Blind stick is an innovative stick designed for visually disabled people for improved navigation. The blind stick is integrated with ultrasonic sensor along with light and water sensing. Our proposed project first uses ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles ahead using ultrasonic waves. On sensing obstacles the sensor passes this data to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then processes this data and calculates if the obstacle is close enough. If the obstacle is not that close the circuit does nothing. If the obstacle is close the microcontroller sends a signal to sound a buzzer. One more feature is that it allows the blind to detect if there is light or darkness in the room. The system has one more advanced feature integrated to help the blind find their stick if they forgot where they kept it. A wireless RF based remote is used for this purpose. Pressing the remote button sounds a buzzer on the stick which helps the blind person to find their stick. Thus this system allows obstacle detection as well as finding stick if misplaced by visually disabled people. This goal has been realized through the use of an ultrasonic sensor to determine the range of obstacles and also a microcontroller to act accordingly. The system includes a warning system through voice rendering and through the generation of vibration. The life of blind people is very difficult and challenging, This stick will be embedded by sensor to senses any object or human in front of them.

In this paper, we derive a concept from the study of the various ideas and put forward a concept to help differently abled means disabled person to communicate by using a real-time visual-audio translator human computer interface, as by this the difficulty is to be removed. As the human evolved through the ages the communicating factors and medium can as they learn that it is important to communicate as to develop, to express the thoughts and convey the ideas, innovation, imagination and creativity with the fellow beings. As by the ages the modes changes naturally first non-verbal then verbal it was all in nature be we have to progress, but by this a little but the significant population of people is been barred, as in this only country about at the most 3% people cannot speak as they are dumb or they cannot listen as by this they are deaf, and at the least 2% of the population is blind that is they cannot see. Hence the gestures and sign language is the non-verbal mode of communication for deaf or dumb people but by this all the people who have not familiar with this knowledge with them the communication can be barred by this means there have been to remove this barrier, a medium is develop by this the hand gesture is taken as input from the camera and then the image is been processed this is called image processing (with tensorflow) and the after that the gesture is recognized and text on the screen is been displayed and as for output the gesture which is recognized is been given out in the form of the sound (voice) from the speaker by this a dumb or deaf person can communicate with blind person. For another conversation from blind person to dumb or deaf person, as the blind person can speak in this the input is taken as speech from the microphone and then the speech recognition takes place and then the text is given out as on the screen which can be read by the dumb or deaf person as they can see, in this Speech processing is used. By this application interface our aim which is to have communication between two disabled person and also between disabled person and other person can be done, as the system provide us the new innovation, been natural, user friendly and not so complicated in the way of interaction between computer interface and human beings.

Purpose: To report an unusual case of ARN syndrome during primary varicella infection in an adult. Methods: A 33-year-old man with a history of a recent primary varicella infection transmitted by his son, consulting with redness, pain and reduced visual acuity in the right eye. The eye examination revealed a panuveitis with a whitish retinal focus, located at the extreme periphery. VZV serology shows positive anti-VZV antibody. The search for the chickenpox genome in aqueous humor also came back positive. Results: Given the context, the diagnosis of varicella panuveitis retinal necrosis is therefore established. The patient is put on oral valaciclovir (1g every 8 hours), topical corticosteroids and mydriatic eye drops. The evolution is marked by regression of inflammation, the gradual improvement of visual acuity up to 20/20 and healing of the necrotic lesion. Conclusion: Earlier diagnosis and effective treatment improves the prognosis of ocular inflammation. In the context of chickenpox with ocular manifestations, acute retinal necrosis should be rigorously investigated. A dilated fundus with a good examination of the retinal periphery is essential.

Bearings have important function in support and guiding of a movable object with respect to some stationary structure. In case of conventional axial bearings, need of lubrication, wear and tear, friction, temperature rise due to friction plays important role in efficiency of system. Life of components reduces with wear and tear. Magnetic bearing system overcomes and focuses on reducing these factors so as to increase efficiency of system. Non-contact type axial bearing is designed which is non-contact type, tends to negligible frictional losses with increasing efficiency of system. Also wear and tear will be less which will increase life of components. Interaction of magnets is of main concern in designing such system. Feasible and easy to calculate solution is found and used while calculating magnetic force between magnets. Also considered using an electromagnetic radial bearing to sustain radial loads produced in system and to keep rotating component in line with axis without contact. Further MATLAB software is used for effective and accurate calculation. Experimental magnetic force calculation is carried out to validate the theoretical results. Further non-contact type axial bearing system is designed.

The primary goal of this project is to use ETABS to analyse and design G + 6 buildings in a variety of seismic zones and soil types. All four zones and three types of soils have been taken into account in this project. ETABS (Extended Three Dimensional Analysis of Building System) is a software that includes all of the major analysis engines, including static, dynamic, linear, and non-linear, and is used to analyse and design buildings in particular. The goal of this research is to use Response spectrum analysis to investigate the behaviour of a G+6 building that has been subjected to an earthquake load. For all possible load combinations, we looked at a G + 6 storey building. [Dead, Live &Seismic loads]. Seismic loads were taken as per IS 1893: 2016. The analysis of a G + 6 building under various load combinations was our final project. As specified in the plan, we considered a commercial structure. From the ground to the sixth floor, the height is 3.5 m is the height of the floor. Self-weight, dead loads were applied to the structure under the load case details of load, live load, and seismic loads Seismic load calculations were performed using the following software: ETABS. 1893-2016 IS (part-1). The beam and column members' cross-sections were assigned, and the materials were specified. The structure's base supports were also specified as fixed.

This paper presents the enhancement of power quality for a microgrid system at distribution level using Shunt active power filter. The main objective of this paper is to identify a suitable pulse generation technique for obtaining a better compensation capability of shunt active power filter. The compensation capability of the device is mainly depends on the regulation of DC link capacitor voltage. Conventionally fixed hysteresis current control technique has been used. To raise the performance of shunt active power filter, an adaptive hysteresis current control technique has been proposed here. The performance of proposed technique has been verified for different operating condition in the platform of MA TLAB/SIMULINK model.

Ecotourism is one of the evolving concepts in tourism in India. The fondness of people toward spending their holidays quietly away from the busy city life and close to nature has greatly increased in recent years. Several studies on tourism have pointed that ecotourism considerably impacts the normal life of local communities living in the adjacent regions of ecotourism spots in more than one aspect. In this study, the impacts of ecotourism on the social, economic, cultural, ecological factors and sustainable development of community and upliftment of the standard of living of community members in the regions around ecotourism projects are explored. The sample of respondents of the study included 300 community members living in the regions adjacent and the ecotourism locations. The study was conducted in three ecotourism locations in the state of Andhra Pradesh like Nallamalai Jungle Camp, Orvakal Rock Garden, and Belum Caves. A descriptive study was adopted and data were collected from the community members to study their perception of ecotourism and how it impacts their everyday life. The results of the empirical findings revealed that ecotourism has significantly impacted the community in terms of different factors like social, cultural, economic, and ecological factors. The study has several implications for the promotion and development of ecotourism and enhancement of quality-of-life community members living in those eco-tourism regions.

A brief outline of the back ground of the Baptist Mission needs to be discussed. It was a strange providence that gave to Rev.Samuel S Day the undevided honour of being the founder of the Telugu Baptist mission in Telugus. Baptist Board appointed Rev.Samuel S.Day and Rev. E.L.Abbott to open a Mission among the Telugus on 22, September,1835.1 But Rev. E.L.Abbott was sent to Burma. On 27th February, 1840 Rev.Samuel S.Day along with his wife arrived at Nellore after serving for some years at Vizag, Srikakulam, Madras and established the Telugu Baptist Mission. Six years of his faithful labors had so little apparent results that the supporters in America were planning to give up the Telugu work as hopeless.
