ABSTRACT: Nanoemulsion drug delivery systems are advanced modes for delivering and improving the bioavailability of hydrophobic drugs and the drug which have high first pass metabolism. The nanoemulsion can be prepared by both high energy and low energy methods. High energy method includes high-pressure homogenization, microfluidization, and ultrasonication where as low energy methods include the phase inversion emulsification method and the self-nanoemulsification method. Low energy methods should be preferred over high energy methods as these methods require less energy,so are more efficient and do not require any sophisticated instruments. However high energy methods are more favorable for food grade emulsion as they require lower quantities of surfactant than low energy methods. Techniques for formulation of nanoemulsion drug delivery system are overlapping in nature, especially in the case of low energy methods. In this review, we have classified different methods for formulation of nanoemulsion systems based on energy requirements, nature of phase inversion, and self-emulsification.

The paper is based on the prediction of various water borne diseases like Cholera and Typhoid. To do this we are using pH and temperature sensor. This will help us to save many lives due to water borne diseases. We are taking the inputs from the sensor and passes it to the device to analyze the quality of water and predict the percentage of people can be affected by various diseases with the help of machine learning algorithms.

Performance and security are two critical functions of wireless ad-hoc networks (WANETs). Network security ensures the integrity, availability, and performance of WANETs. It helps to prevent critical service interruptions and increases economic productivity by keeping networks functioning properly. Since there is no centralized network management in WANETs, these networks are susceptible to packet drop attacks. In selective drop attack, the neighboring nodes are not loyal in forwarding the messages to the next node. It is critical to identify the illegitimate node, which overloads the host node and isolating them from the network is also a complicated task. In this paper, we present a resistive to selective drop attack (RSDA) scheme to provide effective security against selective drop attack. A lightweight RSDA protocol is proposed for detecting malicious nodes in the network under a particular drop attack. The RSDA protocol can be integrated with the many existing routing protocols for WANETs such as AODV and DSR. It accomplishes reliability in routing by disabling the link with the highest weight and authenticate the nodes using the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm. In the proposed methodology, the packet drop rate, jitter, and routing overhead at a different pause time are reduced to 9%, 0.11%, and 45%, respectively. The packet drop rate at varying mobility speed in the presence of one gray hole and two gray hole nodes are obtained as 13% and 14% in RSDA scheme.

To Design and develop a low-cost air pollution monitoring system. The proposed system alert workers, notify data of polluted area that has been checked for the immediate surroundings. The proposed system has various parameters such as Air Quality, Temperature and Humidity sensors with ESP32 microcontroller which collects and upload data into the cloud using ESP32 Wi-Fi module. The data is transmitted to the cloud platform using MQTT(Message queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol and alerts the user through an application. The proposed system has various applications like in industry where the pollution levels check of dangerous gasses is paramount. Further pollution information is used to alert the workers about the air quality in their surroundings are not good for health.

The feasibility problem is the problem of finding a point in S. The convex optimization problem is the problem of minimizing a convex function over S. We present a new algorithm for the feasibility problem. The notion of a volumetric center of a polytope and a related ellipsoid of maximum volume inscribable in the polytope are central to the algorithm. Our algorithm has a significantly better global convergence rate and time complexity than the ellipsoid algorithm. The algorithm for the feasibility problem easily adapts to the convex optimization problem.

Forced air circulation become more important for heating and cooling of the place of living for more comfortable life. There are several types of Duct namely circular and rectangular used for different purposes. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system designs require good understanding of variation of velocity, pressure and energy throughout the duct in three dimensions. In this paper theoretical analysis has been performed using Ansys-CFX. The physics of the turbulent air flow in duct has been captured by analyzing variation of velocity, pressure, turbulent kinetic energy and wall shear stress in terms of contour plots and graphical plots.

Various anthropogenic activities, whether destructive, conservative or creative, have affected the environmental processes in different ways. Mining is such an anthropogenic activity which is responsible for the alteration of human ecological environment to a great extent. Its Environmental impacts include disruption of vegetation, soil and groundwater. Mining is not only responsible for influencing the quality of land but also have far reaching impacts on air, water, vegetation and human and wildlife.

In e-commerce today, contents available for users to explore are overwhelming as an average e-commerce website is about seventy percent (70%) more than a physical store in a total number of users and items. Thus, there arises the need to filter, prioritize and efficiently deliver relevant information. We use recommender systems for this purpose. Recommender systems are at the forefront of the ways in which content-serving websites like Facebook, Amazon, Spotify, etc. interact with their users. Book Recommendation system is such a recommender system built for book lovers. Using your profile, our system uses Machine Learning methods to provide you with highly personalized book recommendations. We are using a hybrid recommender system in order to provide recommendations from the dataset given by Goodbooks users (ratings and item features). We also offer more "conventional" suggestions that focus solely on the book's strengths. Audiobooks can improve readers' literacy by changing the way they listen, read, and learn. Our system allows users to download the audiobook and enjoy their reading time.

Currently, the differential function has been widely used in transformer protection relay. However, the main issue of this technique is assigned to the relay mis operation during the presence of inrush currents and current transformer (CT) saturation. In the literature, these limitations have been overcome with the use of tools based on artificial intelligence and signal processing, such as the methods based on artificial neural networks and wavelet transform. This paper proposes a method based the ANNs and wavelet transform to detect and classify disturbance in the power transformer accurately. The algorithm uses wavelet based disturbance detector in order to detect any disturbance related to a power transformer, whereas a neural network based routine is used to classify the disturbance type (internal fault, external fault and transformer energization) appropriately, as well as to classify the internal faults. Several events were simulated, such as external and internal faults, with variations of fault resistance, fault inception angle, and fault type parameters, as well as transformer energizations. The method presented an excellent success rate regarding the correct classification of the disturbance as well as an accurate fault classification.
