The terms radicalisation, violent extremism and all other associated processes evade a universally accepted definition. In most definitions, radicalisation is understood as a process and violent extremism is taken as an ideology. Essentially, when a person is a violent extremist, she/he can advocate and use violence as a means to achieve her/his ideological or political goals. However, there is no unilinear process from radicalization to violent extremism. From the perspective of radicalisation, the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir remains the most intractable problem for India. The Wahhabi ideology is used to indoctrinate young minds with conflict-driven narratives. This alien idea is inimical to the historic cultural traditions of the Kashmiri people and society. Many times, the radical ideology makes the traditional Kashmiri and Indian practices taboo to Islam. The penetration of the 'Arabised' version of Islam is deep and wide. On the other hand, the counter-radicalisation and-radicalisation efforts are sparse and non-coordinated. There are certainly good examples, even the goodwill activities taken up by the Indian army helped in empowering vulnerable individuals and communities, which can be seen as an indirect example. In recent times, some monumental steps were taken by the government of India which also contribute positively to the counter-radicalisation narrative (e.g revocation of Article 370). Unlike other places, the process of radicalization in Kashmir is also part of a 'proxy war' waged by foreign powers against India. The direct funding and support of the foreign powers make the traditional methods of deradicalisation less effective in this Union Territory.

This paper study and explore the viewpoint under which older adults (aged 60 and above) can be considered as a minority in the prevailing digital world. Older adults came across information and digital content through the digital media even though they are not fully capable of understanding such information and contents. Though the number of digital media or the internet users among senior citizens rise exclusively in the recent years, they still account to be the lesser number in comparison with age group younger than them. A qualitative form of in-depth interview was conducted among 11 respondents. Samples were collected among older adults who have access to the internet living inside the state of Mizoram under which every districts of Mizoram are present. The questions include the process in which older adults are represented in the digital media, limitations of content available for older adults and their views on the digital media. The findings showed that older adults are underrepresented in the internet; digital divide occurred which was influence by their socioeconomic background and content limitations lead to deprivation in knowledge and self-learning.

Experiments were performed at the Department of Food and Agricultural Engineering, to investigate the use of ginger powder in the preparation of biscuits. The gingers were purchased at a local market. The ginger was meticulously sorted, washed, peeled, sliced, dried, and ground into powder. Ginger contains high number of dietary fibers, minerals. In the following ratios, finger millet flour (ragi) and whole wheat flour (atta) were successfully combined: 100:0, 70:30, 50:50, 30:70, 0:100, and each category was spiced with 5g and 10g concentrations of ginger powder (Zingiber officinale). These readings were then subjected to an analysis of functional properties. Standard methods were used to determine the approximate compositions of the various samples used in biscuit preparation. To determine the acceptability of biscuits, physicochemical analysis and sensory evaluation were performed. Sensory analysis was performed on the results, which included colour, flavour, taste, texture, and overall acceptability. The readings were analyzed for physical properties such as diameter, thickness, and spread ratio. The biscuits were subjected to analytical and chemical testing to determine moisture content (%), ash content (%), fat content (%), protein content (%), and crude fibre content (%). On the basis of nutritional value, biscuits at a ratio of 70:30:10 (T4) sample is highly acceptable because it contains more fibre than other samples. On the basis of sensory and physical evaluation, biscuits at a ratio of 70:30:10 (T4) sample received a high score for overall acceptability.

In order to prevent failure and collapse in the event of a severe earthquake or the addition of more weight on buildings, masonry walls need to be reinforced before either scenario may occur. It is probable that the strength of the masonry walls of the structure will need to be strengthened in order for the restoration procedure to be completed successfully. Masonry walls that are not reinforced have a high compressive strength, but these walls are brittle and extremely weak when exposed to the action of lateral loads, which causes tension in the walls. Masonry walls may be reinforced using steel or concrete ties. When tensional forces are put on a masonry wall, there is an increased risk that the wall may crack. Masonry walls are susceptible to cracking for a number of reasons, including the base moving, the shaking from earthquakes, and lateral stresses being applied to the structure. After that, in order to make the beams more robust, additional layers of cast-in-place wire mesh and precast ferrocement laminates were added to them. The experimental findings, which were measured in terms of stiffness, have been compared both within and between the groups in order to evaluate the impact of varying the development length and the number of wire-mesh layers. This was done so that we could determine how the length of development affects the stiffness of the material. time required to build a brick masonry beam without using plaster in the construction process.

Biological products are used to treat a wide range of diseases, and the number of biological applications submitted for product approval is on the rise. A biosimilars product's development is more difficult and costly than a small molecule generic product. Biosimilars aren't truly generic medications, but they have a lot in common with the reference biological substance. The Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act of 2009 established a biosimilar pathway in the United States to enhance access to expensive biological therapies. The research included a "Regulatory Prospect for the Registration of Biological Products in the United States" as well as a summary of the biosimilar product development, manufacturing, and approval process. The regulatory framework, [BLA] Biological License Application, is also discussed in this article.

Reducing the environmental effect of steel fibres collected from discarded tyres by making fibre reinforced self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a new problem. Recycled Steel Fibers (RSF) may have a significant impact on the compressive strength and shrinkage behaviour of SCC when used in combination with varying fibre lengths and hybrid content. A total of eight RSFSCC mixtures were created, each with a different mix ratio. To make use of concrete's destroyed coarse aggregates, an inventive solution has been found: SCC, or self-consolidating concrete. Crushing old concrete specimens, beams, slabs, etc., will yield this. Due to a lack of workers in Japan, this strategy was originally used there. As a result, it has grown in popularity and is now considered a trend in the building industry. In many ways, it's like regular concrete in terms of qualities and properties. There is no material segregation and the flowability is excellent. SITU operations are simplified since vibration and other compaction methods are eliminated. The property's durability allows for rehabilitation, such as repair. This project utilises a combination of SCC and RCA in varied amounts. Results are gathered and compared to determine the optimal practise ratio. The compressive strength of SCC when mixed with Recycled Aggregate (RA) decreased at different curing durations. Many additional criteria, including as durability and microscopic inspection, are also covered. In the future, it will be easier to grasp its extent.

Abstract: A novel multilevel inverter with a small number of switching devices is proposed. It consists of an H-bridge and an inverter which outputs multilevel voltage by switching the dc voltage sources in series and in parallel. The proposed inverter can output more numbers of voltage levels in the same number of switching devices by using this conversion. The number of gate driving circuits is reduced, which leads to the reduction of the size and power consumption in the driving circuits. The total harmonic of the output waveform is also reduced. The proposed inverter is driven by the hybrid modulation method. In this paper, the circuit configuration, theoretical operation, Fourier analysis, simulation results with MATLAB/SIMULINK, and experimental results are shown. The experimental results accorded with the simulation results.

India has the largest DNI rating network, with 51 weather stations pre-programmed with the highest commercial quality solar settings. In 2011, the Indian government established this comprehensive solar resource tracking cum meteorological station in the guidance of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy under the Solar Radiation Response Assessment (SRRA) project. Available data from Quality Flag Statistics shows that at 51 stations, some stations are performing well, while others are in need of intensive improvement. In the present study, we focus on specific difficulties and misconceptions observed in the operation of various solar stations in the field, along with some effective solutions to these problems. Evaluation of various Indian solar sites to make a weather measurement methodology is the prime motivation of this study. Weather stations can observe all common phenomena occurring under weather conditions and solar isolation conditions.. For this study, we used various scientific data available from various solar power plants and renewable energy literature. The monitoring of various sites is done for a period of time to get a detailed analysis of the impact of changes in weather conditioning on the solar energy. Significant differences in insolation were found when comparing satellite and ground-based measurements.. At some sites, it was found that the average deviation of solar isolation for a period of 15 days was 40% from the satellite base observation but for the same period of time this deviation is less than 12% when measured from the ground base. The data on wind speed and direction also has been collected from the local weather station. All roofs are equipped with solar panels. The monthly and annual output of the solar system was modeled using various simulation processes. Using a variety of state-of-the-art technologies, a solar power plant with a peak power of 8.3 kW can produce 9.03 MWh per year, and with the addition of thin-film technology it can reach 9.67 MWh per year. It can be concluded that the use of environmentally friendly technologies can lead to low cost development. It has been concluded that sometimes multiple implementations are needed, such as simulating solar power performance. In this study, we also describe a set of measures for the procedure to bridge the gap in insolation installations.

Liposomes are aqueous-cored spherical vesicles composed of phospholipids that can be used as a delivery vehicle. The properties of liposomes are being used in cosmetics such as moisturizers, hair shampoos, creams, lotions, and other goods, resulting in a cosmetic revolution. Essential oils have perfumery properties and their vivid fragrances make them use on a large scale for various perfume in cosmetics, and their constituents have antibacterial effects, but their inherent volatility, which makes them vulnerable to air, light, and temperature, is a limiting factor. As a result, they can be enclosed into vesicles like liposomes for action and preservation. That technique can also prevent their volatile nature. The aim of study was to prepare liposomes with encapsulated essential oil and further, adding them as a suspension to cream so as to formulate liposomal cream.
