 Abstract

Our lives and the environment are being saved by electric automobiles. Transportation is the main cause of climate pollution. We must make the cars and trucks on our roads as clean as possible in order to address the climate catastrophe. In order to mitigate the worst effects of climate change, we only have ten years left to modify the way we use energy. As these cars and batteries become more affordable, consumers become more environmentally concerned, and governments work to reduce pollution, the market for EVs is expanding. It goes without saying that more nations are worried about the threat posed by climate change. Already, certain areas are dealing with more extreme weather, including intense droughts, flooding, storms, heat waves, and rising sea levels. The need to lower carbon emissions globally and develop a more sustainable transportation industry is growing. There isn't just one way to achieve these objectives, though. The environment must be protected and various measures to minimize climate change must be done.

 Abstract

Introduction: Pre-formulation studies are the initial step in the development of dosage forms of any drug substance. It confirms that there are no significant barriers to the compound's development as a marketed drug. Objective: The main objective of this research work was to conduct a pre-formulation analysis of risperidone an antipsychotic medicine in order to produce a stable, robust including therapeutically effective system. Methods: Risperidone was analyzed to determine its flow characteristic by angle of repose, carr's index, bulk density, tapped density etc. Solubility was also determined in various pH-varying solvents and its purity was determined by FTIR and absorption maxima. Standard calibration curve was developed to aid in further analytical research studies. At last drug-excipients compatibility studies were performed. Results: Risperidone has good flow and compressibility properties (BD 0.562 g/ml, TD 0.714 g/ml, Angle of Repose (?) 24.68, Carr's index 12.39%, Hauser's ratio 1.12). Solubility of drug was found to decrease with increase in pH. The purity of drug was confirmed by infrared spectrum which showed characteristics peaks and by UV spectroscopy which exhibited maxima at 280 nm. The standard curve obtained was linear with correlation coefficient (R2 =0.997) and equation y = 0.026 +0.0028. There were no drug excipient interactions which was clear as no visual changes in drug samples were observed with respect to discoloration, liquefaction and odor. Conclusion: The powder blend under consideration was pure Risperidone which had good flow property suggesting use of granulation technique during tablet manufacturing and it was stable with selected excipient at reported ratio at 40oC / 75 % RH for 4 weeks.

 Abstract

This review aims to investigate the relationship between the air quality index (AQI) and meteorological parameters. Multiple research paper Data were used to analyze the concentrations of pollutants such as nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), nitrogen oxide (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), sulfur oxide (SOx), and respirable suspended particulate matter (RSPM). Additionally, meteorological parameters such as temperature, humidity, dew point, and solar radiation were considered. The pollutant concentrations and meteorological parameter variations were analyzed across different time scales, including diurnal, seasonal, and annual variations. The findings of this study indicate an increasing trend in air pollutant concentrations, which consequently impacts the overall air quality. By examining the correlations between pollutant levels and meteorological parameters, insights into the factors influencing the severity of air pollution in these cities were gained. Furthermore, the impact of meteorological parameters on air quality was analyzed to assess whether specific weather conditions contribute to higher or lower levels of air pollution in each city. Overall, this review enhances interactions between meteorological parameters and air quality.

 Abstract

Keratins are proteins that form hard fibres, present in wool, horns, hoofs and feathers etc. In the poultry industry, the feathers constitute up to 10% of total chicken weight. Uncontrolled disposal of feathers from the poultry slaughterhouses is troublesome to environment. Primary purification phase is necessary for isolating the keratin from other materials. The purification was conducted by washing with distilled water, detergent and petroleum ether and lastly again with water. Reducing agent used were sodium sulphide. Keratin is precipitated and purified from the chicken feather using ammonium sulphate. The amount of Keratin protein in extract was calculated by Lowry's method. Presence of Keratin was identified with the help of SDS PAGE and it was used to determine the molecular weight. Keratin protein was characterized using FTIR. The analysis of FTIR confirmed the presence of chemical compositions such as carboxyl and amino groups in the protein samples. Keratin protein solution was used in cosmetic product and, especially for hair care products such as detergents, shampoos, conditioners etc.

 Abstract

This research paper aims to give a conceptual study on the importance of training and development programmes to employees and institutions. The structure and components of employee training and development programmes will be examined in this paper, after which the study will highlight the importance for both employees and institutions. In the modern global economy, it is challenging for institutions to remain competitive. Employee development programmes are becoming increasingly important for business institutions looking to get an edge over rivals. The success or failure of an organisation depends on the performance of its valued resource: its personnel. As a result, business institutions spend a lot of money on training and development initiatives for their employees. Additionally, organisations should emphasise their employee's knowledge, skill, and competence in training programmes. Due to the institutional, technical, and social dynamics, employees tend to become absolute, making the necessity of adapting to ongoing learning and upgrading of skills and knowledge vital. Therefore, managing training and development programmes properly is crucial if organisations are to get the most returns on their investments. Under intense and dynamic competition, an organization's human capital is its most important asset. Training and development are tools that help human capital discover their dexterity. As a result, training and development programs are essential to the workforce productivity of an organisation. The impact, that training and development programmes have on both employees and institutions is a topic of intense debate among experts and scholars. The study that is being discussed here is a careful analysis of the fundamentals of employee training and development programmes and their importance for both employees and institutions.

 Abstract

The present research work deals with toxic effect of Cascabela thevetia L its powdered leaves and stem residues on growth and metabolism on weed Alternathera sessilis L. The production leaves and branches of weed hampered and greatly influenced after 15 and 30th day of sowing. Concurrently its biochemical constituents, such as total chlorophylls, polyphenols, proteins and carbohydrate contents get reduced in the Leaves of Alternanthera sessilis L after the application of leaf and stem residue 15th, 30th and 45th days after sowing. These phytochemicals were greatly diminished as compared to control. Therefore, these toxic residues or allelochemicals may inhibit growth and metabolism of Alternathera sessilis L, hence, allelopathic potential allows introduction of alternative techniques for weed management.

 Abstract

India is fast developing country but women in India continue to be discriminated, the women across the country, struggle to live life with dignity continues. Women, irrespective of their class, caste and educational status, are not safe and sound. In a country like India we can see the blending between western ideas and Indian ethnicity. So, as the notion of live-in-relationship is also evolving. Directly there is no lawful hindrance to keep a man and woman living together without internal bound into formal marriage as "live-in-relationship". In any case, the standard society of India however does not authorize such living game plans for various reasons. Unmistakable quality of marriage, subjugation of females on men and the flimsiness of such a relationship created a subservient status for the woman are the primary elements for forbidding the live in relationship in India by the general public. Individuals still believes in marriage foundation as the base of the general public.

 Abstract

Indian serials are way too popular among Indian female audiences. There are characters in Indian serials who are really very far from reality. The one who is good is very good, and the bad one is too bad. There is no normal or real life in Indian serials. Indian serials set the criteria for an Indian woman in an imaginary world. Serials have changed the image of Indian women. Every single character is a representation of either goodness or evil. Two extreme sides are often seen in the daily soaps. There are serials like Sasural Gendha Phool and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya. Hi Kijo, Balika Vadhu, Anupama, Meet, etc. dramatically target the issues of our society. But on the other side, serials like Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya, Yeh Rishta kya Kehlata Hai, Sauraal Simar Ka, Nagin, etc. are irrational and for no reason are liked by a huge audience. There are tracks in these serials that are really difficult to digest. Reason, logic, and rationality are far away from these serials. There is no contribution from such serials to society. Multiple marriages, deaths, rebirths, and plastic surgery--moreover, nobody ages in these serials; in fact, every twenty years, the characters become more beautiful and stylish. Women are identified as vamps or heroines only by their appearance. If the woman in serials dresses well or keeps herself in good shape, she is understood to be a bad woman, a negative character, or an enemy of the heroine, like Kavya, Komolika, Maya, Sherlin, Tanu, etc. Undoubtedly, there are shows that have messages for a primarily orthodox society, but that is not the case with all the serials. There were serials in the Indian television industry that were misogynistic. And Ekta Kapoor has changed the scenario to make it misandrist. The Indian television industry has produced a number of serials that have nothing to do with reality. Indian serials also promote superstitions in the audience.

 Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the outlook for HR practices and paradigm shift that are expected in coming years to be ready to adapt the next generation workforce i.e., 'ALPHA', as 'Generation Z' has already entered in the workforce and experts are talking about Virtual HRD and Agile HR strategies. The Alpha Generation would be more tech- savvy, highly inclined towards competitive salary, thriving in freedom and flexibility. They will be more loyal to their profession and not towards the organization, thus there will be high risk of employee attrition rates to the organizations as the Alpha Gen workforce will be easily shifting to the better paying job or more flexible and independent work environment. Thus, the dimensions of HRM i.e., acquiring, managing, developing and compensation of human resources will face a drastic change. The paper attempts to analyze and answer to the question that 'what those changes would be?' so that the HR executives be able to cope with changes and can have pro-active reaction to the upcoming changes which will be influenced by the alpha generation's characteristics projected in their behavior there by impacting organizational environment.

 Abstract

Suicidal tendencies continue to be a pressing public health concern worldwide, demanding a deeper understanding of the factors that may contribute to their emergence and mitigation. This research paper explores the role of religious orientation in arbitrating suicidal tendencies specifically among adult Muslims. Drawing upon existing literature, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence, this study aims to shed light on the potential influence of religious orientation on suicidal ideation, attempts, and related risk factors within the Muslim population. The study hypothesizes that individuals with a higher level of religious orientation will exhibit a reduced risk of suicidal tendencies due to various protective factors associated with religious involvement. These factors may include enhanced social support networks, the provision of meaning and purpose, coping mechanisms, and a sense of spiritual connectedness. Additionally, the research explores potential moderating factors, such as gender, age, and cultural context, that may influence the relationship between religious orientation and suicidal tendencies among Muslims. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on the interplay between religious orientation and mental health, with specific implications for suicide prevention and intervention strategies within the Muslim community. The outcomes can guide mental health practitioners, policymakers, and religious leaders in developing culturally sensitive and religiously informed approaches to address suicidal tendencies among adult Muslims. By understanding the protective aspects of religious orientation, it is hoped that this research will contribute to the formulation of holistic interventions that effectively promote mental well-being and resilience within this population.
