Abstract-- The current research explores and differentiate between various forms in which NoSQL databases exist. Now a days Facebook, Twitter using Nosql Databases. It examines the need of NoSQL and how they have become an important option to relational databases. NoSQL databases can be categorized into four major classifications which are: key value stores, graph databases, wide column stores, and document stores. These categories are compared on the basis of functional features and non-functional features. The non-functional features include performance, scalability, flexibility, structure and complexity. The functional features include de-normalization, joins, atomicity, aggregation and keys. Then for further analysis, one database is selected from each of these categories that is, MongoDB (document stores), Cassandra (wide column stores), Redis (key value stores), and Neo4j (graph databases). Selected databases are compared on their data model, CAP theorem, distributive properties and other factors. By performing the comparison on non-functional features, it has been found that a document store can be used if high performance, flexibility and scalability are required and if we have represented the data in JSON format. Graph databases can be used when it comes to highly interconnected data and continuously evolving data models. The comparison between MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis and Neo4j concluded that all of them follow horizontal scaling and are schema free. Except Neo4j, others don't have complete ACID properties. Write and delete operations are fast for databases MongoDB, Redis and Cassandra, whereas read operation is comparatively slow in Cassandra. In case of Neo4j, REST performance is similar to MongoDB, whereas embedded is comparatively slow. We also discuss how these databases work in a distributed environment. The role played by a woman has changed tremendously and is making an immense impact in our society today. One such important role that today's women are playing is in the economic development of a nation. Women's empowerment is aided by their engagement in economic activities, which also serves to strengthen the nation's economy. Providing women with equal social and economic opportunities is a crucial step in the empowerment of women process, and encouraging female entrepreneurship is undoubtedly the best course of action. The women will be better able to make their own decisions with financial freedom. In recognition of the significance of women's empowerment and its effects, the government of India and the state governments of various states have begun to prioritise women's entrepreneurship by developing appropriate programmes to encourage women to pursue entrepreneurship and support the survival of already-existing businesses. The employment and commercial settings are greatly impacted by the presence of women in the workforce leading small and entrepreneurial organisations. The article primarily focuses on the role played by women entrepreneurs in the economic and social empowerment of women, as well as the support offered by the Indian government and Indian banks through their different programmes, incentives, and marketing initiatives. The study also makes an effort to identify the Assam Government's assistance in fostering women entrepreneurship in the state. The information used in the study was gathered from secondary sources, including books, journals, newspaper articles, websites, and research papers. To enable women to engage in entrepreneurial activities, a friendly climate must be developed, and for which Government will have to play a dominant and crucial role.

India is mainly an agricultural country. Agriculture is the most important occupation for the most of the Indian families. It plays vital role in the development of agricultural country. In India, agriculture contributes about 16% of total GDP and 10% of total exports. Water is main resource for agriculture. Irrigation is one method to supply water but in some cases there will be lot of water wastage. So, in this regard to save water and time we have proposed project titled automatic irrigation system using iot. In this proposed system we are using various sensors like temperature, humidity, soil moisture sensors which senses the various parameters of the soil and based on soil moisture value land gets automatically irrigated by ON/OFF of the motor. These sensed parameters and motor status will be displayed on user android application.

Composite Columns are constructed using various combination of structural steel and concrete in and attempt to utilize the beneficial properties of each material mainly tree types composite columns has been widely applied to industrial building that required large size columns and fast construction are use in rise building construction. Experimental study on the behavior of concrete filled steel tubular columns (CFST) axially loaded in compression to failure. Shear connector of nominal diameter 6 mm and a length of 80.3 mm. The bolt holes in the pipes were used of one mm oversized to facilitate erection adjustments. The results show that the use of high strength infill concrete is much more effective to get extra strength with same size of CFST column and use of shear connector increases the strength of column with the same size of column dimensions give a D/T ratio of 19.33(circular) and 16.66(square) to avoid local buckling effect. The experimental analysis of the data was done using the Regression analysis and an equation was developed in order to correlate the strength between shear and non-shear component of the Composite member. The developed equation can thus predict the behavior of the column without actual testing.

Background Smoking is an escalating public health problem especially in a developing country like India. Active smoking has been associated with endothelial dysfunction an high lipid profile including lower levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Thus lipid profile is a simple investigation which helps estimate future cardiovascular morbidity and mortality among smokers Method Laboratory investigations are done in 50 subjects and their Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, and HDL-C are estimated. LDL-C and VLDL are calculated by using friedewald formula This is a retrospective study done in biochemistry department of Lourdes Hospital Ernakulam, Kerala during three month period. Result In the present study, the results showed that the serum level of total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C, and VLDL-C were significantly higher in smokers as compared to non-smokers. Conclusion India is one of the largest consumers of tobacco in the world. Addition of tobacco smoking is related with many health hazards. Nicotine of tobacco can be attributed to changes in lipid profile and atherogenic complications due to increasing the atherogenic lipoprotein(LDL-c) with a further decrease in antiatherogenic lipoprotein(HDL), such changes are associated to occurrence of cardiovascular disease with high risk of morbidity even mortality. So smokers should be counseled about health hazards of smoking and encouraged to quit smoking and adapt healthy lifestyle to improve the life.

Oral delivery of drugs is by far the most preferable route of drug delivery due to the ease of administration, patient compliance and flexibility in formulation, etc. from immediate release to site-specific delivery, oral dosage forms have really progressed. Floating Delivery will provide advantages such as the delivery of drugs with narrow absorption window in the small intestinal region. Also, longer residence time in the stomach could be advantageous for local action in the upper part of the small intestine, for example treatment of peptic ulcer disease. Furthermore, improve bio availability is expected for drugs that are absorbed readily upon release in the GI tract.

Tropical diseases affect the world's poorest countries. The area of the globe between Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn is known as the tropical region. Due to geographical and climatic regions such as hot and humid climates and heavy rainfalls, conditions become favourable for vectors and carriers which cause these diseases. Another division of tropical diseases is Neglected tropical diseases (NTD's) because they lack research and development for their eradication. The WHO has recognized 17 diseases as NTD's caused by bacteria, parasites, protozoa, and viruses. Nanocarrier-based novel drug delivery systems (NDDS) or Nano medicine is an emerging field that works on nanosized particles for the treatment of chronic human diseases, diagnosis, and tissue regeneration. Due to limitations of conventional drug therapies like toxicity, unusual pharmacokinetic profiles, there is a need to reformulate available drugs. Importantly, NDDS can boost drug stability and water solubility, increase circulation time, promote drug uptake/entry into target cells or tissues, and decrease enzyme degradation, thus increasing drug safety and efficacy. This review article contains factors prevailing tropical diseases, current drug therapies and challenges associated with them, importance of nanobased therapeutics, types of nanotherapeutics used in treatment of NTD's. This review article also contains overview of different types of nanocarriers used in therapy and nanotechnology based case studies. It is a challenging task to develop new drugs for tropical diseases because a huge investment of time and money is required which is a much risky task.

This paper gives the idea to develop Aiming to address the growth and the integration of renewable sources and electronic loads, different types of dc-dc topologies with specific feature shave been proposed, going from medium frequency isolated Modular Multilevel Converter. This project presents the theoretical study and simulation validation of a PFC based AC DC using MMC converter applications. This topology is based on the modular multilevel converter (MMC) and employs the concepts of interleaving converters and integrated power stages. A single magnetic element operating at medium frequency is employed to perform galvanic isolation and coupling between the grid-side and load-side converters. The main characteristics of the structure are derived from the aforementioned characteristics, such as passive elements operating with an effective frequency higher than the switching frequency, minimized current ripples at high frequency, as well as reduced volume and weight.

Nearly everywhere in the world has seen negative economic growth as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic that has been present since December 2019 (in China) and March 2020 (in Indonesia). This also applies to Indonesia. In order to stop the covid-19 virus from spreading, the community's economic movement was restricted (PSBB), which resulted in this negative economic growth. PSBB has an impact on lowering household consumption. Consumption is one of the key drivers of overall spending and significantly contributes to economic expansion. There are both objective and subjective elements that affect household consumption. Using a literature review, it was determined what degree of consumption households would experience during a pandemic. The analyses' findings back the Keynesian theory, which holds that disposable income will have a substantial impact on household consumption during the COVID-19 epidemic

Scrub typhus is a bacterial infection caused by the Orientia tsutsugamushi bacteria. The illness can cause anything from a fever to serious multi-organ malfunction. Clinical symptoms and antibody serological testing, which have low sensitivity and specificity, are used to make the diagnosis. Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) are only infrequently linked to scrub typhus. In this study, we describe a 62 year old female who had a prolonged fever without eschar. Following the negative results of normal tests, she was identified as having scrub typhus. After receiving dexamethasone, enhanced life support, and anti-rickettsial medication, the patient, who had progressed to HLH and MODS, made a successful Furthermore, we provide a brief review of the literature on scrub typhus and its complicationsrecovery. The illness can cause anything from a minor fever to many system dysfunctions. The most pathognomonic symptom is an eschar. Despite their poor sensitivity and specificity, clinical symptoms and serological tests (such as the Weil-Felix test) are employed to diagnose scrub typhus. Alternative testing include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), polymerase chain reactions (PCR), serum immunoglobulinM (IgM) and immunoglobulinG (IgG) antibodies. mNGS, or metagenomic next generation sequencing, is a cutting-edge approach for locating unique pathogenic diseases. Scrub typhus cases have only seldom been confirmed by mNGS up to this point. Scrub typhus cases have been recorded more frequently in recent years. Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) linked with scrub typhus have only been described in a small number of investigations. In the rare and fatal hyperinflammatory disease known as HLH, T lymphocytes and macrophages are overactive, while natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes are depleted. This leads to various organ dysfunction caused by cytokine-mediated multiple histiocytic phagocytosis of blood cells. Genetic mutations are the root cause of primary HLH. Immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, infections, and malignancies are the primary causes of secondary HLH. In this case report, scrub typhus without eschar was determined by immunoglobulins . The patient developed HLH and MODS but showed clinical improvement. We also analysed the clinical characteristics, diagnostic approaches, therapeutic approaches, and clinical results of scrub typhus and associated HLH.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM III- R) Included PMS among the ,,proposed Diagnostic Categories Needing Further Study" under the Name of Late Luteal Phase Dysphoric Disorder (LLPDD) and established among its diagnostic Criteria the need for daily prospective symptoms self-ratings during at least two cycles for Confirmation. In this paper, we discuss anxiety level of the adolescent girls about premenstrual syndrome. The main study was conducted at government girl's Higher Secondary school Thiruvandarkoil, Puducherry. The period of data collection was 1 week, and the data were collected from the 60 adolescent's girls by using questionnaires and anxiety scale. Convenience sampling technique was used. The findings shows that Majority of the adolescent girls 50(83.3%) had Moderate level of anxiety towards on Premenstrual Syndrome and 14(23.3%) had low level of Anxiety towards on Premenstrual Syndrome and the mean and standard deviation the level of Anxiety towards on Premenstrual Syndrome among adolescent girls is (10.75+2.096) Re The study shows that Majority of the adolescent girls have moderate level of Anxiety..
