The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in India proposes significant reforms and changes in the education system. It focuses on the overall development of future citizens and includes higher education, school education, vocational education, and early childhood care. However, the implementation of these reforms presents several issues and challenges that require attention. The key problems identified include inadequate funding, a lack of infrastructure, a shortage of trained teachers, resistance to change, and language barriers. Socio-economic and cultural diversity are the biggest challenges in implementing this policy. This paper provides a review of the problems and challenges of implementing the NEP 2020 and suggests possible solutions. The paper will try to suggest solutions, such as increasing public investment in education, incentivizing private sector participation, leveraging technology, promoting multilingualism, and improving teacher training and professional development. The successful implementation of the NEP 2020 will require sustained political will, investment, and coordination among stakeholders.

Mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, which affects our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It also plays a crucial role in handling stress, relating to others, and making decisions. Mental health is important at all stages of life. The World Health Organization reports that one in four people worldwide will experience mental disorders at some point in their lives. Risk factors for mental illness include stressful life situations, traumatic events, and the use of illegal drugs. Yoga is a potential tool for individuals to cope with stress and regulate their emotions. It trains the mind and body to achieve emotional balance. We argue that children and young people need such tools to listen inward to their bodies, feelings, thoughts, and ideas, as yoga can help them develop in sound ways, strengthen themselves, and become contributing social beings. In today's world, children and young people face numerous expectations and constant stimulation through the internet and other media technologies. Globalization exposes individuals to various new demands, standards, and options, leading to increased pressure to succeed in all phases of life, thereby affecting mental health. Modern society offers plenty of distractions and unwelcome attractions, especially linked to new media technologies and materialistic things. These factors have become predominant factors affecting mental health. Our study argues that yoga can help individuals cope with stress and contribute positively to balance in life, well-being, and mental health. Current research literature suggests that yoga can genuinely improve mental well-being. Incorporating yoga into an individual's life can improve resilience, mood, and self-regulation skills related to emotions and stress.

Currently, researchers use modern analytical techniques in a unique perspective of physical pharmacy to analyze the phase composition of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and have discovered that natural nanoparticles commonly exist in decoctions. This study aims to isolate and characterize the structure and composition of nanoparticles in Naoluo Xintong (NLXT) and investigate whether the brain protection effect of NLXT is closely related to NLXT-Nanoparticles (NLXT-NPs). Firstly, the dialysis-centrifugation method was used to separate the nanoparticles and then their size distribution, potential, and morphology were characterized. In addition, infrared spectroscopy and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometer (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) technology were used to analyze the composition of nanoparticles. As for the pharmacodynamic experiment, Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into sham, Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, NLXT, NLXT with nanoparticles removing (NLXT-RN), NLXT-RN+Nanoparticles (NLXT-RN+NPs), and NLXT-NPs groups. After administration, the neurological function, histopathological changes, oxidative stress, and apoptosis level were measured. Our research showed that NLXT-NPs are mainly composed of polysaccharides, proteins, and saponins, with typical characteristics of two hundred-nanometer size and negatively loaded. NLXT can improve nerve function, reduce oxidative stress, and inhibit cell apoptosis. However, removing nanoparticles can significantly reduce the brain-protective effect of NLXT, which indicates that NLXT-NPs play an essential role in the efficacy of NLXT.

Richard Wright is one among famous writers from African American Literature. His novels are deeply rooted in the themes of racism and Poverty. This project is to study some short stories written by Wright as effects of colonialism. It is to trace the torment inflicted upon the black people who live in America. To analyse the narrative in terms of revealing the inner conflict of both the coloniser and the colonised. To critically examine the modes of resistance used by the African Americans to resist oppression. To analyse the historical reflexivity in the stories and also its relevance in the Contemporary society.

To look at the relationship between young individuals emotions of loneliness and social media addiction. The study comprised individuals from all around India who were between the ages of 19 to 26. The majority of participants are from north-eastern India, specifically Nagaland. The remaining were dispersed using an online technique among the states of India, encompassing the north, south, and north-east areas. There were 159 young people in the sample, ranging in age from 19 to 26. A target population consisting of 60 men and 80 women. Young individuals were given questionnaires via Google form as part of the data collection procedure. The study provides evidence supporting the hypothesis that higher levels of social media addiction are associated with increased feelings of loneliness among young adults. The findings underscores the need for further research into the mechanisms underlying this relationship and suggests implications for interventions aimed at promoting healthier social media habits to mitigate potential negative impacts on mental well-being, particularly in terms of loneliness.

Exfoliation, deep pore cleansing agents, and skin care products are formulated all beneficial to treat acne as the buildup leads to the formation of cysts, black and white heads, and other skin-damaging growths. A foam cleansing composition is enhanced in cleaning as the foams are generated actively, despite the need for an additional physical force. As a result, the daily routine necessitates fewer efforts. Based on the chemical characteristics, natural ingredients such as aloe vera, turmeric, neem oil, and rosehip oil have been chosen. They have strong antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties, based on recent research. These substances are deemed to have the active compounds that can successfully resolve the problem in daily lives. The principle behind the creation of the face wash was that it should be used responsibly, because of its transparency skin disruption or scarring are prevented. Various constituent concentrations are used to create formulations, which are then analysed. According to our research, our product performs well without creating allergies or agitation and is stable at room temperature (spreads well throughout a pH range of 5-7).

"Janani Janmobhumischa Swargadapi Gariyasi"(Bhagabat Puran). Every Bengali had respect for this quote. They respected the birthplace as a mother. The present work attempts a detailed study of Swadeshi Movement and Swadeshi Initiative in Uttar Dinajpur district with special reference to Raiganj subdivision. Fearing the political activism of the people of Bengal, the then Governor General Lord Curzon planned the partition of Bengal. Lord Curzon wanted to weaken and disperse the people of Bengal politically through the partition of Bengal. When the partition of Bengal took effect on 16 October 1905, a large movement was formed throughout Dinajpur and Bengal. From British products to Government Offices, Courts, School, Colleges, everything were boycotted. The people of Bengal took various Swadeshi Initiative. Raiganj in the undivided Dinajpur district was no exception. Raiganj's renowned lawyer Kuloda Kanta Ghosh led the Anti-Partition of Bengal Movement in the whole of Raiganj. "Arandhan Diwas" was celebrated under the leadership of Kuloda Kanta Ghosh in Raiganj. Swadeshi Banks, Bookstores, Educational Institution, various stores etc. were built on the soil of Raiganj. When the Swadeshi Movement was going on all over Bengal as well as India, the revolutionary educational institution "Raiganj Coronation High School" was established under the chairmanship of the Kuloda Kanta Ghosh. Many students of this school were involved in "Dinajpur Anushilan Samiti". The students of this school have made an undeniable contribution to the Freedom Movement of India.

English as a foreign language poses many difficulties to teach and to learn; the problem gets further intense when English has to be used as a medium of instruction to teach other subjects. There is a definite need to support foreign language learners by extending the learning and instruction outside the classroom. There is a growing realization of the role of social media in learning / teaching especially of English language. Handheld devices like mobiles and tablets, laptops and desktops are all possible means to access social media apps. Such social media apps along with search engines and conferencing apps form an essential tool kit for learning and instruction outside the physical classrooms. Mobiles and internet have become popular for eLearning due to their features such as ubiquity, interactivity and portability. A lot of research has been done globally on the student's perspective for the use of extended English language learning outside the classroom through social media apps and audio / video conferencing, a study on the experiences and observations of the teachers on teaching through such means revealed that teachers perceive social media and eLearning very useful and effective for English learning and instruction. Teachers find such means definitely useful for the preparation and conduct of the classes. While social media and eLearning for teaching English is not without some drawbacks, the positives of such means for ELT far outweigh the negatives. This paper describes the use of social media in English Classroom and proposes a practical way to make the best use of it.

Regardless of a person's gender, gender equality is a crucial idea that supports justice and fairness in treatment. It encompasses the notion that all people, regardless of gender identity, should have equal access to opportunities, rights, and responsibilities. Institutional barriers and cultural practices that sustain bias and stereotypes need to be addressed in order to attain gender parity. It means creating a welcoming environment where individuals may thrive on the basis of their abilities and attributes rather than being limited by gender stereotypes. In addition to being a matter of social justice, implementing gender parity is a catalyst for economic and social progress. In summary, attaining gender parity necessitates a thorough and systemic strategy rather than just tackling discrete problems. It calls for the demolition of deeply embedded cultural norms and prejudices that support discrimination against women. Adopting a comprehensive approach entails putting in place laws that support equitable chances for work, education, and leadership positions as well as encouraging a cultural movement towards tolerance and respect for a range of gender identities. Governments, corporations, communities, and people must work together to confront and alter the systems that uphold injustice in order to achieve gender parity.
