We have analyzed the register complexity of direct-form and transpose-form structures of FIR filter and explored the possibility of register reuse. We find that direct-form structure involves significantly less registers than the transpose-form structure, and it allows register reuse in parallel implementation. We analyze further the LUT consumption and other resources of DA-based parallel FIR filter structures, and find that the input delay unit, coefficient storage unit and partial product generation unit are also shared besides LUT words when multiple filter outputs are computed in parallel. Based on these finding, we propose a design approach, and used that to derive a DA-based architecture for reconfigurable block-based FIR filter, which is scalable for larger block-sizes and higher filter-lengths. Interestingly, the number of registers of the proposed structure does not increase proportionately with the block-size. This is a major advantage for area-delay and energy efficient high-throughput implementation of reconfigurable FIR filters of higher block-sizes. Theoretical comparison shows that the proposed structure for block-size 8 and filter-length 64 involves 60% more flip-flops, 6.2 times more adders, 3.5 times more AND-OR gates, and offers 8 times higher throughput. ASIC synthesis result shows that the proposed structure for block-size 8 and filter-length 64 involves 1.8 times less area-delay product (ADP) and energy per sample (EPS) than the existing design, and it can support 8 times higher throughput. At common throughput, the proposed structure for block sizes 4 and 8, respectively, consumes 38% and 50% less power than the exiting structure on average for different supply voltages.

This paper focuses on how financial giants make use of automated trading and investment recommendation platforms to transact many orders at high speeds and provide recommendations and analytics to other AMCs. Their systems use algorithms to analyze markets and spot emerging trends in a fraction of a second. Due to this, the existing system has its possible Sharpe ratio ten times greater than the outdated buy-and-hold strategies. The effects of algorithmic and investment engines are the subject of ongoing research but, that does not mean we should not care about making it a little less taxed. Perhaps the biggest issue facing these trading engines is that they need a lot of computing resources and fast access to data to effectively make recommendations.

One of the key environmental problems facing India is that of particle pollution from the combustion of fossil fuels. This has serious health consequences and with the rapid growth in the economy these impacts are increasing. At the same time, economic growth is an imperative and policy makers are concerned about the possibility that pollution reduction measures could reduce growth significantly. From a broader perspective, it argues that there exist crucial environmental thresholds to India's growth strategy. Achieving economic development is crucial for any country. But is it worth it if it comes at the cost of environmental degradation? We were made aware of the ill-effects of environmental degradation in our high schools. But what about the economic implications of such issues? Or the benefit that sustainable development can offer to any economy?

The substantial challenge on behalf of engineers specifically civil engineers are the scraping of industrial waste output and their storage. To protect environment from the dangerous effect the scraps material should be uses again and again. The only industrial scrap is Fly Ash which is produced throughout the country in every year. Fly ash is a dusty powder acquired from burning of coal through the production of electricity. Dumping of Fly ash is a big issue, to minimize the dumping of Fly ash into big area presently, an experimental survey was carried out to find out the strengthening properties of Fly ash with lime and Sodium silicate. Particularly some parameters like grain size distribution, liquid limit, OMC, MDD, Specific gravity and angle of internal friction of Fly ash were find out and then Fly ash was mixed with various percentages of lime (0-15%) and sodium silicate (1-4%). All the different proportions were tested to acquire optimum percentage of lime and sodium silicate. The difference in shear parameters like cohesion and angle of shearing resistance were practiced by conducting direct shear test. All the tests were completed afterwards a time period of 3hours from starting to the completion of preparation of sample. Every test is performed under the normal stresses of 0.5kg/cm2, 1kg/cm2, 1.5kg/cm2, 2kg/cm2 and 2.5 kg/cm2. The results are collected in a graphical manner to observe the trends for shear parameters. The conclusions show remarkable enhancement in strength characteristics for greater percentages of lime and sodium silicate.

Traffic problems nowadays are increasing because of the growing number of vehicles and the limited resources provided by current infrastructure. Also, road accidents are the major cause of deaths in India. This is some serious matter at hands and measures need to be taken to save the lives of the victim, by providing proper medical aid on time. We propose a system for controlling the traffic light by image processing and an accident detection and rescue process. This system will detect vehicles through images captured by a camera installed alongside the traffic light. These images are processed using Image processing techniques to obtain the density of vehicles in each lane and also detects the presence of an ambulance, this data is sent to the microcontroller. Based on this data, the microcontroller sets the LED's such that the lane with more density is allowed to the pass the traffic signal. If an ambulance is detected in any lane, then priority is given to that particular lane. Also, the spot is continuously monitored for accidents. If any accident occurs, the microcontroller detects this using the vibration sensor. Immediately the microcontroller sends a message containing the location of that spot, to the nearest health care center, thus initiating an immediate rescue process.

Advances in computing technology have allowed researchers across many fields of endeavor to collect and maintain vast amounts of observational statistical data such as clinical data, biological patient data, data regarding access of web sites , financial data, and the like. This thesis addresses some of the challenging issues on JPEG images caused by the weak correlation between intensity and anatomical meaning. With the objective of utilizing more meaningful information to improve the quality of images an approach which employs bilateral symmetry information as an additional feature for segmentation is proposed. This is motivated by potential performance improvement in the images segmentation systems which are important for many medical and scientific applications we are using double density dual wavelet transform for removal noise by using MATLAB

The critical minimum hypothesis considered mutually the determination of the income tax schedule and the compositions of public expenditure. Our starting points the fact that public debate topically concentrates on the reduced set of salient issues political researchers have systematically studied the relative importance of expenditure plans and income taxation in the political debate. As it appears, partisan competition turns out to be strong on expenditure policy and mild on income taxation. Otherwise, endogenous growth models, such as burro (1990), predicate the government expenditure and taxation will have both temporary and permanent effects on growth. We test this prediction using panels of annual and period average data for OECD countries during (1970 1995) isolating long turn from short term fiscal effects. Specially taxation tax strategy taken as an entire is inarticulable and tentatively jumbled, and therefore, in effect, a difficulty to actual tax reform. To grow a tax strategy beneficial in the expansion of a tax structure, the theoretic methodology to fiscal policy must be unrestricted and a practical attitude must be accepted. Since the induction of the income tax in (1913), the tax system has been in a perpetual formal of change. The governmental procedure we model profits that the reformism of the income tax program is contingent on income inequality interrelated with the elasticity of substitute of the goods providing in the market and those freely provided. This association is established in our experiential test.

Handwritten digit recognition is the intelligence of computers to recognize digits written by humans. But it becomes one of the most challenging tasks for machines as handwritten digits are not perfect and can be made with many different: flavors, size, thickness. Thus, as a solution to this problem, Handwriting digit recognition model comes into picture. Many machine learning techniques have been employed to solve the handwritten digit recognition problem. This paper focuses on Neural Network (NN) approaches. Among the three famous NN approaches: deep neural network (DNN), deep belief network (DBN) and convolutional neural network (CNN), the specialization of CNN as compared to other NN of being able to detect pattern is what makes it so useful for recognizing handwritten digits in this paper. Our goal is to implement a CNN based handwritten digit recognition model that uses the image of a digit and recognizes the digit present in the image. The performance is tested on MNIST dataset. The network was trained on 60,000 and tested on 10,000 numeral samples. We carried out extensive experiments and achieved a recognition accuracy of 99.87%.

Nanoscience and nanotechnology are the study and application of extremely small objects, and they can be applied in chemistry, biology, physics, materials science, and engineering, among other subjects. The exceptional physical and chemical properties of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO) provide advantages. It is a low-cost material used in the cosmetics sector, nanofertilizers, and electrical devices, as well as a good agent for bioimaging and targeted medication and gene delivery, as well as an excellent sensor for detecting environmental toxins and remediation. A disinfectant made from newly synthesised zinc (II) oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) has been tested. For the developing corona virus, a nano-spray has been developed (SARS-CoV-2). Various spectroscopic analysis (FT-IR, UV, and XRD) and surface analysis techniques were used to completely chemically analyse the produced (ZnO) nanomaterial. This review focuses on ZnO-NPs, which have potent antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 at very low concentrations and can trigger many free radicals, causing oxidative stress to SARS-CoV-2 and severe damage to SRAS-CoV-2 cellular membranes, which is a critical result in the fight against SARS-CoV-2. Inorganic physical sun blockers such as titanium dioxide (TiO2) and zinc oxide (ZnO) are commonly used in sunscreens. The combination of TiO2 and ZnO ensures broad-band UV protection since TiO2 is more effective in UVB and ZnO is more effective in UVA. Microsized TiO2 and ZnO have been increasingly substituted with TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) (100 nm) to address the cosmetic issue of these opaque sunscreens. This paper examines the considerable impact on sunscreen UV attenuation when microsized TiO2 and ZnO particles are substituted with NPs, as well as the physicochemical factors that influence NP sunscreen effectiveness and safety.

Pandemic has generated a feeling of anxiety, fear and exasperation among children due to school closure, isolation and lack of support. Child abuse, exploitation and violence have also increased substantially during the lockdown (Child line & UNICEF, 2020). The situation of children living under institutional care is highly disconcerting, A World Health Organization report on global child abuse noted that schools were closed to 1.5 billion children worldwide because of the pandemic, and their parents face heightened stress and anxiety from lost income, social isolation, and potential crowding in the home. Additionally, more time online may expose children to an increased nuisance of online sexual exploitation.
