the HDFC and LIC Housing Finance Ltds. It is closed from the examination that HDFC and LIC Housing Finance Ltd has superb staff individuals as far as conduct and the customer satisfaction is a concerned for judging the performance of bank. Further, the administrations of HDFC and LIC Housing Finance Ltd are vastly improved and keep on innovating new technologies to reduce the hazels of clients by time. India has initiated so many housing reform that has taken many forms and manifestations characterized by the reduction in social allocation, cutbacks in public funding and promotion of a real estate culture in close partnership between the state and private actors. Mortgage financing markets can play an important role in stimulating affordable housing markets and improving housing quality in many countries. Unfortunately, these are still in infancy in India. This lack of development often translates into lower homeownership rates or poor housing quality. Most of these problems stem from the central dilemma that the resources are always too limited and housing development heavily depend on the financial institutions such as banks, credit corporations and development banks for the supply of finance to meet their daily financial needs. Against this backdrop, this paper will assess basic nuances of Indian financing system.

To be effective in new way of virtual classes there are certain challenges that are being faced by educators as well as students. In this study we are going to focus on challenge present in higher education during lockdown and suggestion for addressing this concern with agile methods in teaching and learning. Fear of corona infection kept people away from each other. Virtual learning is designed to extend educational experiences. It does not try to replicate them. In virtual learning environments, students access resources and interact in ways they would not in the physical classroom. Online learning is characterized by a structured learning environment, to enhance and expand educational opportunities, providing instruction that is teacher-led is shifted to learner-based, and may be synchronous or asynchronous. building innovative methods in online learning is proving helpful. As traditional face-to-face learning is replaced by virtual there is fear in reopening schools and colleges as mass gatherings can make situation more difficult. Pandemic affected many lives and way of looking at situations. Students have faced challenges in these times such as stress. How we can improve lab-based teaching and learning is objective in this paper.

ABSTRACT- In the present scenario of COVID-19, these promising drugs i.e. remdesivir, dexamethasone and favipiravir are a potential treatment option. The deadly SARS-COV-2 virus caused inflammation to the lungs and in severe cases, it leads to multiple organ failure. WHO approved emergency use of both the drugs for the patient who are hospitalized and require oxygen support. On one side, antiviral properties of remdesivir are used against SARS-COV-2, and on the other side, anti-inflammatory responses of dexamethasone are being utilized to treat the lung infection caused by the viral attack. Like any other drug, remdesivir, and dexamethasone, both have side effects. But, in the hour of need, these two have been reported to decrease the mortality rate. So short-term use of these drugs in critical patients is highly fruitful. Favipiravir is another repurposed antiviral agent that has recently come into the limelight for it's ability to clear the viremia very rapidly in the early part of the illness.

As a result of significant environmental factors such as technological advancements, globalization, and deregulation, the market place is shifting drastically. As a result of these factors, the banking industry is becoming more competitive. Competitive pressure has compelled companies to follow a marketing orientation that needs continuous change as consumer dynamics change, as well as a strategy for coping with market volatility. Until recently, Malaysian banks did not see the need for a marketing department. All of Malaysia's major banks, including Malaysia Commercial Bank, are currently engaged in comprehensive marketing activities. The study's goals are to define the factors that have led to Malaysia Commercial Bank increased marketing activity, evaluate the most important marketing activities, and determine the benefits of increased marketing activities. In the last 15 years, the commercial banking sector has changed significantly. The cost of a key ingredient-money-has been regulated since the beginning of commercial banking sector.
