Epigeic earthworm Eisenia fetida belonging to the family lumbricidae, is red, purple and brown in colour and endogeic earthworm Eutyphoeus gammiei belonging to the family octachaetidae have unique cytoplasm that is pink in colour. Eisenia fetida is a surface - born, fertilizer maker and can tolerate wide range of temperature and active in all seasons and thus is an Eury species. Endogeic species burrow within the top layer of soil and rarely come to the Surface and prefers to live literally within the soil. This article introduces Eisenia fetida and Eutyphoeus gammiei and its applications in various fields such as in fish farming organic matter decompositions and minerals recycling, as-well-as treating in wounds, Chorionic boils, piles and sore throat etc. The burrowing and feeding activity of earthworms have numerous beneficial effects on soil, as they increase the soil fertility and porosity. Their casts have higher nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium exchange capacity. The enzyme present inside the gut of the earthworm maintain pH of the soil. Earthworms increase water filtration ratio as they burrow vertically as well as horizontally, which is very important point of quick water filtration . The morphological features of E. fetida and E.gammiei showed variations in the skin colouration, their occurrence in the soil, segmentation, clitellum location, spermathecal opening, gizzard hardness, differences in position of nepridia and genital pores. We present YOLO, a new approach to object detection. Prior work on object detection repurposes classifiers to perform detection. Instead, we frame object detection as a regression problem to spatially separated bounding boxes and associated class probabilities. A single neural network predicts bounding boxes and class probabilities directly from full images in one evaluation. Since the whole detection pipeline is a single network, it can be optimized end-to- end directly on detection performance. Our unified architecture is extremely fast. Our base YOLO model processes images in real-time at 45 frames per second. A smaller version of the network, Fast YOLO, processes an astounding 155 frames per second while still achieving double the MAP of other real-time detectors. Compared to state-of-the-art detection systems, YOLO makes more localization errors but is far less likely to predict false detections where nothing exists. Finally, YOLO learns very general representations of objects. It outperforms all other detection methods, including DPM and RCNN, by a wide margin when generalizing from natural images to artwork on both the Picasso Dataset and the People Art Dataset.

Bladder cancer is quite common in India. A very high incidence is seen in some of the European countries. The etiopathology remains unclear, ranging from smoking, chemical carcinogens, parasites to chronic low grade infection of the urinary bladder - cystitis. The prognosis depends upon many factors, most important of which is, whether the cause is invasive or non-invasive. Besides this, some gene polymer films and other tumor markers have been used in determining the prognosis. Of the several stem cell markers, ALDH-1 is also a stem cell marker which has been found to be associated with the malignancy and prognosis. The other stem cell markers are CD44, CD133, CD24. The present study had been planned to study the presence of ALDH-1 positive cancer stem cells in urinary bladder cancer.

Now a day's infrastructure development plays a major role in the civilization. More over transportation facilities also required for the development. Majorly in developing countries like India it requires an economic way of transportation facilities. In general the roads affected to some problems like wear and tear, less durability and loosing strength due to water absorption. It causes damages to pavements and the fuel consumption to transport the things from one place to another place is more, the vehicle is also affected moreover. To reduce the problems occurring because of moisture absorption and temperature variations, we require the material to resist the damages on the road surface and to the base courses. For this the material called Zycotherm used to protect the surface of pavement from the characteristic of moisture absorption and temperature failures. By using this material we can easily reduce the failure of pavement against sunlight, heat, and ignition, source of spark, rain, and standing of water on surface. It reduces the surface tension of asphalt binder and reduces viscosity of binder. Using this Zycotherm can improves field compaction up to 90oC, eliminates odour & stripping, reduce stickiness and more over the basis of the thesis is to find out change in the physical properties of the bitumen by modifying it with different fillers. The types of fillers used in project are Stone dust, Lime, Brick powder, OPC & Fly ash.

Marketing holds the key to the success in any business today. One can witness a dramatic global shift from 'production-dominated' to a 'consumer-oriented' business culture. Marketing is thus about winning the customer. Understanding what consumers want and supply them efficiently, conveniently and attractively are the key factors in marketing. Marketing adds value. It takes what otherwise could be an ordinary commodity that is made into a highly sought-after brand. Marketing is essentially persuasion. It is also about communication - communicating and highlighting in favour of one's brand.

The Quality by Design (QbD) methodology has recently been used in the creation of pharmaceutical formulations. Modern and reliable quality by design indicates that structure plays a key role in the process of getting drugs of high quality. QbD approach guarantees security, adequacy and nature of item with an undeniable degree of efficiency. Executing into practice the QbD to effective topical dose structures underlying phases. Incorporating QbD methodologies involves creating a quality target product profile (QTPP) and selecting crucial quality attributes (QAs) to develop a plan for a quality-based, non-exclusive, beneficial dermatological product. Characterizing the quality target product profile (QTPP), a list of quality attributes (QAs) that are intended to be present in the finished product, is the first stage in developing an item using this effective process. The limitations of the assembling approach as well as the fixes used have an impact on these quality attributes. Therefore, it is necessary to indicate critical material attributes (CMAs) and critical process parameters (CPPs). It is deliberate, pragmatic and hazard-based approach in drug improvement. Administrative specialists overall additionally support the transformation & Quality by Configuration execution methodology in drug advancement. QbD apparatuses like plan of trial, hazard appraisal, and interaction scientific innovation help to lay out a control procedure for each medication item with a choice of ceaseless observing and improvement for a quality drug product. The purpose of this brief review is to explain how pharmaceutical Quality by Design is perceived.

Girls and boys see gender inequality in their homes and communities every day - in textbooks, in the media and among the adults who care for them. Parents may assume unequal responsibility for household work, with mothers bearing the brunt of caregiving and chores. The majority of low-skilled and underpaid community health workers who attend to children are also women, with limited opportunity for professional growth. And in schools, many girls receive less support than boys to pursue the studies they choose. This happens for a variety of reasons: The safety, hygiene and sanitation needs of girls may be neglected, barring them from regularly attending class. Discriminatory teaching practices and education materials also produce gender gaps in learning and skills development. As a result, nearly 1 in 4 girls between the ages of 15 and 19 are neither employed nor in education or training - compared to 1 in 10 boys.
