The conformational analysis was used through the potential surface scan in order to determine the most optimized geometry of the 2,3,5-trichlorobenzophenol molecule (235TCBP). Experimental FT-IR and FT-Raman and NMR spectra were recorded. Hirshfeld surface analysis is found for the compound. The molecular geometry and vibrational wavenumbers in the were calculated by using the Hartree-Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT) methods (B3LYP) with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. Comparison of the observed wavenumbers of 235TCBP with calculated results by HF and DFT indicates that B3LYP is excellent. The differences between the observed and calculated wavenumber values are very small. The theoretically calculated FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of the title molecule have been constructed. A study on the electronic properties, such as HOMO, HOMO-1, LUMO and LUMO+1 energy was performed by this molecule. Molecular electrostatic potential (MSP) and thermodynamic properties were performed. The molecular docking activity is available in target chlorine and the oxygen atom analyzing the molecular mechanisms of ligand recognition. Atomic charges of 235TCBP was calculated and compared with molecule.

Objective- Chitosan is derived from chitin through deacetylation process. Production of Chitosan takes place in 4 steps. Chitosan is natural cationic polysaccharide which is rich in source. Chitosan has unique physiochemical properties, good biocompatibility and satisfactory biodegradability. Chitosan contain amino group. Chitosan has been popular biomaterial in pharmaceutics from decades and widely used in drug delivery. Chitin is extracted by removing protein and calcium carbonate from the raw shell. Purpose- Chitosan is soluble in acidic solution but precipitate obtained i.e. solids has very high PH values. By treating Chitosan with various PH, changes in their physical forms can be seen. Basically Chitosan is non-toxic to humans, plants, animals and because of its lack in toxicity where lot of application can be observed in environmental, agricultural, food, pharmaceutical industry. The importance of Chitosan can be also seen in drug delivery in humans to solve various diseases. Results- Due to its sub-micron size it is suitable for mucosal routes i.e. oral, nasal and ocular nanoparticle showed to be a good adjuvant for vaccine development. Chitosan is also used is polymeric nanoparticle through various route. Chitosan is added in aqueous acidic solution and then the aqueous solution of TPP is added under vigorous stirring. In this Anionic molecules diffuse in positively charged chitosan molecule and then crosslinking occurs leading to nanoparticle formation. Various production method for drug delivery take place. Using multiple method, application can also be seen in Covid-19 drug delivery.

In this paper an effort has been made to estimate the magnitude and status of common property land resources (CPLRs) in Karnataka using land-use data. It is found that CPLRs (non-forest) constitute 14.51 per cent of the total geographical area of the state and these resources have been declined from 32.5 lakh hectares to 27.7 lakh hectares during 1990-91 to 2015-16. The area under permanent pasture and grazing land, for which village communities have user rights by law, has declined from 13.5 lakh hectares to 9.1 lakh hectares. The areas under cultivable waste and barren & cultivable land have also declined but the area under fallow other than current has increased. These changes in the composition of common lands indicate that there has been a significant loss of common fertile land. Therefore, CPLRs need to be protected for sustainable land use and to ensure the livelihoods of the rural population as significant proportion of rural households depend on these resources. Forests, one of the important components of common property resources, have been given much attention by adopting many policies and programmes but non-forest commons have been neglected. It is suggested that CPLRs need to be identified, estimated and managed involving local communities at the Gram Panchayat level by adopting suitable policies and programmes for sustainable land use.

We have analyzed the register complexity of direct-form and transpose-form structures of FIR filter and explored the possibility of register reuse. We find that direct-form structure involves significantly less registers than the transpose-form structure, and it allows register reuse in parallel implementation. We analyze further the LUT consumption and other resources of DA-based parallel FIR filter structures, and find that the input delay unit, coefficient storage unit and partial product generation unit are also shared besides LUT words when multiple filter outputs are computed in parallel. Based on these finding, we propose a design approach, and used that to derive a DA-based architecture for reconfigurable block-based FIR filter, which is scalable for larger block-sizes and higher filter-lengths. Interestingly, the number of registers of the proposed structure does not increase proportionately with the block-size. This is a major advantage for area-delay and energy efficient high-throughput implementation of reconfigurable FIR filters of higher block-sizes. Theoretical comparison shows that the proposed structure for block-size 8 and filter-length 64 involves 60% more flip-flops, 6.2 times more adders, 3.5 times more AND-OR gates, and offers 8 times higher throughput. ASIC synthesis result shows that the proposed structure for block-size 8 and filter-length 64 involves 1.8 times less area-delay product (ADP) and energy per sample (EPS) than the existing design, and it can support 8 times higher throughput. At common throughput, the proposed structure for block sizes 4 and 8, respectively, consumes 38% and 50% less power than the exiting structure on average for different supply voltages.

This paper focuses on how financial giants make use of automated trading and investment recommendation platforms to transact many orders at high speeds and provide recommendations and analytics to other AMCs. Their systems use algorithms to analyze markets and spot emerging trends in a fraction of a second. Due to this, the existing system has its possible Sharpe ratio ten times greater than the outdated buy-and-hold strategies. The effects of algorithmic and investment engines are the subject of ongoing research but, that does not mean we should not care about making it a little less taxed. Perhaps the biggest issue facing these trading engines is that they need a lot of computing resources and fast access to data to effectively make recommendations.

One of the key environmental problems facing India is that of particle pollution from the combustion of fossil fuels. This has serious health consequences and with the rapid growth in the economy these impacts are increasing. At the same time, economic growth is an imperative and policy makers are concerned about the possibility that pollution reduction measures could reduce growth significantly. From a broader perspective, it argues that there exist crucial environmental thresholds to India's growth strategy. Achieving economic development is crucial for any country. But is it worth it if it comes at the cost of environmental degradation? We were made aware of the ill-effects of environmental degradation in our high schools. But what about the economic implications of such issues? Or the benefit that sustainable development can offer to any economy?

The substantial challenge on behalf of engineers specifically civil engineers are the scraping of industrial waste output and their storage. To protect environment from the dangerous effect the scraps material should be uses again and again. The only industrial scrap is Fly Ash which is produced throughout the country in every year. Fly ash is a dusty powder acquired from burning of coal through the production of electricity. Dumping of Fly ash is a big issue, to minimize the dumping of Fly ash into big area presently, an experimental survey was carried out to find out the strengthening properties of Fly ash with lime and Sodium silicate. Particularly some parameters like grain size distribution, liquid limit, OMC, MDD, Specific gravity and angle of internal friction of Fly ash were find out and then Fly ash was mixed with various percentages of lime (0-15%) and sodium silicate (1-4%). All the different proportions were tested to acquire optimum percentage of lime and sodium silicate. The difference in shear parameters like cohesion and angle of shearing resistance were practiced by conducting direct shear test. All the tests were completed afterwards a time period of 3hours from starting to the completion of preparation of sample. Every test is performed under the normal stresses of 0.5kg/cm2, 1kg/cm2, 1.5kg/cm2, 2kg/cm2 and 2.5 kg/cm2. The results are collected in a graphical manner to observe the trends for shear parameters. The conclusions show remarkable enhancement in strength characteristics for greater percentages of lime and sodium silicate.

Traffic problems nowadays are increasing because of the growing number of vehicles and the limited resources provided by current infrastructure. Also, road accidents are the major cause of deaths in India. This is some serious matter at hands and measures need to be taken to save the lives of the victim, by providing proper medical aid on time. We propose a system for controlling the traffic light by image processing and an accident detection and rescue process. This system will detect vehicles through images captured by a camera installed alongside the traffic light. These images are processed using Image processing techniques to obtain the density of vehicles in each lane and also detects the presence of an ambulance, this data is sent to the microcontroller. Based on this data, the microcontroller sets the LED's such that the lane with more density is allowed to the pass the traffic signal. If an ambulance is detected in any lane, then priority is given to that particular lane. Also, the spot is continuously monitored for accidents. If any accident occurs, the microcontroller detects this using the vibration sensor. Immediately the microcontroller sends a message containing the location of that spot, to the nearest health care center, thus initiating an immediate rescue process.

Advances in computing technology have allowed researchers across many fields of endeavor to collect and maintain vast amounts of observational statistical data such as clinical data, biological patient data, data regarding access of web sites , financial data, and the like. This thesis addresses some of the challenging issues on JPEG images caused by the weak correlation between intensity and anatomical meaning. With the objective of utilizing more meaningful information to improve the quality of images an approach which employs bilateral symmetry information as an additional feature for segmentation is proposed. This is motivated by potential performance improvement in the images segmentation systems which are important for many medical and scientific applications we are using double density dual wavelet transform for removal noise by using MATLAB
