Cadmium is a lethal heavy metal that can cause diverse tissue toxicities and pathologies. Conversely, Aloe vera is a natural anti-oxidant that can ameliorate cytotoxic effects of tissue toxicants. In this study, the objective was to assess the protective effect of Aloe vera against Cadmium-induced toxicity in liver of Swiss albino mice. Mice were divided into 3 groups of 4 animals each. This current study was performed by the Morphological observations and by the analysis of biochemical parameters in mice as affected by the oral administration of a single dose equivalent to 1/20 from LD50 (100 mg/kg B.W.) of Cadmium individually for 21 days. The results from present study showed a significant (P <0.05) reduction of the body weight total cholesterol and total Protein due to Cadmium exposure. Oral administration of Cd reduced GSH level and activities of antioxidant enzymes were significantly reduced in Cd treated group. The co-treatment of Aloe with Cd was very effective and it significantly reversed the Cd induced biochemical alterations almost similar to that of control. Aloe vera was able to improve the cellular redox system in mice treated with Cd. It can be concluded that Aloe vera has protective effects against Cd-induced oxidative damage.

The central government had on January 29,2018, notified the electoral bond scheme. Electoral bond is like a promissory note that can be bought by any Indian Citizen or company incorporated in India from select branches of State Bank of India. The buyer can then donate the same to any eligible political party of his/her choice. Monies received from electoral bonds will be deposited in a bank account verified by the Election Commission. All the transactions for electoral bonds can be done only through that account. Analyists point out that electoral bonds are most likely the first of its kind instrument in the world used for funding political parties. While the United States has Political Action Committees which receive money from individual and corporate donors and manage them, they do not have any scheme that allows citizens to directly purchase a bond and donate the same to a political party. The introduction of the electoral bond scheme is part of what appears to be a growing trend away from transparency and accountability, two values which were already sparse in relation to Indian political parties as per Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy report, published in March 2018. Opponents to the scheme allege that since the identity of donor of electoral bonds has been kept anonymous, it could lead to an infux of black money. Others allege that the scheme was designed to help big corporate houses donate money without their identity being revealed. The honourable Supreme Court in it's order said that while it wanted to hear the matter at legth at a later stage, for the interim it wanted a situation where the balance was not tilted in anyone's favour.

This paper addresses the PCC-point harmonics in a parallel-inverter-based photovoltaic station. Firstly, the harmonic measurement of a grid-tied PV station has been implemented. The voltage and current waveforms present some significant characteristics, such as lower frequency, power correlation and inter-harmonic. The most of these harmonic currents flows through the inverter IGBT bridges and filter inductance branches, rather than the filter capacitor branches. These harmonics are 3-phase symmetric and contain 3rd and 6th harmonic components. These harmonics are not produced by the resonances related to the output LCL filters of PV inverters. This study proposes that the resonances between inverter and grid impedance are the dominant causes of the harmonics.

Green HRM is an issue that is now gaining popularity. The need for sustainable green HRM, which integrates sustainability practises with HRM, is growing. A comprehensive strategy for creating a sustainable culture might benefit from the personnel task of an organisation. The approach involves making adjustments to the various HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and growth; performing execution reviews; and setting staff remuneration. Green HRM initiatives are under the umbrella of CSR initiatives. By incorporating it into administration philosophies, HR strategies, educating personnel, and the application of environmental welfare legislation, green governance of workers will play a significant role in helping firms address environmental concerns. This essay aims to raise awareness of the significance of green HR, which includes two key components: the conservation of intellectual assets and environmentally responsible HR practises. Green HRM refers to the use of every staff contact in a way that promotes and sustains corporate sustainability and also informs people, both of which aid in the operation of companies in a way that is ecologically beneficial. Therefore, Green HRM includes two key components: the conservation of intellectual assets and eco-friendly HR practises. The current paper is on green HRM as an organisational strategy to encourage corporate sustainability.

Automation is the key to long-term success because a well-maintained automated system will consistently deliver the output required while keeping the same level of precision throughout the process. In addition, operating expenses are lower in all industries as compared to labor costs because an automated system is a one-time investment whereas workers must be paid on a regular basis, and labor job precision is undoubtedly lower than an automated system because there are no human errors. The AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) Navigation System is a warehouse sorting system that employs real-time image processing for AGV control. It is a low-cost central navigation system that is extremely helpful when applied on a big scale because the installation costs are considerably reduced.

This research paper was inspired by the fairy tales that the researchers grew up with as children, and the contrasting feminist perspective provided by the contemporary retellings of those same fairy tales, that the researchers read as adults. The aim of this paper is to examine the regressive nature of select classic fairy tales that generations have grown up with by exploring the recurring tropes of the Damsel in Distress and Knight in Shining Armour that reinforce gender roles and other orthodox societal norms that go against the tenets of feminism. This paper also examines the reasons behind the choice of contemporary fairy tales for this paper and examines feminist features and how they complement modern society. There has been a huge impact of the classic fairy tales on generations that have grown up conditioned to the patriarchal norms found in such tales. It is only recently that there has been a movement against such classic fairy tales being circulated without making any changes even though feminism has been on the rise and times have changed. Hence, the researchers have expressed the need to revolutionise the classic fairy tales with ideas that are all-inclusive and empowering.

Abstract: Valuation is the analytical process of determining the currents worth of an asset or a company. Simply, valuation is the technique of determining the current market value of the property such as industrial, residential, commercial, agricultural land. Value is determined on basis of its selling price and rent or income it can fetch. The purpose of this is to introduce people with general field practice of valuation. This study covers the methodology verified by the government approved valuer and concerned field expert. The finding of this study is likely to have important implications in the valuation profession. This study exposes users directly to valuation practises that are really employed in the field, allowing them to compare theories with actual technique. This study will generate debate and emphasise the need for a theory to support a well-established valuation process. This is done to ascertain the market value of assets related to machinery and plants. in Pune, Maharashtra, India, at Ganpati Engitech Pvt. Ltd., four VMCs (vertical milling machines) should be valued fairly. The owner can more easily determine the financing for the property and comprehend the actual status of the economy thanks to this investigation. The property owner can better comprehend the asset's genuine cost with the help of the valuation.

According to statistics from the World Health Organization (WHO), at least 285 million people are visually impaired or blindness. Blind people generally have to rely on white canes, guide dogs, screen-reading software, magnifiers, and glasses for navigation and surrounding object detection. Therefore, to help blind people, the visual world has to be transformed into the audio world with the potential to inform them about objects. In this paper, we propose a real-time object detection system to help visually impaired people in their daily life. This system consists of a Raspberry Pi in which YOLO (You Only Look Once) deep learning algorithm is employed. We will use YOLOv3 real-time Object Detection algorithm trained on the COCO dataset to identify the object present before the person. Then the label of the object is identified and then converted into audio by using Google Text to Speech (gTTS), which will be the expected output. This paper presents the development of a smart navigation for blind people using Google App Maker where we will develop our own API for Blind and low-vision users. Google App maker additionally, provides tools for developers who want to build accessibility features into their apps. In this project we will be using Raspberry pi to which we will make smart stick for blink people which will be embedded with moisture and ultrasonic sensor to detect the real time hurdles while walking with the Google Maps cloud attached to the raspberry pi for perfect navigation for the low-vision or blind people. This will make a smart system which will be very useful for the blind people and also at the same time more accurate and safe. The blind people interact with the system in voice. The cloud platform communicate with the smart phone using 4G technology. The proposed system can provide more abundant surrounding information and more accurate navigation, and verify the practicability of the newly proposed system

The current study aims to develop gastro-retentive drug delivery systems for hypertension medication development and evaluation. The primary goal of oral controlled drug delivery systems (CDDS) should be to achieve more predictable and enhanced medication bioavailability. The design process, however, is hampered by a number of physiological challenges, including the inability to constrain and localise the CDDS within the targeted parts of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and the extremely changeable nature of the stomach emptying process.

This essay describes a theoretical study on corporate social responsibility (CSR) carried out in higher education institutions (HEIs), which was done by monitoring and evaluating information already available in the various literature. The main theories and their implications are discussed, along with the research agenda for the future. The theories discuss the impact of CSR on employees' attitudes and behaviors in higher education, students' and stakeholders' perceptions of CSR, the necessity of environmental initiatives in higher education, the role of web technologies in CSR activities, and the development of CSR training programs for both teachers and non-teaching staff. Students should think about corporate social responsibility as a moral value in education and how it relates to different rankings and accreditation using an established framework through various indicators that are used to measure CSR adherence to guidelines, CSR is considered as a part of sustainable development (SD) goals, and embedding ethics. CSR and sustainability in management education can be achieved through a robust framework and by understanding the factors that influence the implementation of CSR by students in higher education.

FOPID controller is the one of the controllers designed by fractional order concept. This report starts discussion with some basic ideas of PID and fractional calculus and the definitions used in it and literature survey done in fractional calculus, then introduction of FOPID controller and its tuning methods. Any controller has its importance only with some good tuning technique. In this report a classical tuning approach is discussed for tuning in which some specifications are used for obtaining parameters of controller. To use this method modulus, phase and phase slope of process is required. A method to find those parameters also discussed in this report. In PID and FOPID controller Internal Model Control (IMC) approach is the one which got attention now a days. Here introduction of IMC approach, implementation and design of IMC model is presented. Application of this technique on different systems is given and finding controller transfer function in standard form as PID. After that some conclusions are drawn by applying proposed IMC-PID procedure on a first order and second order system with/without time-delay term and also compare the results with Smith Predictor for time-delayed system. Modelling of DC motor as system and controller design through IMC-PID and FIMC approach is given and respective simulations are done from which some conclusions are drawn.
